        부품 생산과 조립으로 구성된 2단계 조립 일정계획의 Flowtime 최소화 연구

        This paper considers a 2-stage assembly flowshop scheduling problem where each job is completed by assembling multiple components. The problem has the objective measure of minimizing total completion time. The problem is shown to be NP-complete in the strong sense. Thus, we derive some solution properties and propose three heuristic algorithms. Also, a mixed-integer programming model is developed and used to generate a lower bound for evaluating the performance of proposed heuristics. Numerical experiments demonstrate that the proposed heuristics are superior over those of previous research.

        Sinker Block 하부의 지반조건 변화에 따른 배수터널의 안정성에 관한 연구

        최근 지중구조물의 건설이 증가하면서 지중구조물의 안정성에 관한 연구 필요성이 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 지중구조물에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 상부 하중의 변화와 지진과 같은 외적요인이 있다. 이러한 외적요인은 구조물의 안정성과 연관되기 때문에 지중구조물 설계시 반드시 검토가 필요한 부분이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 외적요인 발생시 Sinker 블록 하부에 위치한 배수구 세그먼트의 안정성 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 범위로는 상부 하중과 지진으로 인해 배수구 세그먼트에 발생되는 응력과 변위량을 분석하였으며, 내진해석은 동적해석법을 적용하여 분석을 실시하였다. Recently, while construction of underground structures is increasing, research needs on the stability of underground structures is growing. There are external factors affecting underground structures such as changes in the upper part of the load and earthquake. Therefore, underground structures design review is required because it is associated with the stability of the structure. Therefore, this study was conducted about stability analysis of outlets segments located at the bottom of SINKER block when occurring external factors. The stress and displacement that occurred in outlets segments by upper load and earthquake has been analyzed and the analysis of seismic analysis by applying dynamic analysis has been performed.

        Strong NP-completeness of Single Machine Scheduling with Resource Dependent Release Times and Processing Times

        This paper considers a single machine scheduling problem to determine release and processing times where both the release times and processing times are linearly decreasing functions of resources. The objective is to minimize the sum of the associated resource consumption cost and scheduling cost including makespan, sum of completion times, maximum lateness, or sum of lateness. This paper proves that the scheduling problem is NP-hard in the strong sense even if the release times are constant.

        徵發不動産所有權의 原狀回復에 관한 硏究

        After Korean war, personal right of property was foraged by national compulsion with the purpose of national security and army as the status of confrontation South with North was ongoing, but there was not righteous compensation for it. As government compensated them with government securities not with cash cause of difficult national finance, it caused damage to the owners with property. So government established ‘a special law for arrangement to foraged property’ to secure the right of repurchase ensuring regain of their property when the military necessity was over, so as to minimize damage of owner's property who received government securities. They also ensured the right of repurchase for those whose right was already expired by establishing a special law beneficially. Nevertheless, government led the military facilities and U.S army base to move after extinction of the right of repurchase so they cut off the right of repurchase having constitutional meaning. Therefore I examined legal ground based on the restoration of ownership to foraged real estate with the awareness above and consulted the rule of the right of repurchase in the positive law, its operation, and problems through comparative review. I suggested the results from these contemplation. Therefore when government offers a sale for the foraged real estate whose military purpose was off, they have to apply the rule that insists government have to get agreement of the original owners who have received damage of property for a long time by nation in the view that the public necessity and welfare exist on the righteous security of private ownership, so that the ownership can be restored. And when it is impossible for the ownership to be restored, the accordant right of claim for compensation has to be recognized, so that the ownership to be ensured as in clause 1 of article 23 of the constitution.

