Theoretical equations were formulated to harmonize domestic safety regulation with international safety regulation for stability test of a large size bus. Movement of vehicle gravity center was applied to calculation formula, and influence of spring rates was considered to supplement an accuracy. Masses, dimensions and angle of stability test of unladen vehicle were measured and then a weight of gross vehicle was calculated and the maximum an wle of stability test could be obtained. Finally we could harmonize domestic safety regulation with international one to use this formula with the result that prevent the damage due to stability test of gross vehicle and reduce a development costs and period.
