우리나라는 1990년 3월 복수통화바스켓제도에서 시장평균환율제도로 이행하였다. 양제도하에서 상이한 원화환율 결정방식을 반영하여 우리나라 중앙은행의 외환시장개입방식에서도 커다란 변화가 있었을 것으로 판단하여 본고에서는 우리나라 불태화 외환시장개입의 정도를 추정·분석하는데에 그 목적을 두었다. 이러한 목적을 위해 장단기 불태화계수를 코크란-오컷 방법으로 추정한 결과, 우리나라에서는 단기에서는 강력한 외환시장개입이 이루어지고 있는 반면 장기에서는 그 효과가 그리 크지 못하다는 점과 복수통화바스켓제도하에서는 개입정책이 강력하게 시행되었으나 시장평균환율제도하에서는 불태화가 제대로 이루어지고 있지 못함을 보여주고 있다.

The Brighter Society Movement is based on the theree basic principles which are "Goodwill, Cooperation, and Service". It is a movement for the consideration on the human future, on the global environment and the echo-sphere, on our society and country, and on the help for the neighbors. It is a consciousness reformation movement and a practical movement to reconstruct the human society for me and the neighbors. The systematic club organization of the Brighter Society Movement is a practial method to pursue the Brighter Society Movement which is on the process of spreading all over the world. Therefore the movement can be carried by the activities of the Brighter Society Club. This paper deals with the activity program of the Brighter Society Club in the local area and for the local society, nation and human society. A special emphasis is on the enrichment of the local club as well as a more active program for the social development. These activities of the Brighter Society Movement can be classified into the following three areas. Firstly, it is the activity for local clubs and their members. These are as follows: active participation in the club member's happy or sad accations, regular lecture on liberal arts, various athletic meetings, increase of priae award, meditation in daily life, purchase of the products of the club member's manufacture, and the movement to practice things from the small and easy one, frugality in daily life, double increase of the brighter society club members, deucation for leadership development, etc. Secondly, it is the activity for the local society and country. These are as follows : campaign to help needy neighbors, encouragement of the youth clubs, charity meeting, campaign to help the old people, a colleghe of the housewife and the old people, special lecture for an ordinary people, campaign for publicity of the Brighter Society Movement club, establishment of sisterhood among the clubs, selfare program for local society, entertainment for the aged, invitation of the students in the remote rural areas for the observation of the industry, etc. Thirdly, it is the activity for the global community. These are as follows: seminars on the world peace, coalition with the internatinal civil groups for service, establishment of sisterhood with foreign Brighter Society club, fund raising for the international service activity, development of international program for the restoration of morality and humanity, various kinds of campaigns to protect the global environment, regular or irreguar annual convention of the GCS national chapters. As it is seen above, the three areas of the activities should be balanced in terms of development and actualization to insure the substantiality of the Brighter Society Movement. However, these activities of the movement will lose their ground without member's will and effort. Therefore, if they lack a deeper understanding and insight of the movement, the development of it will be virtually over within short period. Therfore, when all the humankind participate in the movement, truly, spiritually beautifjl, materially affluent and humanly rewarding society, that is, a brighter society(Oughtopia) would be realized quickly, and the global village would be covered with the members and the clubs of the Brighter Society Movement toward the reconstruction of human society.

