압광 페인트를 이용한 콘크리트 파괴시험시 골재크기가 균열성상에 미치는 영향조사

In order to capture the fast crack propagation in an unmanipulated concrete fracture test, we employed mechanoluminascent(ML) material, which emits visible light when stressed, as a crack visualization tool. Three-point bending fracture test setup, a paint type ML material and a high speed camera were used to capture the images of fast moving cracks. The maximum size of coarse aggregates of concrete was used as an experimental parameter. The crack images, loading, and crack mouth opening displacement were successfully recorded as a function of time elapsed. From the test results, several interesting cracking behavior in the unmanipulated fracture test was observed in such that (1) the crack moves fast while the load is slowly decreased after the maximum loading, and (2) the crack in concrete with larger coarse aggregates moves faster than the others.
해양스포츠 활동에 따른 여대생의 심폐기능과 체력 및 신체조성 비교 연구

The purpose of this study was to compare cardiopulmonary function, physical fitness and body composition between the aquatic sports group, and the non-aquatic sports group in female college of Jeju national university. For this experiment, 10 subjects were divided into the non-aquatic sports group(n=5), the aquatic sports(n=5). Cardiopulmonary function(O2max/kg, maximal heart rate, maximal ventilation, anaerobic threshold), physical fitness(strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, balance test), body composition(body weight, body mass index, muscle mass, %fat) of all subjects were measured. Cardiopulmonary function were not shown that there were any difference between groups in all measurement items. However, even though it wasn`t significant, it was shown high in orders of the aquatic soprts group had superior results in factors of O2max/kg, maximal heart rate, maximal ventilation, anaerobic threshold. There was a significant difference between groups in categories of muscular endurance of physical fitness. However, strength, flexibility, balance were not shown that there were any difference between group. Body composition were not shown that there were any difference between groups in all measurement items. In summary, when considering the above results, we concluded that aquatic sports of muscular endurance. but, cardiopulmonary function, strength, flexibility, balance and body composition could improve was somewhat incomplete.
레크리에이션 잠수활동이 유산소성 운동능력과 하지 신ㆍ굴근군의 근력강화에 미치는 영향

The study was undertaken to elucidate the improvement of aerobic motor ability, extensor & flexor muscle strength and the possibility as physical fitness & rehabiliation space when applied long-term exercise program in underwater activity. For this 3 scuba diver applied to underwater exercise program and variables analysed were blood lactate concentration, anaerobic threshold level, heart rate, recovery rate of the variables. 1) Mean max blood actate concentration during progressive load showed more in 3rd(0.4m㏖/ℓ) than 1st and 2nd, and didn't show effect of exercise program. Level appeared in anaerobic threshold showed fast in 1st as F(2,73)=3.38, P<.039. 2) The recovery rate of blood lactate concentration during recovery phase showed the order of 2nd≥3rd<1st of F(3,64)=3.96, P<.01 and showed effect in recovery ability applied the underwater exercise program. 3) The heart rate during progressive load showed statistic value of F(2,73)=0.67, P>.514 and didn't show significiant difference at ail-out point and over load point. 4) Recovery rate of Heart rate showed the order of 3rd>2nd≥1st as F(2,73)=1.33, P<.27 and didn't showed significanr difference applied exercise program of underwater activity. 5) Statistic significant difference in max extensor & flexor , repetitive number and duration of upper leg and showed effect of aerobic motor ability applied underwater exercise program. Considering the above results participation of continous underwater activity can effect rather local aerobic motor ability than cardiac motor ability and this results can suggest that activity in underwater need overcome strong current & fluent friction by various kinds of kick and therefore flexor & extensor of lower leg become strong and develop local anaerobic motor ability.

