        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of regular exercise on health-related physical fitness in male university students. 20 subjects(windsurfing exercise group, n=10; non-exercise group, n=10) were participated in this experiment. Health-related physical fitness(%fat, muscle mass, muscle strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardio-respiratory endurance) of all subjects was measured. All data were expressed as mean and standard deviation and also independent t-test was performed to test the significant levels of differences between groups by using SPSS program. Significance was set at the α=.05. Consequently, exercise group had significantly better levels in %fat, muscle strength, muscular endurance, cardio-respiratory endurance than non-exercise group. In summary when considering the above results, we concluded that long term and regular exercise could improve the level of health-related physical fitness in windsurfing exercise participants.

        비만 초등학생에서 골프운동이 신체조성과 체력, 혈중지질 및 성장호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the current study was to investigate the effects of golf exercise on the body composition, physical fitness, blood lipids and growth hormone in obese elementary children. Sixteen obese elementary children were divided into exercise (n=8) and control (n=8) groups. The golf exercise program was carried out under the condition of RPE 11-15 for 120 minutes, 3 days a week for 12 weeks. Body composition, physical fitness, blood lipids and growth hormone of all subjects were measured at before and after the program participation. Percent body fat, body fat mass, waist-hip ration and fasting glucose was significantly decreased within exercise group. Muscle strength(back strength) was significantly increased within exercise group and control group. Flexibility(sit and reach) and insulin-like growth factor-1 was significantly increased within exercise group. Exercise group was shown that there were significant differences of percent body fat, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and fasting glucose, compared with control group. Our findings concluded the severity of obese elementary children. There were significant improvements in percent body fat, body fat mass, waist-hip ratio, muscle strength, flexibility, fasting glucose and insulin-like growth factor-1 in obese elementary children after golf exercise program participation.

      • 천공기의 Machine Control을 위한 개념설계와 메타버스를 이용한 실증

        Drilling machine is a large construction equipment that uses drill bit to drill hard ground. Since the mechanism of the drilling machine is very complicated, the process of the driver adjusting the operating lever to change the position and posture to the target blasting hole is very difficult. To figure out these difficulties, we design machine control algorithm to automatically adjusting drilling machine. This paper presents “Drilling Operation Start Decision Algorithm” and “Detailed Path Design Algorithm” as key among Machine control algorithm, and developed a “Traffic Light System” that informs whether drilling operation is possible. The “Drilling Operation Start Decision Algorithm” is an algorithm that calculates the distance between the drill bit and the target blasting hole by using IMU, GNSS, blasting hole information. Also it finds drilling posture error from current posture. And it was designed by kinematic analysis and inverse kinematic analysis. “Traffic Light System” provides drivers information similar to a traffic light to let them know whether drilling work can start in this algorithm. In “Detailed Path Design Algorithm”, the path of the drill bit would be designed when the drilling works starts and the drilling machine is located near the blasting hole. In reference, the “Path control algorithm” is omitted in this paper, because it actually controls the path of the drill bit.

        유산소 운동과 저항운동의 복합처치가 고혈압 환자의 혈중지질과 C-반응성 단백에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of combined exercise on blood lipids and C-reactive protein in hypertensive patients. 30 subjects were divided into combined exercise (n=15) and control (n=15) groups. The combined exercise was composed of aerobic and resistance exercise program. Blood lipids and C-reactive protein(CRP) of all subjects were measured at before and after the program participation. TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, CRP were significantly decreased within exercise group, and exercise group was shown that there were significant differences of LDL-C and HDL-C, compared with control group. In summary, when considering the above results, combined treatment of aerobic and resistance exercise could improve the levels of blood lipids. Furthermore combined exercise could decrease the concentration of CRP.

        중년여성의 요부근육 면적에 미치는 승마운동의 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of horse riding exercise on lumbar muscle in middle-aged women. 16 participants were divided into a control group (n=8) and a horse riding exercise group (n=8). The horse riding exercise program was carried out under the condition of 60 minutes, 2 days a week for 12 weeks. Lumbar muscles (psoas major muscle, quadratus lumborum muscle, erector spinae muscle, multifidus muscle) of all subjects were measured at the baseline, 6 weeks, 12 weeks of the program participation. Consequently, quadratus lumborum muscle was significantly increased within exercise group after 12 weeks, and exercise group also manifested a significant difference in quadratus lumborum muscle, compared with control group after 12 weeks. Exercise group manifested significant differences in erector spinae muscle (after 12 weeks), and multifidus muscle (after 6 weeks and 12 weeks), compared with control group. In summary when considering the above results, horse riding exercise could increase the area of lumbar muscle in middle-aged women.