        폐기물 재활용 측면에서 고로슬래그 미분말과 아라미드 섬유를 이용한 차수그라우트재 개발

        그라우팅공법은 연약 지반의 보강과 방수 및 지하수의 하강이나 저수지 또는 저수지의 진동으로 인한 침하 및 불균일 한 침하로 손상된 구조물의 지지력을 높이고 토양을 복원하는데 사용된다. 본 연구의 목적은 아라미드 섬유를 이용하여 인장력과 수평력을 향상시키고 높은 강도의 지반개량공법을 개발하는데 있고 추후 폐천막, 헌 옷 등을 재활용하여 경제성 및 일반폐기물의 재활용률을 높이고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 고로슬래그 미분말, 시멘트, 아라미드섬유를 사용하였다. 그라우트 재료의 강도 향상의 효과를 확인하기 위하여 호모겔에 대한 겔타임 및 일축압축시험을 수행하였다. 실험결과, 표면유제처리율이 증가함에 따라 호모겔의 일축압축강도가 증가하며, 시멘트속에 아라미드 섬유로 인한 가교작용의 활성이 일축압축강도를 증가시키는 경향을 보였다. The grouting method is used for reinforcement and waterproofing of soft ground and restoring foundation and increasing bearing capacity of the structured damaged by subsidence and uneven subsidence due to lowering or rising of groundwater level and vibration at reservoir or dam. The purpose of this study is to improve the tensile strength and lateral force by using aramid fiber and to develop the high strength soil improvement method and to recycle the waste tent and clothes afterwards to improve the economic efficiency and the recycling rate of general waste. For this purpose, blast furnace slag powder, cement, and aramid fiber were used in this study. Gel-time and uniaxial compression tests were carried out on the homoge gel to confirm the effect of the improvement of the strength of the grout material. The results of laboratory tests showed that the uniaxial compressive strength of homo-gel increases with the increase in contents of fiber demolition agent and processing rate of surface agent, suggesting that the bridging activity caused by aramid fiber in cement material promotes uniaxial compressive strength.

        자체생산과 아웃소싱의 통합 생산일정계획 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 제조업의 생산기능에서 아웃소싱수단이 존재하는 상황에서의 생산일정계획문제를 모델링하고 이에 대한 효율적인 해법을 제안하는 것이다. 즉, 개별 작업(또는 주문)의 처리가 자체생산설비를 통해 직접 수행되거나 외부설비(아웃소싱)에 위탁되어 조달되는 두 가지 선택이 모두 존재하는 경우에 수행해야 할 전체 작업에서 아웃소싱될 작업들에 대한 선택(job selection)과 전체 작업들에 대한 일정계획(job scheduling)을 동시에 결정하는 통합 의사결정 문제를 고려하고 있다. 자체생산설비와 외부설비는 각각 생산용량의 제약을 가지는 경우를 고려하였으며 어떤 작업이 자체설비를 통해 처리될 경우에는 해당 작업에 대한 일정계획비용(scheduling cost)이 발생하게 되고 그 작업을 아웃소싱하기로 결정할 경우에는 추가적인 아웃소싱 비용이 발생하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 총 아웃소싱비용에 대한 예산제약(budget constraint)이 존재하는 경우에 총 일정계획비용과 총 아웃소싱비용을 합한 전체 비용이 최소화 될 수 있는 아웃소싱 작업의 선택과 작업일정계획을 동시에 결정하게 된다. 해당 의사결정 문제는 NP-complete영역에 속한 문제로써, 최적해를 도출할 수 있는 동적계획법과 분지한계법, 그리고 큰 사이즈의 문제를 효율적으로 접근할 수 있는 발견적 해법을 동시에 제안한다. The objective of this paper is to present a new production scheduling model and an efficient method to solve the model in the case that there is an outsourcing option in the time-sensitive make-to-order environment. The orders(or, jobs) from customers can be either processed in a capacitated in-house facility or outsourced to subcontractors. Each job to be processed in-house induced the scheduling cost, otherwise the job is determined to be outsourced, then an additional outsourcing cost is imposed. This paper adopts the scheduling cost as the sum of completion times of all jobs. The objective of the scheduling model is to minimize the linear combination of scheduling and outsourcing costs under a budget constraint for the total available outsourcing cost in the capacitated in-house and outsourcing manufacturing environment. To solve the problem, we first should select jobs should be outsourced, and then we should determine both schedules for the in-house and outsourcing jobs. Thus, this problem considers an integrated decision problem for the job selection and sequencing. In the problem analysis, we first characterize some solution properties and then derive dynamic programming and branch-and-bound algorithms for the optimal solutions. An efficient heuristic is also developed because the problem belongs to the NP-complete context. The performances of the proposed optimal and heuristic algorithms are evaluated through various numerical experiments.
