산업혁명 이후 문화의 발전이 개인의 개성을 강조하는 시대로 도래 하면서 소비자의 욕구도 다양화 다변화 되었다. 소품종 소량생산의 욕구를 충족하기위한 기업의 생산적인 시도는 새로운 마켓을 창출해내고 있는 것도 사실이다. 다품종 소량생산의 특징을 여실히 드러내는 한국 산업계에는 그동안의 대량생산에서 변화를 꾀하기 위하여 여러 가지로 노력을 하고 있다. 다양한 상품을 기반으로 소비자들의 만족을 위해 기업은 소비자의 니즈를 파악하고 새로운 체계를 마련함으로 혁신적인 요소를 모색하고 있는 상황이다. 이를 통해 창의적인 조합을 마련하여 고객가치혁신상품을 조사하고 전문적이고 실속적인 프리미어 형 고부가가치 상품을 개발해야한다. 상품 주도적인 시장을 개척함으로써 기업 경쟁력을 제고해야 하며 나아가 생산력을 이끌어 냄으로써 소비주도적인 전망을 파악하는데 중요한 요소를 제공해야한다. 현재 우리가 사용하고 있는 컴퓨터 시스템의 환경은 그 표준이 미국인을 중심으로 개발이 되었다. 한국 컴퓨터 환경에서 사용 되고 있는 마우스의 크기역시 미국인을 기준으로 개발된 제품이 그대로 들어와 사용되고 있는 상황으로 한국인 체형과 미국인의 표준체형이 서로 달라 마우스를 사용하였을 때 발생되는 문제점을 알아보고 향 후 마우스 디자인에 가이드라인을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 해양 안전시설물 디자인개선을 위한 가이드라인 연구

2016년 경주 대 지진, 태풍, 자연재해로부터 더 이상 동남권 지역은 안전한 지역이 아니며, 국민안전과 재난방재에 대한 관심이 증폭되고 있다. 본 연구는 2016년 3월에 발간된(vol.23) 한국과학예술포럼 논문집 p.271-281에 게재된 ‘해양 구조구명시스템 디자인개선에 관한 기초연구’에 후속으로 진행되는 연구이다. 선행연구는 해양안전사고 정의와 특성에 대한 연구이며, 본 연구는 보다 정밀한 해양 안전시스템의 문제점을 파악하는데 있다. 각 지역 해안의 특성을 이해하고 개선하기 위해서는 정량화된 지표로 대상을 평가를 할 수 있는 체크리스트가 필요했다. ‘해양’, ‘안전’, ‘레저스포츠’를 키워드로 사전문헌조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료를 토대로 6가지 성격으로 다시 분류하였다. 안전에 관한특성, 국내 해양안전관련 법규, 국외해양안전관련 법규, 안전정보매체 관련특성, 구명장비특성, 인간공학적인 배려에 관한 문헌조사를 실시하여 1차 체크리스트의 항목을 도출하였다. 1차 체크리스트로 동남권의 대표성을 갖는 지역을 선정하여 사전조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 체크리스트가 현실에 맞게 수정과 보완이 필요하여 전문가와 함께 수정보안을 하였다. 다양한 해양레저스포츠 환경에 적합한 해양구조구명시스템을 디자인적인 측면에서 평가할 수 있는 체크리스트의 지속연구에 대한 제언을 한다. Recently The southeast region is not a safe area from the Gyeongju earthquake, typhoon, and natural disaster anymore. People are very concerned about safety and disaster prevention. This study was published in the Korean Science and Art Forum, p.271-281, which was published in March, 2016 (vol.23). The title is "Basic Research on the Improvement of Marine Life Saving System Design". This study is a follow-up study. Prior research is the definition and characteristics of marine safety accidents. This study is to identify the problems of a more precise marine safety system. In order to understand and improve the characteristics of each coastal area, it is necessary to have a checklist to evaluate the target with quantified indicators. Keyword are "Ocean", "safety" and "leisure sports". Based on the collected data, the data are summarized in six characteristics. A preliminary survey was conducted by selecting a region that has representative status in the southeast region by preparing a primary checklist. The items of the first checklist were derived by conducting a literature survey on characteristics of safety, domestic marine safety regulations, offshore safety regulations, safety information media related characteristics, life-saving equipment characteristics, and ergonomic considerations. As a result, the checklist was modified and remake to fit reality and situation. The purpose of this study is to provide a checklist for evaluating marine rescue systems suitable for various marine leisure sports environments.

