Creep behavior of thermoplastics is an important factor to design products under relatively high temperature. It takes much time to perform creep test and to acquire reasonable and reliable creep data, which are essential to develop available creep models and even more to perform FEM analysis. For quick and reliable prediction of long-term creep behavior of thermoplastics, time regional power-law model and timestress? temperature modulus are introduced. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of this model, FEM analysis has been performed, and the results have compared with flexural creep test results of thermoplastics. From this comparison, the ability to estimate long-term behavior without actual test data is also presented.