본 연구에서는 압전소자의 EMI 신호변화를 이용하여 시멘트계 재료의 응결특성을 평가하였다. 시멘트 페이스트에 매립된 PZT센서의 수화시간에 따른 EMI 신호변화를 비카트침 시험과 간이단열시험을 통한 수화온도곡선과 비교하였다. 실험결과, 시멘트 페이스트가 수화함에 따라 PZT센서의 EMI 공진피크와 공진주파수의 변화가 나타났으며, 이러한 변화시점은 비카트침 시험과 간이단열시험을 통한 수화온도곡선으로부터 획득한 응결시간과 부합하는 것으로 나타났다. The evolution of electro-mechanical impedance (EMI) of the piezoelectricity (PZT) sensor was investigated to determine the setting times of cementitious materials in this study. The PZT sensor coated with non-conductive acrylic resin was embedded in cement paste before casting and the EMI signatures were continuously measured. Vicat needle test and semi-adiabatic calorimetry test were also conducted to justify the validity of EMI senssing technique in setting monitoring of cementitious materials. The results show that significant changes in EMI resonant peak magnitude and frequency during setting process were observed, and that the setting times determined by EMI sensing technique were relevant to the setting times measured by Vicat needle test and semi-adiabatic calorimetry test.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of horse riding exercise on lumbar muscle in middle-aged women. 16 participants were divided into a control group (n=8) and a horse riding exercise group (n=8). The horse riding exercise program was carried out under the condition of 60 minutes, 2 days a week for 12 weeks. Lumbar muscles (psoas major muscle, quadratus lumborum muscle, erector spinae muscle, multifidus muscle) of all subjects were measured at the baseline, 6 weeks, 12 weeks of the program participation. Consequently, quadratus lumborum muscle was significantly increased within exercise group after 12 weeks, and exercise group also manifested a significant difference in quadratus lumborum muscle, compared with control group after 12 weeks. Exercise group manifested significant differences in erector spinae muscle (after 12 weeks), and multifidus muscle (after 6 weeks and 12 weeks), compared with control group. In summary when considering the above results, horse riding exercise could increase the area of lumbar muscle in middle-aged women.
유산소 운동과 저항운동의 복합처치가 고혈압 환자의 혈중지질과 C-반응성 단백에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of combined exercise on blood lipids and C-reactive protein in hypertensive patients. 30 subjects were divided into combined exercise (n=15) and control (n=15) groups. The combined exercise was composed of aerobic and resistance exercise program. Blood lipids and C-reactive protein(CRP) of all subjects were measured at before and after the program participation. TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, CRP were significantly decreased within exercise group, and exercise group was shown that there were significant differences of LDL-C and HDL-C, compared with control group. In summary, when considering the above results, combined treatment of aerobic and resistance exercise could improve the levels of blood lipids. Furthermore combined exercise could decrease the concentration of CRP.

본 연구에서는 순환유동층 보일러 애쉬의 재활용 가능성을 높이기 위한 방법으로, 경량기포콘크리트의 제조시 생석회 및 황산칼슘 성분이 필요하다는 점에 착안하여, 이를 생석회 및 석고의 대체재로 활용하여, 생산원가 절감, 자원재활용, 환경부하 저감 및 고부가가치화 등의 목표를 달성하고자 하였다. 다양한 배합설계를 도출하여 경량기포 콘크리트 물성을 평가하였고, 이를 바탕으로 실제 공장에서 시제품을 생산하여, 경량 기포 콘크리트의 제조에 순환유동층 보일러애쉬의 활용성을 검증하고자 하였다. 실험 결과에 따르면, 순환유동층 보일러애쉬를 슬러리로 선처리하여 활용하는 방법을 통해 석고를 CFBCA로 대체 가능한 것이 확인되었으며, 이를 통해 경쟁력 있는 경량기포 콘크리트 제품의 생산이 가능함을 보였다. In this study, as a method to increase the recycling of circulating fluidized bed combustion ash(CFBCA), CFBCA was utilized to produce autoclave aerated concrete product since CFBCA contains quicklime and calcium sulfate components that are required for the manufacture of autoclave aerated concrete. Successful achievement of such objective will bring cost reduction with high value addition, saving of natural resources, and the reduction of environmental load. Various mixing designs were designed to evaluate the properties of autoclave aerated concrete made of CFBCA. Based on series of experimental program, prototypes mix design for factory manufacturing was obtained. According to the experimental results, it was confirmed that gypsum can be replaced with CFBCA through the method of pre-treating the CFBCA as a slurry. It was possible to produce competitive autoclave aerated concrete products using CFBCA.
