        포스트모던 시대의 기독교(목회) 상담을 위한 제안

        Christians have been taught to avoid postmodernism because it has been deemed somewhat dangerous. This study argues that postmodernism is not an enemy but an ally that can provide a philosophical ground not only for Christians to witness with boldness in today’s postmodern world but also for the field of pastoral care and counseling that is a byproduct of modernism. To make this argument, I will investigate what Jean-François Lyotard meant by the phrase “incredulity toward metanarratives” in his book, The Postmodern Condition: A Report on Knowledge. The grand narratives that we need to distrust are not only big stories in size, they have the characteristic of claiming legitimacy by appealing to universal reason. In this sense, postmodernism sheds light on Christianity, which has been built upon propositional truths in order to comply with the demands of modernity to reflect its own strategies. Further, postmodernism invites God’s people to dream of God’s kin-dom on this earth, empowering them to know the significance of narrative knowledge. With this realization, churches will be able to provide an arena where God’s people can boldly tell their own stories of how God is with them. In addition, churches will empower God’s people to become authors of their own faith stories as they tell their stories within small groups.         의류업체의 행동강령(Code of conduct)에 관한 연구

        의류업체의 도덕성을 강조하는 사회적 책임경영, 윤리경영, 공정무역이 소비자들에게 기업을 인식하는 중요한 판단의 근거가 되고 있다. 제3세계 공장의 열악한 근로 환경이 알려지면서 제품 생산을 아웃소싱해온 글로벌 의류회사들이 윤리문제에 대한 압력을 받았고, 준법 시행을 위한 노력을 이어나가고 있다. 세계 각국 소비자들이 기업에 요구하는 윤리 수준이 점차 높아지고 있으며, 이로 인하여 기업 내부에서 발생하는 불상사를 미연에 방지하고자 고안된 행동강령의 필요성이 매우 불가피해진 상황이다. 본 연구는 국내 의류 수출기업들의 주요 글로벌 바이어 27곳을 선정하여, 이들의 행동강령을 근거로 기업수칙의 현황을 알아보았다. 연구방법으로 내용분석법을 활용하였으며, 글로벌 패션기업인 바이어를 백화점, 할인점, 전문점으로 분류하여 분석하였다. 각 패션기업은 웹사이트를 통해 행동강령을 제시하고 있었는데, 그중 최근 자료를 중심으로 정보를 비교분석 하였다. 많은 글로벌 의류기업들이 행동강령에 대한 내용을 기술하여 준법경영 노력을 하고 있음을 보여주었다. 본 연구는 행동강령의 중요성과 기본적인 인식을 목적으로, 의류업체 내부규정의 발전과제에 대한 모색 방법을 제안한다. The morality of clothing companies has been emphasized, and especially social responsibility management, ethics management, and fair trade have become the crucial factors influencing consumers` judgments on evaluating them. As the poor working environments of the factories in some third world countries were revealed, global apparel companies were pressured for various ethical issues and were continuously striving for successful implementation of lawful acts. The demand of the level of ethical standards from worldwide consumers to the corporations has drastically increased. As a result, in order to reduce any types of accidents, it is becoming highly inevitable to establish a proper code of conduct. This study selected 27 major global apparel and/or retailing companies and examined their cooperate rules based on the code of conducts. The content analysis method was used for the research method, and classified global fashion companies into three sectors analysis: Department stores, Discount chain stores, and Specialty stores. Each fashion company was presenting their Code of Conducts on its own website, and among those, we picked the latest information to conduct comparative analysis. Most global clothing companies are showing that they are striving for `Integrity Management` by having a code of conduct. This study proposes the solutions of development issues of clothing company`s internal regulations, whose purpose is to inform the importance and fundamental understanding of the Code of Conduct.
