1961년부터 2010년 현재까지 현행 국가정선해양관측이 고전적 방법에 의해 수행됨으로써 자동화된 시스템의 형태로 실시간 혹은 준실시간으로 자료를 제공하지 못하게 되는 부분에 대한 개선방향을 살펴보고, 우리나라 운용해양시스템의 실용화를 위하여 국가정선해양관측이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하였다. 선상에서 관측이 끝난 이후부터 데이터베이스에 자료가 저장되는 시점까지 행해지는 수동화된 작업을 대체하기 위해서는, 수온, 염분뿐만 아니라 다양한 자동측정센서가 부착된 CTD(Conductivity-Temperature-Depth)에 연동된 컴퓨터에서 해양관측자료를 처리하고 실시간으로 품질관리를 수행하며 통신수단에 맞게 자료를 전송할 수 있도록 하는 자동화 소프트웨어의 개발이 필요하다. 관측자료를 실시간의 형태로 전송하기 위해서는 Inmarsat 위성통신장비를 활용한 전송시스템이 타당하고, 준실시간 형태의 전송으로는 CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) 무선통신방식을 사용하여 연안역에 도달했을 때 수집된 자료들을 묶어서 보내는 방식이 적합하다. 실시간 품질관리 과정을 포함시켜 관측시 발생할 수 있는 여러 가지 원인의 오류를 미연에 방지할 수 있을 것이다. This study seeks to improve NFRDI Serial Oceanographic observation (NSO) system which has been operated at current observation stations in the Korean Seas since 1961 and suggests the direction of NSO for practical use of Korean operational oceanographic system. For improvement, data handling by human after CTD (Conductivity-Temperature-Depth) observation on the deck, data transmission, data reception in the land station, and file storage into database need to be automated. Software development to execute QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) of real-time oceanographic observation data and to transmit the data with conversion to appropriate format automatically will help to accomplish the automation. Inmarsat satellite telecommunication systems with which have already been equipped on board the current observation vessels can realize the real-time transmission of the data. For the near real-time data transmission, CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) wireless telecommunication can provide efficient transmission in coastal area. Real-time QA/QC procedure after CTD observation will help to prevent errors which can be derived from various causes.
노인의 여가활동 프로그램 참여가 생활 만족도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect on the Life satisfction between group of participation and gender and among the group of Age and Health condition to a Leisure program participation the Old. To attain this purpose, 80 old mans belong to member of college and house for the old in city of K Kyung Gi Do, divided into two groups, participant and nonparticipant group in leisure program as abject, and carried out the leisure program three times a week for five weeks. we have concluded of the study as follow; 1. Life satisfaction according to participation and nonparticipation were significantly different. Life satisfaction to participant group in the leisure program had the highly improved. 2. Life satisfaction according to gender were significantly different, Old women have the higher contentment of life then Old man and the improvement of life satisfaction between before participation and after participation to leisure program had the highly improved. 3. Life satisfaction according to age were not significantly different but participant group to leisure program were significantly different. The more decreasing age tended to the higher contentment of life. 4. Life satisfaction according to Health condition were significantly different. especially, participant group to leisure program was better health condition tended to the higher contentment of life. The improvement of life satisfaction between before participation and after participation to leisure program had the highly improved.
인삼 품종별 종자의 크기가 개갑율 및 묘삼생육에 미치는 영향

