Superhydrophobic micro-nano hybrid structures were fabricated by reactive ion etching of hydrophobic polymer micro patterns using gold nanoparticles as etch masks. Micro structures of perfluoropolyether bisurethane methacrylate (PFPE) were prepared by soft-lithographic technique using polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) molds. Water contact angles on the surfaces of various PFPE micro structures and corresponding micro-nano hybrid structures were compared to examine the effects of micro patterning and nanostructure formation in the manifestation of superhydrophobicity. The PFPE micro-nano hybrid structures exhibited a very stable superhydrophobicity, while the micro-only structures could not reach the superhydrophobicity but only showed the unstable hydrophobicity.

China has for 10 consecutive years been the number one foreign direct investment destination of Korea. This article discusses some issues on the present foreign invested enterprises laws in China by analyzing relevant cases. At first, the issues on applying the Company Law to foreign invested enterprises are presented. Then, issues on the local protectionism, the authority of the board of directors, the fraudulent conducts on registered capital, the allocation of three statutory funds, and the qualification of Chinese investment party are examined. Finally, the author addresses issues on the reorganization of foreign invested enterprises laws in China. For that, the need to change the present dual governing system is stressed, and then, regarding this issue, the standpoints of Chinese scholars are introduced.
