This research is based on the analysis of the influence relationship between the four variables of local image, satisfaction and loyalty of the festival on the event of Goyang Flower Exposition. As a result of the analysis, first, in the effect of the festival's attractive attributes on the regional image, the festival culture experience, festival program, and festival service factors have a positive(+) effect on the regional image. Second, festival cultural experience and festival program factors were found to have positive (+) effects on the effects of the festival's attractive attributes on satisfaction and loyalty. Third, the effect of regional image of festival events on satisfaction and loyalty was positive (+) but overall negative(-) effect on transportation convenience and additional facilities. Through empirical analysis, it is important to show the mystery and attractive elements to the visitors by directing cultural experiences and various programs.

Therefore, the survey was conducted to find out the relationship between the promotion of tourism and regional development and the impact of the shortened distance attributes on the local image. According to the analysis, the spatial distance factor had a positive influence on the distance attribute and psychological and spatial distance factors had a positive influence on the distance attribute in the activation of regional development. Next, it was shown that the psychological, temporal, and spatial distance factors have a positive influence on distance properties in the effect of distance properties an local images. The research results showed improved accessibility to travel to Gangneung and Seoul, but insufficient public transportation from Gangneung Station to nearly tourist sites and original auxiliary facilities unique to Gangneung Station are needed, and aging facilities around the station and urban maintenance are needed.

Analysis Results First, as a result of factor analysis on the service quality items of low-cost airlines, it was composed of four factors: human service, material service, transportation service, and price service. Second, in the impact of service quality of low-cost airlines on brand image, brand attitude, and brand loyalty, detailed factors in relation to the effect of service quality on brand image and brand loyalty are positive (+) for all of human, material, transportation, and price service. Has been shown to have an impact. On the other hand, in brand attitude, price service among the detailed factors was found to have a negative (-) effect. Third, positive (+) influences were found in the effects of brand image on brand loyalty and brand attitude, and brand attitude on brand loyalty. Based on the research results, the implications are that in order to increase the competitiveness of domestic low-cost airlines' cabin services, human services and physical environmental factors must be improved. In addition, in order to expand overseas routes to nearby Japan, China, and Southeast Asia, and to gain an edge in the competition with overseas low-cost airlines entering Korea, efforts to enhance service quality and physical quality and increase international competitiveness will be required.
강릉선 KTX 개통이후 거리속성이 관광활성화와 지역발전, 지역이미지에 대한 비교 분석(관광객과 지역주민을 대상으로)

지난 2018년 평창동계올림픽을 계기로 올림픽 유산으로 자리 잡게 된 강릉선 KTX 개통에 따라 강릉지역에 대한 거리속성 개념을 새롭게 인식하는 계기가 되었다. 따라서 단축된 거리속성에 대해 관광객과 지역주민을 대상으로 관광활성화와 지역발전, 지역이미지에 미치는 영향관계에 대해 비교분석을 하였다. 관광객과 지역주민의 비교분석결과 첫째, 거리속성이 관광 활성화에 미치는 영향에서는 관광객(t=8.316, p=.000), 주민(t=12.441, p=.000)으로 모두 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 거리속성이 지역발전에 미치는 영향에서는 관광객(t=9.294, p=.000), 주민(t=13.450, p=.000)으로 모두 유의한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 거리속성이 지역이미지에 미치는 영향에서는 관광객(t=11.686, p=.000), 주민(t=14.140, p=.000)으로 모두 유의한 차이를 보였다. 연구결과 강릉지역으로의 여행접근성에 관광객 및 지역주민 모두 긍정적인 반응을 보였다. 즉 단축된 거리속성은 관광객 및 지역주민에게 높은 긍정효과를 유발시키고 차후 다양한 관광활성화 프로그램을 마련하는 것에 공감을 나타냈다.
