FUNWAVE 모형을 이용한 실규모 모형해역에서 파량변형 및 해빈류의 계산

비선형 Boussinesq 방정식을 사용한 FUNWAVE 모형을 이용하여 실규모 해역에서 파랑변형 및 해빈류를 예측하였다. 모형 검증은 Berkhoff et at.(1982)의 실험과 비교하여 천수, 굴절, 회절, 쇄파 등의 파랑변형이 매우 좋은 일치를 보이며, 특히 이안제에 관한 실험에서는 구조물 배후로 들어오는 회절현상을 매우 잘 재현하였다. 그리고 일정경사에서 평균수위 변화에 관한 실험은 쇄파점의 위치를 제외하고는 비교적 좋은 일치를 보였다. 따라서, 실규모 해역에서 적용성은 Noda 등(1974)의 수심 자료에서 파고분포와 해빈류의 패턴을 잘 재현하였다. By using FUNWAVE model that was applied nolinear Boussinesq equation made an estimate of wave deformation and wave-induced current in real seal areas. A model verification compared with laboratory data of Berkhoff et a1(1982) and the result of wave deformation such as shoaling, refraction, diffraction, breaking had well accord. Especially, in the modeling of offshore breakwater, diffraction phenomenon represented very well around backward of structure, and modeling for change of mean sea level had good agreement in uniform slope except of surf zone. Therefore, according to apply real seal area which is depth data of Noda et al.(1974), pattern of wave height distribution and wave-induced current well represented.

As part of the government's fishery resource creation policy, fishing ground creation projects have been undertaken in Korea's major seashore fishing spots since the 1970s, where artificial reefs constructed using new materials that make up for the weakness of concrete reefs have been used. In this study, the stability 'of these artificial reefs when acted upon by external forces, their ability to attract and gather fish, and their economic feasibility were examined. For this purpose, an experimental artificial steel reef was constructed and was installed in an area of the sea. Then the corrosion of the experimental material attached to it was investigated. The efficiency of the artificial steel reef was then verified by examining its functionality, removal, and burying, as well as the speed of insertion of living things into its structure and its ability to attract and gather fish.

Bonggil-ri Beach located in the main historical site, Daewangam, has been seriously occurred the beach change in accordance with the variation of sediment rate from river and the construction of large-scale structures such as Wolseong Nuclear Power Plant. In order to investigate the present state of erosion and deposition for this coast and the influence of erosion and deposition caused by the construction of structures, field observations such as long term analysis of aerial surveying photographs and observation with seasonal changes of shoreline and beach profiles were conducted and the results were analyzed. In the basis of these observed data, the long term beach changes were predicted by the numerical model of shoreline change that considered the effect of river, where the empirical parameters were verified with field data. The seasonal variation of beach deformation was strongly represented in Bonggil-ri Beach. The shoreline change was mainly dependent upon the movement of sand spit in the north coast from Daewangam and the south coast was comparatively shown a stable state. In the verification simulations of shoreline change, the calibration parameters to estimate the total longshore sediment transport rate were the lowest errors with, and. Both forward and backward movements of shorelines in the beach were sensitively responsed in accordance with the sediment rate from Daejong Stream and the change of external forces by the structures near the beach.

To investigate processes of solute transport, the Navier-Stokes equation was used to represent flow structure and then advection-diffusion equation was used to simulate distribution of solute concentration. The QUICK and the central difference schemes were used to treat advective and diffusion terms. The QUICK (Quadratic Upstream Interpolation for Convective Kinematic) difference scheme, based upon assuming quadratic upstream interpolation rather than linear interpolation between the grid points, has a stable convective(advective) sensitivity. The distribution of COD concentration was simulated based on discharge and COD level of riverine inflower, with coastline given before and after reclamation respectively.

Regular wave tests were performed I a wave flume to investigate properties of wave breaking on regular slope profiles. In these tests, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5 beach slopes were made using angles and plywoods. A little errors were found in breaker height indices for plane slopes comparing with other laboratory experiments, but breaker depth indices had some errors, and it was found that Smith and Kraus formula can not apply in beach slope 1/3 or more. In case of wave runup, a little differences were found between experiments and Hunt formula in beach slope 1/4, 1/5, however a open correlation were observed in beach slope 1/2, 1/3. Most of breaking waves were plunging type in these tests.