도심형 해양레저스포츠 범위와 관계시설의 디자인개선에 관한선행 연구

세계 경제기구는 1970년대 광물자원의 고갈로 경제성장이 한계에 맞게 된다고 경고 있다. 반면 인간은 셰일가스나 석유와 같은 해양의 천연자원 발굴을 도모하기위해 해양에 관심을 기울여 왔다. 인간은 미지의 자연에서 새로운 산업을 일으키고 있으며 관련 산업을 집중육성 하고 있다. 가속화 되고 있는 국가 간의 산업경쟁은 새롭고 혁신적인문화를 만들어 내고 있다. 국민소득 2만불 시대는 즐기는 레저의 범위가 육상에서 해양으로 넓혀진다. 보는 레저에서 즐기는 레저로 옮겨감에 따라 수영에서부터 윈드서핑, 수상스키, 스쿠버다이빙, 웨이크보드는 물론 요트나 보트에 이르기까지 범위는 상당히 광범위하게 커지고 있다. 이러한 산업은 부가가치가 높지만, 국내의 실정은 이제 시작하는 수준이며 디자인역시 현재 수요에 부응하지 못하고 있는 현실이다. 본 연구 논문은 해양레저스포츠의 정의와 범위에 대해서 연구하고 디자인산업과의 관계에 대해서 알아본다. 문헌조사를 통해 나타난 해양레저스포츠의 빈도수를 찾고 문화적인 특징과, 사회적인 특징, 지역적인 특징을 알아본다. 중요도가 높은 해양레저스포츠의 동선을 파악하여 관련 디자인 산업에 중요한 자료가 되는데 본 연구논문의 목적이 있다. Economic growth arrived to a limit according to depletion of mineral resources was warned in the 1970s. However, Human beings have interested in excavation of Ocean natural resources such as oil, shale gas. People have created and fostered a new industry from the unknown nature. Accelerating Industry competitions in the countries make new and innovative culture. Range of leisure is spread over the ocean in $20,000 National income. From looking at leisure will be changed to enjoying leisure like swimming, windsurfing, water skiing, scuba diving, wakeboarding, yacht or boat which is fairly comprehensive. This is very high valued industry, but it’s just start level in domestic. Also Design does not meet current demand is a reality. This research will show definition and scope of marine leisure sports and relationship between design industry and that. The frequency of marine leisure sports through the literature survey, cultural characteristics, and regional characteristics will be discussed.