The scientific advancement which the contemporary society has competitively developed caused the crises of contempary society. Also, science and technology sought for the need of human beings improved our material life to great extent, while they degraded human beings to the slave of machinery and relegated them to inhuman beings filled with material greed. The times when human beings were controling machines has almost gone away: instead, man should be submissive to machines, being under the control of a computer gauge. Employed persons have become alienated from society with the emergence of hi-tech automation system. When, so called, information society with self-proliferating syber-nation and science-technology controls this society including our planning and execution, we will face a sociey which is diffeeren from our will and ideals. Such a society will not be a society of man, but will be able to be called a society of robot and mechanics In front of the self-proliferating science and its magnification with its blind worshipping the crises of the contemporary society have been expanding. As a human being, we should be opposed to the process of our relegation to parts of machinery as its slavery however it may promote convenience of our life. What we should be concerned with our human society is to do our utmost to keep a humane human society with respect of our fellow human beings, preventing our society from becoming a management-oriented society under the pretext of rationalization of megaton enterprises. The development of science and technology should be concentrated on advancement of human happiness. For that purpose, we are leading the GCS Movement. The expansion of the GCS Movement will be brought about with increasing and strengthening of GCS Club organization. The GCS Movement will be a desirable means of solving all the problems the world faces. The globalization of the GCS Movement is also a practice of reconstruction of human society. Therefore, we, GCS members, are trying to organize GCS Clubs throughout the world. This paper describes a role model of a GCS local club including instances of activities and projects. The paper also studies establishment, execution, and evaluations of club projects and plans. The paper covered how to proceed with various projects efficiently for our communities in connection with healthysociety movement, conscious transformation, and nature preservation. Finally, the paper studies promotion of creative projects conceived by local clubs, One of means of promoting these projects is strengthening facilitating forces of the club through activation of role of officers with membership training. Practice of GCS principles in our daily life based on restoration of humanity and morality will lead us to keep on our healthy social life with determination. For this purpose, we need to principle ourselves through meditation of three right virtue, right knowledge, right judgement, and right action. In addition to these factors, financial funds for GCS is another source of promotion of the GCS Movement. This paper was prepared as a useful reference for local clubs so that they can use it in promoting their activities and projects. Depending on their condition and environments, this model can not always be applicable to all local clubs in the world. However, common factors or nature applicable to all GCS Clubs should be typified as a model. Local clubs are playing a core role in the GCS. Grassroots based of the local clubs, regional chapters, national headquarters. and international headquarters can be established. Therefore. promotion of activities of local clubs will surely facilitating establishment of Oughtopia through g1obalization, human familism, and globalization based on voluntary service and dedication of local clubs

중이염 수술 후 발생한 안면신경마비를 동반한 침윤성 Aspergillus감염에 의한 중이염

The cases of invasive aspergillosis in the head and neck are infrequent and generally limited to the paranasal sinuses. Aspergillus involvements of the ear is a very rare entity, which is almost seen in immunocompromised patient, such as those with leukemia, aquired immunodeficiency syndrome and diabetes mellitus. Because invasive fungal otitis media is often misdiagnosed as malignant otitis externa. Early diagnosis, aggressive debridement, antimycotic therapy and resituation of immunocompromised conditions are required. The author report a case of invasive aspergillus infection of ear with facial paralysis who was treated with open cavity mastoidectomy and maintenance of antifungal drug.

Today, it is time that human being should be rediscovered as a being with wisdom and ability to live in the modern civilization and a desirable human type should be rebuilt. to build a desirzble human type, it needs a consciousness reform. For a consciousness reform, human being should be aware of a fact that, firstly, man is a member of one global community, secondly, man lives together in a decocratic society and, thirdy, human relationship should be cooperative one, rather than a competitive one. It is only through this consciousness rfform that man can root out a class ideologism,hegemonism and excousive nationalism and that man can construct a global community, in other words, an Oughtopia in the new millennium, the 21st century. The GCS movemenet is aiming at a human-centered human society. The GCS club cativities are the basic activities to build such a society. In the process of club activities, there could ocdur many crises. Those are diverse from internal crises such as member crisis and club crisis to external crisis. For a cisis management through member and family, it can be solved by member, family of relatives. For a crisis management Through club, staff meeting, member control, small group meeting can solver those crises. Besides, the crisis management can be put into effect by a superior organization or a district headquarters or national headquarters. With the crisis management measures, club members can prevent the GCS club crisis in advance. When in crsis, if the members deploy the second REnaissance movement with Goodwill, Cooperation, Service-Contribution, we will realize a society which is spiritually beautiful, materially affluent and humanly rewarding, in ohter words, humanly human society, cultural welfare society. Therfore, we will have to try our best efforts to costruct an Oughtopia, an ought-to-be society.

