The construction of buildings and highway bridges has been increasing from the beginning of the past century. These infrastructures need to be replaced or repaired because their end of service life is reached or the original design no longer satisfies the needs dues to the growth in population. Large volumes of aggregates are required to rebuild and demolition wastes are generated. Recycling of waste concrete by converting not only saves landfill space but also reduces the demand for extraction of natural raw material for new construction activity. Various investigations have been carried out to study the mechanical properties of concrete and the structure behavior (under flexure condition, shear, bond, torsion, etc.) with recycled aggregates. However, few investigations have been carried out to study the shear behaviors with recycled aggregates such as low absorption of recycled aggregate and full-scale specimens. The aim of this study is to investigate the shear behavior in the reinforced concrete beams with replacement level of recycled aggregates. The correlation of experimental results with code predictions is essential in order to check the applicability of current design provisions for recycled concrete beams. In this study, eight reinforced concrete beams were tested to evaluate the effects of failure modes, shear strength, and shear behavior on the replacement level (0, 30, 60, and 100%) of recycled aggregate.
사회안전망 구축 기능에서 태권도 전공자의 진로개발역량이 전공교육만족과 학습지원만족에 미치는 영향

연구목적 이 연구의 목적은 사회안전망 구축 기능에서 태권도 전공자의 진로개발역량이 전공교육만족과 학습지원만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 연구방법 이 연구의 대상은 2021년 3월~2021년 5월까지 서울·경기·충남·전남지역에 위치한 대학교 중 태권도 전공 대학생을 대상으로 편의표본 추출법을 활용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 총 209명이 설문조사에 응답에 참여하였고, 최종자료로 209명의 자료를 활용하였다. 이 연구에서는 SPSS 25.0을 활용하여 다음과 같이 자료처리를 실시하였다. 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 진로 개발역량의 모든 요인이 전공교육만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로개발역량의 모든 요인이 학사지원만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. PURPOSE The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of career development competency of Taekwondo majors on major education satisfaction in the social safety net construction function. METHOD The subject of this study was from March 2021 to May 2021 using a convenient sampling method for college students majoring in Taekwondo among universities located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungnam, and Jeonnam. A total of 209 people participated in the survey, and the data of 209 people were used as the final data. In this study, data processing was performed as follows using SPSS 25.0. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. RESULT First, it was found that all factors of career development competency had a significant effect on satisfaction with major education. Second, it was found that all factors of career development competency had a significant effect on satisfaction with academic support.

Concrete is deformed by load and subjected to micro damage under allowable deformation because of non-homogeneous property. When micro damage is accumulated, it is cracked and finally fractured. Characterization of AE can be demonstrated the micro damage which it is not discovered from visual observation and it become known to an advantage that was discriminated from the existing nondestructive technique method. The aim of this study was to examine the emission of acoustic signals from four CFRP reinforced concrete beams at cracking and failure processes and the failure mechanism of specimens.

The purpose of this study is to identify the cause of decrease in the number of private Taekwondo trainees and explore Taekwondo studio revitalization plan in accordance with the findings. First, Korea Taekwondo Association needs to create a task force team to develop programs which men and women of all ages may participate and to initiate a revitalization support plan. Second, Taekwondo instructors who own Taekwondo studios consider that the lack of programs for adults and teenagers is the cause of low participation in Taekwondo training by adults in Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to diversify the programs provided by Taekwondo studios in order to motivate continuous Taekwondo training and to capture the interests of potential students’ parents and trainees. Third, in order to change the declining trend of Taekwondo training population, Taekwondo instructors should come up with a strategic plan for survival. Meanwhile, Taekwondo-related organizations should actively support Taekwondo studios to increase the market share of Taekwondo in sports market and to extend Taekwondo training period of trainees. In addition, to make Taekwondo more popular, it is needed to attract new trainees and transform Taekwondo into a media-friendly sports game. Fourth, to promote prolonged training period, it is necessary for trainees to change their goals into a more learning-oriented-perspective. Also, educational objectives motivation training even after level-advancement-examination needs to be established. Fifth, it is necessary to transform Taekwondo from training-centered-education to a reinforcement program for physical education classes in schools.
CFRP로 보강된 RC보의 AE 신호특성 및 이를 활용한 정량적 손상 평가

CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) has been widely used for reinforcement and rehabilitation of damaged concrete structure, and that offer many advantages when compared to conventional steel. Reinforced concrete structure reinforced with CFRP is difficult to estimate for damage, but characterization of acoustic emission (AE) can be demonstrated the micro damage that was not discovered from visual observation and it become known to an advantage that was discriminated from the existing nondestructive technique method. This study was investigated the evolution of fracture damage of reinforced concrete (RC) beams strengthened in flexure with CFRP sheets using AE technique, and developed an AE monitoring strategy that can determine the structural integrity of RC beams strengthened by external bonding of CFRP sheets. In order to analysis the acoustic emission signal of concrete beams reinforced with CFRP, a total of 4 specimens were tested under four point bending. CFRP is reinforced a bottom, side 40% and side 100% of specimen. And AE sensor is attached a side of specimen by triangle method. The aim of this study was to examine the emission of acoustic signals from four CFRP reinforced concrete beams at cracking, failure processes and the failure mechanism of specimens. The AE signal of the RC beams strengthened with CFRP was evaluated using the AE parameters, such as AE counts, amplitude, hits, duration time, amplitude/rise time and b-value. The two-dimensional AE source location was successful in measuring crack initiation and propagation in the RC beams strengthened with CFRP.