해양 구조구명시스템 디자인 개선에 관한 기초연구

최근 한국의 레저스포츠관련 산업은 주 5일근무제 근무로 인해 성장하고 있다. 길어진 주말 휴식동안 가족과 함께 여행, 스포츠, 관광, 레저 등의 국민관심사도 동시에 높아지고 있다. 반면 3면이 바다로 둘러싸인 해양 도시에도 불구하고 해양레저스포츠에 대한 관심은 성장이 더딘 편이다. 해양레저스포츠는 다른 레저와는 달리 안전사고가 생명과 직결되어 부흥이 더딘 상황이다. 최근 안전에 대한 불감증은 ‘세월호’ 사건과 같은 대형사고로 이어지는 결과를 낳기도 했다. 안전을 책임지는 주무관청에서도 안전장비나 시설물에 대한 어원정의가 제대로 이루어지지 않아 개발자와 이용자 관리자가 혼선을 겪는 경유가 있다. 따라서 최근 5년간 동남권 지역의 해양레저스포츠 체험과정에서 발생된 사고사례와 현장조사를 통해 문제점을 파악하고 보다 안전한 체험을 위한 환경과 향후 해양 레저스포츠의 해양구조구명시스템의 디자인개발 방안을 마련하는데 본 연구의 배경 및 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 먼저 해양 구조구명시스템의 정의를 연구한다. 다음으로는 국내외 관련법에 대한 문헌적 연구조사를 실시한다. 한국의 동남권을 중심으로 사람이 주로 모이는 10개의 해양레저스포츠 지역을 선정하고 유형을 5가지로 정리하였다. 5가지의 유형은 해양레저스포츠, 방파제, 산책로, 갯바위, 해양레저스포츠센터이다. 각 지역과 유형별로 구조구명시스템의 현장조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과 동남권의 10개 지역의 안전 우려되었던 방파제, 갯바위, 해안산책로는 현장조사결과 구명구조시스템의 전반적인 개선이 시급하다는 결론에 도달하였다. Recent leisure culture in Korea has been spread to five-day workweek. People are increasingly interested in travel, sports, tourism, leisure to enjoy a healthy and prosperous life. Korea is surrounded by sea on three sides. The property is a low interest in marine leisure sports. However, marine leisure sports is a slow revival situation is unlike other leisure accidents is directly related to life. Recently insensitivity to safety caused large fatal accidents, such as ‘Sewolho’ cruise ship. Etymological definition of safety equipment or facilities that did not work correctly it is administrators and users via a developer experiencing interference. In this research, the study defined marine rescue and safety system. Next, we conducted a literature research on national and international laws. Selected 10 marine leisure sports mainly local people gather around the southeast of South Korea, which was organized into five types. Are five types of marine leisure sports, pier, walkway, the rocks of seashore, marine leisure sports center. Last five years, the incidents occurred and field research experience in marine leisure sports courses in the area southeast. Identify the problem and to study the need to establish an environment for design in a more secure experience. This study aims to provide a design and development plan of the marine system nine trillion people in the future marine leisure sports. Therefore, this in through the incidents and site survey occurred in the marine leisure sports experience the process of southeastern regions last five years, identify the problem and provide a more secure experience the environment and design improvements of the marine rescue system of the future marine leisure sports for there is the background and purpose of the study. This study is the first to study the definition of a marine system marine rescue system. Next, we conducted a literature research on national and international laws. Selected 10 marine leisure sports mainly local people gather around the southeast of South Korea, which was organized into five types. Five types of marine leisure sports are the breakwater, the trail road, the rocks on the seashore, marine leisure sports center.

주5일제 근무가 정착된 요즘, 주말에 가족이나 동료들과 여가를 즐기는 인구가 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 여가생활의 정착과 더불어 건강에 관심이 많아지고 그에 따른 다양한 스포츠를 즐기고자 하는 사람들이 늘고 있다. 스포츠 활동은 스트레스 해소와 정서적 안정, 상호협력, 성취감 등을 높여주는 효과가 있다. 우리나라는 지형적 특징으로 3면이 바다를 접하고 있어 해양레저스포츠를 다양하게 즐길 수 있는 입지적 조건을 가지고 있으며, 그 중심에 부산이 자리 잡고 있다. 부산은 동해와 남해가 연결되는 환경적 조건으로 요트, 크루즈, 윈드서핑, 등 다양한 레저를 체험할 수 있다. 부산의 해양레저스포츠는 모래사장과 파도를 이용한 더 많은 레저스포츠 개발의 가능성을 갖고 있다. 본 연구는 부산의 해양레저스포츠를 중심으로 이용의 활성화를 연구하고 앞으로의 다양한 개발 가능성을 제시하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. Nowadays, in the five-day system people are increasing who enjoy leisure with family or peers on weekend. People have grown very attentive to interest about health with settled leisure life and increasing to enjoy various sports. Sport ships effects on stress reduction, emotional stability, co-works, turning up accomplishment. We have fun with interesting marine leisure sports, Because Korea is located with 3 oceans. Pusan which is contact with Korean East Sea and the southern sea has environment condition. People want to get a lot of marine sports experience like yacht, cruise, and wind surfing and so on. Also Pusan marine leisure sports environment get possibility more various it with sandy beach and waves. The Purpose of this study is to present the possibility of definition and scope of marine leisure sports and relationship between design industry and that. The frequency of marine leisure sports through the literature survey, cultural Characteristics and regional characteristics will be discussed.