밝은사회 사이버클럽의 활성화 방안

Since the Industrial Revolution of the 18th century, the rapid advance of science and technology has brought about all modern conveniences and benefits, but there are inevitable side effects that do harm to humankind. The excessive pursuit of pragmatism and materialism that followed the Industrial Revolution has caused the degradation of morality and humanity with a decrease in the sense of altruism and integrity of humankind, even to the extent as to cause human alienation. Contemporary society tends to be described as the era of self-effacement, uncertainty, materialism, Mammonism, egoistic individualism, dehumanization, and human alienation, which may stem from the uncertainty and unstable situation of our future society. such words are also intentionally used by some scholars for the purpose of promoting the establishment of new values that focus on the rediscovery of human dignity and morality. The GCS Movement aims at the establishment of Oughtopia as a means of the reconstruction of human society with a human-centered emphasis by reversing the phenomena of dehumanization caused by the side-effects of the development of science and technology. The GCS Movement is carried out through a systematic club organization with its network of national or regional chapters and local clubs in over 40 countries. Today our society is called an information society as great progress is being made daily in the flow of information. Accordingly, on-line programs in cyber space through the internet have emerged as an important tool. In this respect, the vitalization of the GCS cyber-movement is as important as off-line GCS Club activities for the overall progress of the GCS Movement. Based on this idea, vitalization of the GCS cyber-club is emphasized as follows: Firstly, this paper focused on the necessity of GCS cyber-club activities in connection with democratization, internationalization, humanization, and welfarization as the principles of this era. In addition, this paper observed the direction of our life as it is influenced by a mass society and seeks for the possibility of building a human-centered society. Secondly, the statistics of GCS cyber-membership were observed. The significance of cyberspace and the implications of the GCS cyber-club were explained. With the statistics of the GCS cyber-membership, prospects for the GCS cyber-movement were analyzed. Thirdly, this paper examined the possible ways of vitalization of the GCs cyber-club activities. These were examined in two categories between adult cyber-club and youth cyber-club. As a means of management and maintenance of the GCS cyber-chatting corner, regular contact with cyber-members and the establishment of a cyber-working committee were developed. In addition, practical programs of on-line activities were introduced and some of them include the publication and distribution of a cyber-newsletter, practice of cyber-movements such as eliminating harmful websites and using decent and rpoper words in cyber space, enactment and practice of guiding principles in the cyber world, on-line joint projects through networking among like-minded NGOs, various on-line events and award presentations, the establishment of on-line bulletin boards for reporting, and the establishment of a cyber legal information center. Lastly, some suggestions were made to vitalized the GCS cyber-club as follows. One is to establish and manage an organizational structure in charge of the GCs cyber-movement. This organizational structure may include the department in charge of cyber-club oranization and its expansion, the department in charge of cyber-movement and projects. The vitalization of the GCS cyber-club can be expected in conjunction with the promotion of the off-line GCS Movement. In this sense, the GCS cyber-movement can be enhanced with more active off-line programs such as consoldation and expansion of GCS clubs, more active participation of club members in various GCS programs, and execution of various GCS projects. In addition, the GCS cyber-movement will gain momentum with increasing recognition of the status of existing GCS clubs. When the GCS Movement is promoted by mass media, in work places of club members and various organizations vitalization of the GCS cyber-movement will be influenced by these external factors. The vitalization of the GCS cyber-movement cannot be attained in a short time. When all parties concerned such as GCS Club members, cyber-members, and GCS secretariat cooperate together, there will be good results in the vitalization of the GCS cyber-movement. Therefore, both GCS Club members and cyber-members should do their utmost to promote the GCS cyber-movement with the lofty mission of the reconstruction of human society by overcoming all negative phenomena resulting from the negative side-effects of the material civilization of science and technology. With the active participation of both GCS members and cyber-members for this purpose, the expansion and consolidation of the GCS Movement both off-line and on-line will be actualized and the GCS Movement will spread around the world. With this achievement, we can expect the realization of a Global Common Society which GCS members are anticipating as a desirable society which is spiritually beautiful, materially affluent, and humanly rewarding.
