        Ellipsometry를 이용한 193 nm photoresist에서의 물의 흡수 연구

        We employed in-situ spectroscopic ellipsometry(SE) and imaging ellipsometry(IE) to study the interaction of water and photoresist(PR) in 193 immersion lithography. Real time measurement of SE showed thickness increase when PR was immerged in water indicating swelling effect. From the temporal evolution we could observe its reaction-limited behavior. Meanwhile, IE could identify the modification of PR surface by contact of water even for a short period of a second.

        호텔 종업원의 성격특성이 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 인적 서비스를 중요시하는 호텔기업을 대상으로 종업원의 성격특성이 직무성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위해 성격특성에 관한 선행연구를 토대로 연구모형을 만들고 가설을 설정하여 검증하였다. 또한 기존의 선행연구에서 거의 다루어지지 않았던 새로운 구성개념인 직무자원활용성과 종업원서비스지향성을 매개변수로 하여 성격특성과 직무성과간의 관계를 검증하기 위하여 계층회귀분석분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과를 보면, 직무성과의 예측변수로 성격특성뿐만 아니라 상황적 특성인 직무자원활용성과 표면적 특성 인 종업원서비스지향성이 매개변수로 작용할 때 직무성과에 더욱 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 심리학이나 경영학의 인사조직, 마케팅의 소비자행동에서 다루어졌던 성격특성과는 달리, 서비스마케팅 측면에서 볼 때. 성격특성, 직무자원활용성, 종업원서비스지향성이 내부마케팅 변수로 활용되어 성과향상에 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 밝혔다. 또한 호텔기업의 종업원 선발 시 중요하게 생각되어야 할 부분이 성격부분이며, 성실성, 개방성과 특히 호텔기업에서 중시되는 호감성은 직무성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 중요한 성향으로 검증되었다. 이러한 성격특성들은 호텔기업의 인사선발에 기준이 될 것이다. The skillful selection of high-performing customer service personnel provides a service firm with a competitive advantage. Researchers have found that when selection processes work well, there is less employee turnover, and training efforts are more effective. One approach to identifying high-performing service employees is to employ personality tests. Personality tests are frequently used for employment, promotion, and training decisions. One approach to personality testing is the Big Five Personality Model and its close relative, the 5- Factor Model. In this study, we extend the 3M Model approach from the investigation of consumer behavior constructs to the identification of the trait predictors of iob performance among service employees. The 3M Model is a general theory of motivation and personality that can be applied from consumer behavior, to services marketing, to organizational behavior. The basic premise of our research was that implementing the marketing concept is one of the tasks to be performed by individual service employees for most organizations. Our research is motivated by two research questions. First, we investigate the personality trait and a new construct that we label "job resourcefulness" and employee service orientation. Second, we investigate whether a hierarchical personality model can improve on the ability of one set of 5-Factor Model traits to predict high-performing employees. Is was found that in comparison to the version of the 5-Factor Model, the additional traits contained in the hierarchical model significantly increased the variance accounted for in performance measures of service employees working in hotel industry. Eight constructs were investigated in the research - the five personality element traits, job resourcefulness(situational traits), employee service orientation(surface traits), job performance. The results obtained by hierarchical regression analyses indicate that the six hypotheses employed in this study were supported. Especially, it appeared that within our services, the conscientiousness and agreeableness of service workers is a significant consideration in evaluations of job performance. Also, the results revealed that job resourcefulness and employee service orientation as well as personality traits are predictive of measure of the job performance of service employees in hotel. Therefore, the results support the expectation that the full hierarchical model would account for more variance in outcome variables than one version of the 5-Factor Model. A number of managerial implications emerge from the research. First, the result suggest that managers should seek employees who work effectively under scarce resource conditions. Job resourcefulness to the situational traits can be influenced by training and the work environment. Second, the service oriented workers are ultimately regarded as better performers. Third, the results support that employee selection instruments built solely around 5-Factor models are inadequate. Our research makes contributions to the marketing literature as follows; First, we identified the trait job resourcefulness, which was shown to account for job performance and service orientation in hotel industry. A second contribution is the confirmation of the efficacy of a hierarchical approach to personality in accounting for variance in performance measures.

