SVIAZ/EXPO 2006 전시회를 통해 본 러시아 광산업 현황

(주)많은 외국 기업들이 광대한 러시아 정보통신 시장을 선점하기 위해 주력하고 있는 반면, 러시아의 자체 브랜드들도 지구력을 갖추기 위해 노력하고 있는데, 아직은 완전 자체생산 보다는 조립품 또는 수입품 대상으로 자체 브랜드화를 진행하고 있는 상황이지만, 그 성장 속도가 매년 놀랄만한 속도이다.
아키텍처에 기반한 컴포넌트 조립 시스템의 설계 및 구현 방법과 지원 도구의 개발

Component-Based Development(CBD) leverages software reusability and diminishes development costs. Various works about component models, such as EJB, COM, and CCM are in progress to support CBD. However, current component models hardly support flexible assembly of pre-built components. To cope with this problem, architecture for component assembly must be defined in the abstract level and the gap between system architecture and its implementation should be diminished in the implementation level. This paper proposes a method for architecture-based design and implementation of component assembly. Architecture is described by the ADL, and the tool, COBALT Assembler, is introduced to support the proposed design and implementation phase of component assembly. 복잡한 응용 프로그램의 빠른 개발과 이의 용이한 유지 보수를 지원하기 위하여 재사용 가능한 컴포넌트 기반 개발(CBD: Component-Based Development) 개념이 확산되고 있다. 이와 관련되어 EJB, COM, CCM 등과 같은 컴포넌트 모델에 대한 연구가 다양하게 진행되고 있으나, 컴포넌트의 궁극적 목표인 재사용 극대화의 입장에서, 아직까지 이미 개발된 컴포넌트들의 유연한 조립은 지원하지 못한다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 제삼자에 의해 제공된 이질적인 컴포넌트들을 유연하게 재구성 및 조립할 수 있는 상위 레벨의 아키텍처가 필요하며 그러한 아키텍처를 기반으로 구현된 컴포넌트들이 조립되어야 한다. 본 논문은 제삼자에 의해 제공된 이질적인 컴포넌트들을 플러그 앤 플레이 방식으로 유연하게 재구성 및 조립할 수 있도록 아키텍처 기반의 컴포넌트 조립 시스템 설계 및 구현 방법을 제안하고 이를 지원하는 CASE 도구인 Cobalt Assembler를 소개한다.

This research aims to analyze Korean language learners’ spoken corpus to reveal their acquisition order and development patterns of particles. To this end, we collected free conversation data of beginning level Korean language learners over five months and constructed a corpus. It was confirmed that particle acquisition takes place over four stages based on the frequency of particle use and its accuracy. The stages of development were first ‘ey, un/nun, i/ka(nominative), ul/lul’, second ‘eyse, hako(conjunction), to, hako(adverbial)’, third ‘(u)lo, pota, man, eykey, kkaci, puthe, kkeyse, ui’, and fourth ‘hanthey, (i)na(conjunction), wa/kwa(conjunction), kkey, (i)lang(adverbial), eykeyse, mata, wa/kwa(adverbial), (i)na(auxiliary particle), pakkey, (i)lang(conjunction)’. Based on these findings, the characteristics shown in the particle use of beginning level learners are as the following. First, case markers start to develop foremost. Second, the accuracy of each particle use tends to decrease slightly over time. Third, the frequency of some particles was observed to suddenly increase and then decrease again at a certain period. Fourth, the order of most, but not all particles’ appearance seemed to be related to the order of being introduced in textbooks. It is important that this research provides implications for grammar education when establishing Korean language education curriculum or developing grammar syllabus.
한국어 학습자 문법 습득 연구를 위한 구어 말뭉치 구축과 활용

This research discusses the process of establishing and processing Korean language learner’s spoken language corpus to investigate the learners’ grammatical enhancement. Furthermore, by utilizing a part of corpus that is being established, we examined the emergence and development of adverbial case markers within the speeches of beginner level learner. Prior to the research, we focused on the discussion about the universality of the procedure for acquiring grammatical morphemes, and the learnability hypothesis. Under the research design of collecting speeches of learners for 18 months, we discussed the difficulties that occurred when establishing spoken language corpus and the corresponding solutions. Moreover, to confirm the validity of the established data we analyzed a part of the corpus to inspect the emergence of adverbial case markers. The result indicated that the adverbial case markers ey and eyse emerge in early stage and are frequently utilized. lo, lang, eykey, and chelem also appear at early stages, and hako and hanthey start to be used relatively later.

Adequate segmentation of target objects from the background plays an important role for the performance of automatic target recognition(ATR) system. This paper presents a new segmentation algorithm using fuzzy thresholding to extract a target. The proposed algorithm consists of two steps. In the first step, the region of interest(ROI) including the target can be automatically selected by the proposed robust method based on the frame difference of each image sensor. In the second step, fuzzy thresholding with a proposed membership function is performed within the only ROI selected in the first step. The proposed membership function is based on the similarity of intensity and the adjacency of target area on each image. Experimental results applied to real CCD/IR images show a good performance and the proposed algorithm is expected to enhance the performance of ATR system using multi-sensors.
