This study is on the evaluation of soil material using silicone water repellent agent to protect soil material. It is recognised that a silicone water repellent agent have been extensively used for concrete, in these days. All water repellent agent used in this study were excellent in protecting Soil material. Especially, gel type was efficient than other water repellent agent used in this study under this given condition. This stud used a silicone water repellent agen but mortar was more excellent than Soil material.

This study is for estimating Underground Outside Waterproof Top Down Method's features through using concrete pour integrated adhesive waterproof material and wire-Mesh in the outer layer of a two-layer wall. There are two methods in waterproof method of underground structure, Inside Waterproof Method and Outside Waterproof Method. In this point, Outside Waterproof Method is the ideal method of construction up to now. Recently, small ground for building space is being used this method. But this method includes several problems such as leaking water in waterproof layer because of breaking of this layer. We studied that Top Down’s method of construction improved these problems. Resulted from this study, adhesion, countermove against structure’s movement are worthy of notice from this method.

Recently, the parking lot supplied and enlarged. Even though the social problem on the lack of parking lot space increased gradually, the factor of environment, construction and structure which is connected directly to safety for finishing materials of parking lot. Therefore, new concept for finishing materials of parking lot to solve these problem very need. On investigation as yet, I could find the effect by environment and safety factor through the study on the Performance of a high molecular ceramic resin mortar finishing materials for parking lot. And the performance is satisfied with KS as proper method to keep long term safety. In summary, I consider that specification and quality control for the finishing materials of parking lot need to use in the job site.