본 실험은 품종별 종자의 크기가 묘삼의 소질에 미치는 영향을 조사하고 우수한 묘삼생산의 기초자료로 삼고자 수행하였다. 품종간 종자크기별 개갑율과 생존율을 조사한 결과 개갑율은 품종에서 선운이 가장 우수하였고, 천풍의 개갑율이 가장 불량하였다. 종자크기는 개갑율 과 생존율에 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 경장, 경직경, 엽면적은 종자의 크기가 클수록(4.7 ㎜ 이상) 생육이 우수하였으며 종자의 크기가 작을수록 생육이 불량하여 지상부 생육에 종자의 크기가 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 근장, 근직경, 근생체중은 종자의 크기가 큰 것(4.7 ㎜ 이상)이 생육이 우수하였으며, 종자의 크기가 작은 것은 생육이 불량하였다. 종자크기별 이용가능 및 불용묘삼을 조사한 결과 종자의 크기가 클 수 록 이용가능 묘삼의 수량과 본수 증가하는 경향이었다. 품종에서는 연풍, 금풍, 고풍이 지상하부의 생육이 우수하였으며, 천풍은 지상하부의 생육이 낮았다. 사용가능 및 우량묘삼을 생산하기 위하여 4 ㎜이상의 종자만을 파종하여야 할 것으로 생각된다. This study was carried out to obtained the basic information for seed coat dehiscence and seedling performance according to seed size of eight ginseng cultivars. Seed size was separated into four grade(upper 5.0, 5.0-4.7, 4.7- 4.0, and under 4.0㎜ in diameter). Seed coat dehiscence and survival ratio of seedling were not affected by seed size. Aerial parts growth of seedling such as stem length, stem diameter, and leaf area of seedling were larger seed(upper 5.0 ㎜) better than those of small seeds(4.7-4.0, and under 4.0 ㎜ in diameter). Also root part growths such as root diameter, and fresh weight were larger seed(upper 5.0 ㎜) higher than those of small seeds(4.7-4.0, and under 4.0 ㎜ in diameter). However, root length was not affected by seed size. Growth status of aerial and root parts of ‘Yunpoong’, ‘Gumpoong’, and ‘Gopoong’ were better than those of other cultivars in each grade of seed sizes. The growth of characteristics of ‘Chunpoong’ and ‘Chungsun’ were less than those of other cultivars.
공공임대 시설물 리모델링시 지열시스템의 경제적 효과 분석

The purpose of this study is economic effect analysis of geothermal system for remodeling of public rental facilities. There are three kinds of economic effect analysis of geothermal system for remodeling of public rental facilities : economic analysis, energy consumption analysis and greenhouse gas emissions analysis. Economic analysis is used for life cycle cost. Life cycle cost(LCC) is the process of making an economic assessment of an item, area, system, or facility by considering all significant costs of ownership over an economic life, expressed in terms of equivalent costs. The essence of life cycle costing is the analysis of equivalent costs of various alternative proposals. Energy consumption analysis is used for ton of oil equivalent(TOE). Greenhouse gas emissions analysis is used for carbon dioxide emissions(TCO₂). The results are as follows : 1) The LCC₁? of geothermal system decreases about 2.27% compare with absorption chiller-heater system for urban gas. 2) The TOE of geothermal system decreases about 56.73% compare with absorption chiller-heater system for urban gas. 3) The TCO₂ of geothermal system decreases about 55.87% compare with absorption chiller-heater system for urban gas.
고온피해와 도복에 강하여 재배 안전성이 높은 인삼 품종 ‘선명’

‘Sunmyoung’ is a high-yielding variety that is resistant to damage from lodging and high temperatures. Out of the 30 lines collectedfrom a farmhouse in Yeoju in 2001, individual plants of ‘Sunmyoung’ were selected from a testing plot with artificial high-temperature stressand were further bred using the pure line separation breeding method. Preliminary and advanced yield trials were conducted in Suwon andYeoju from 2005-2013, and regional adaptability trials were conducted in Yeoju and Anseong from 2014-2016. The rates of high-temperaturestress for two- and three-year old ‘Sunmyoung’ were lower than those of the ‘Sunil’ variety by 46.2% and 34.1%, respectively. The lengthof the stem and small leaflets of Sunmyoung were 6.2 cm and 5.1 cm shorter than those of Sunil, and the width of the leaflets was shorterthan that of Sunil by 3.9 cm-indicating a higher resistance of ‘Sunmyoung’ against lodging damage. In the regional adaptability test, theyield of Sunmyoung was 523 kg/10a, which was 5% higher than that of ‘Sunil’ (498 kg/10a). The content of ginsenoside in ‘Sunmyoung’was 19.2 mg/g, which was lower than that of ‘Sunil’ (22.38 mg/g). Since ‘Sunmyoung’ is more resistant to high temperature stress (than‘Sunil’), lodging stress, Rhizoctonia solani, and Alternaria panax leaf spot, and has a decent production stability with higher yields, it isexpected to contribute towards the quality improvement of raw materials in ginseng production (Registration No. 7495).