        새로운 변조방식을 사용한 단상 인버터 시스템

        본 논문에서는 새로운 변조방식을 사용한 단상 인버터 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 buck-boost 변환기와 인버터로 구성되며 새로운 변조방식인 PWAM(Pulse Width/Amplitude Modulation)방식을 사용하여 제어한다. PWAM방식은 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)방식과 PAM(Pulse Amplitude Modulation) 방식이 혼합된 새로운 변조방식이며 인버터의 입력단에 위치한 buck-boost 변환기는 일정한 직류전압을 입력으로 받아 가변 직류전압으로 변환한다. 인버터는 buck-boost 변환기에서 출력된 가변 직류전압을 입력으로 하며, PWM 구간에서는 PWM 스위칭을 하고 PAM 구간에서는 인버터가 스위칭을 하지 않음으로써 정현 교류전압으로 변환한다. 제안한 PWAM방식을 사용한 단상 인버터 시스템은 PAM 구간에서 스위칭 동작을 하지 않으므로 기존의 방식에 비해 스위칭 횟수가 감소하여 스위칭 손실을 줄일 수 있다. In this paper, we propose a single-phase inverter system using new modulation method. The proposed system is composed of a buck-boost converter and an inverter and controlled by PWAM scheme. PWAM method is a new modulation method which is the incorporation of PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) and PAM(Pulse Amplitude Modulation) methods. The DC voltage which is the input voltage of buck-boost converter is converted into a variable DC voltage by buck-boost converter. Also, the variable DC voltage which is the output voltage of buck-boost converter is converted into a sinusoidal AC voltage by inverter. The input voltage of inverter is processed by PWM switching in PWM section and bypassed in PAM section. By using PWAM method, switching action is not existed in PAM section and thus the times of switching is reduced. As a result, the switching loss can be reduced.

        토종브랜드 호텔과 해외브랜드 호텔에 관한 고객 체험이 서비스 품질, 고객 만족, 소비자

        The study tried to make a comparison between local and global brand hotels with respect to the relationships among customer experiences, service quality, customer satisfaction and consumer-brand relationship. Based on Schmitt(1999)`s Strategic Modules(SEMs), this study provided strategic implications according to its results. To this end, this study collected data from 300 participants who have stayed at local and global brand hotels in Seoul. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for data analysis. The results showed that experiential modules (``sense`` module and ``feel-think-act``) affected service quality (human service, physical service) in local brand hotels. But ``feel-think-act``, one of experiential modules, only affected service quality in global brand hotels. Also, physical service only had strong effects on customer satisfaction with both local and global brand hotels. Finally, customer satisfaction was influenced by consumer-brand relationships for two hotel groups. But there were no statistically significant differences in all estimations between local and global brand hotels. In conclusion, the study provided some strategic implications that experiential marketing in hotel industry needs be practiced to maintain the competitive advantage and sustain branding power and will result in stronger consumer-brand relationships in local and global brand hotels.

      • PWAM방식을 이용한 새로운 단상 인버터 시스템

        This paper proposes a new modulation method for single-phase inverter system. The proposed modulation method is an incorporation of PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) and PAM(Pulse Amplitude Modulation) methods. Inverter system is operated with PWM method at the predetermined reference voltage or below and with PAM method over the reference voltage. The applied DC voltage to the inverter is adjusted by the buck-boost converter furnished at the input terminals of inverters. We call the new method as a PWAM(Pulse Width/Amplitude Modulation) method. If the PWAM method is used, the times of switching are reduced. As a result, the switching loss and the size of heat sink for switching elements are reduced. To verify the validity, simulations are carried out.

      • 14년 동안의 편도주위농양의 임상적 양상의 변화

        Background and Objectives : Peritonsillar abscess is one of the most common illnesses m the ENT field, though its prevalence has been drastically reduced with the development of antibiotics and appropriate early treatment. We analyzed recent clinical characteristics of peritonsillar abscess and compared them with ones of 7 and 14 years ago respectively. Materials and Methods : Sixty-six cases of peritonsillar abscess from 2006 through 2008 were investigated retrospectively and compared with results of 7 and 14 years ago on various clinical factors. Results : Peritonsillar abscess was prevalent in men in their 20s and 30s. Mean period from symptom onset to visit to hospital tended to decrease(5.2 days) but admission days has increased(7.4 days). Body temperature on admission was lower than that of previous studies($36.4^{\circ}C$). Bacteria were isolated in 26 cases(74.2%) out of 35 cases in which culture had been performed. The most common cultured organism was a-hemolytic streptococcus and $\beta$-hemolytic streptococcus that had been most frequently cultured 14 years ago wasn't detected in this study. Conclusion : We found some changes of clinical features in peritonsillar abscess when compared with previous researches. Although there were some differences in cultured organism, antibiotics used commonly-cephalosporin, aminoglycoside, quinolone - were still effective for their eradication.