        12주간 승마운동이 중년여성의 복부지방 면적에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of horse riding exercise on abdominal fat in middle-aged women. 16 participants were divided into a control group (n=8) and a horse riding exercise group (n=8). The horse riding exercise program was carried out under the condition of 60 minutes, 2 days a week for 12 weeks. Abdominal fat area (total abdominal fat, abdominal cavity fat, and subcutaneous fat) of all subjects were measured at the baseline, 6 weeks, 12 weeks of the program participation. Consequently, horse riding exercise group manifested significant differences in total abdominal fat, abdominal cavity fat, and subcutaneous fat, compared with control group after 12 weeks. In summary when considering the above results, horse riding exercise could decrease the area of abdominal fat in middle-aged women.

        신체 분절의 연조직 변형을 고려한 관성센서신호 기반의 상대위치 추정 칼만필터

        This paper deals with relative position estimation using a Kalman filter (KF) based on inertial sensors that have been widely used in various biomechanics-related outdoor applications. In previous studies, the relative position is determined using relative orientation and predetermined segment-to-joint (S2J) vectors, which are assumed to be constant. However, because body segments are influenced by soft tissue artifacts (STAs), including the deformation and sliding of the skin over the underlying bone structures, they are not constant, resulting in significant errors during relative position estimation. In this study, relative position estimation was performed using a KF, where the S2J vectors were adopted as time-varying states. The joint constraint and the variations of the S2J vectors were used to develop a measurement model of the proposed KF. Accordingly, the covariance matrix corresponding to the variations of the S2J vectors continuously changed within the ranges of the STA-causing flexion angles. The experimental results of the knee flexion tests showed that the proposed KF decreased the estimation errors in the longitudinal and lateral directions by 8.86 and 17.89 mm, respectively, compared with a conventional approach based on the application of constant S2J vectors.

        방학 기간 운동프로그램이 비만 중학생의 체력과 대사증후군 위험요인 및 뇌파에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the current study was to investigate the effects of vacation exercise program on the metabolic syndrome risk factors and electroencephalographic in obese middle school students. 22 subjects were divided into vacation exercise(n=11) and control(n=11) groups. The vacation exercise program was conducted 120 minutes/day, 5 days a week for 4 weeks. The results were summarized as follows: Cardiovascular endurance, waist circumference and triglyceride were significantly decreased within vacation exercise group. Skeletal muscle mass, muscular endurance, flexibility, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, alpha wave and SMR wave were significantly increased within vacation exercise group. Weight, body mass index, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and waist circumference showed significant differences in the interaction effect. Body mass index, skeletal muscle mass, cardiovascular endurance, waist circumference and high density lipoprotein cholesterol showed significant differences in the between periods. In summary, when considering the above results, we concluded that vacation exercise could improve physical fitness, metabolic syndrome risk factors and electroencephalographic in obese middle school students.

        태권도학습을 통한 사회성이 학교생활만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study were to analyze the influence that the sociality through Taekwondo training has on school life satisfaction. To accomplish the object of this study, the subjects were 231 Kukkiwon reviewers in J-city. For data analysis, PASW Statics 18.0 were used for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. And the results are as follow. First, among the sociality factor influenced on teacher relationship of sub-factors of school life satisfaction. Second, among the sociality factor influenced on friendly relationship of sub-factors of school life satisfaction. Third, among the sociality factor influenced on school regulations observance of sub-factors of school life satisfaction. Finally, among the sociality factor influenced on school activities of sub-factors of school life satisfaction.

        난류 경계층에서 컴플라이언트 코팅된 벽면과 점탄성 벽면의 방사 소음에 관한 실험적 연구

        We examine a problem in which porous/viscoelastic compliant thin plates are subject to pressure fluctuations under transitional or turbulent boundary layer. Measurements are presented of the frequency spectra of the near-field pressure and radiated sound by compliant surface. A porous plate consisting of 5mm thick. open-cell foam with fabric covering and a viscoelastic-painted plate of 1mm thick over an acoustic board of 4mm thick were placed over a rigid surface in an anechoic wind tunnel. Streamwise velocity and wall pressure measurements were shown to highly attenuate the convective wall pressure energy when the convective wavenumber (k$_{c}$h) was 3.0 or more. The sound source localization on the compliant walls is applied to the measurement of radiated sound by using an acoustic mirror system.
