이 글은 종교인의 윤리의식을 불교윤리 및 불교윤리학과 관련지어 논의하고자 한다. 불교윤리는 종교로서의 불교라기보다는 오히려 우리와 같은 일상적인 사람들을 위한 삶의 철학으로서의 불교이다. 이러한 불교윤리는 우리가 살아가고 있는 21세기 대한민국 사회의 요청인 동시에 전 지구적 요청이기도 하다. 왜냐하면 이 시대는 이른바 “윤리의 결핍 또는 부재”의 시대이기 때문이다. 이 때 윤리란 단순히 규칙의 준수나 옳고 그름에 대한 판단과 같은 좁은 의미가 아니라 삶의 의미와 같은 인간의 근원적 형이상학적 열망에 대한 충족의 의미라고 할 수 있다. 이 글의 목적은 이러한 시대적 요청에 응답할 수 있는 가능성과 보편성을 불교윤리가 갖고 있음을 보여주고자 하는 것이다. 그리고 이러한 불교윤리의 보편화가능성의 한 모형을 오웬 플래나간(Owen Flanagan)의 자연화된 불교(Naturalized Buddhism)을 통해 구체적으로 탐색해보고자 한다. 자연화된 불교는 불교의 초자연적이고 신비주의적인 종교적 요소들을 괄호 치면서도 붓다의 가르침 그 자체로서의 불교를 현대의 주류적인 인식론인 자연주의, 경험과학적인 연구 성과들(특히 신경과학적 연구 성과들), 비교윤리학적 관점을 통해 윤리학적으로 재해석함으로써 불교윤리의 보편화가능성과 그 실현가능성을 제시한다. This article discusses about buddhist ethics relation to religious person. Buddhist ethics is not as Buddhism as religion, rather Buddhism as philosophy of life for ordinary people like us. This buddhist ethics meets the demands of the times at 21st Korean society, at the same time the demands of global. Because, this time which we are living in the 21st century is called “ethics deficit(absence)”. At this time, ethics is not simply abidance by rule or judgement about rightness and wrongness rather than human's ultimate metaphysical desires as meaning of life. And Buddhist ethics has possibility of universal ethics. Owen Flanagan's “Naturalized Buddhism” shows this possibility. He set something aside Buddhism related with supernatural, mysterious, over-religious, over-metaphysics factors. And he proposes Buddhism ethics using by current epistemology that is, naturalism, natural science(especially, neuroscience), moral psychology. Besides his proposal about Buddhist ethics is through comparative ethics view, suggests Buddhist ethics's universality and psychological realization.

2015 개정 중학교 도덕과의 기능 구현을 위한 교수·학습 방법 및 평가 방향

본 연구는 ‘도덕과 교과역량과 영역별 기능 습득과 같은 학생의 성장을 위한 교수․학습 및 평가는 어떻게 가능하고, 수행평가(과정평가)를 둘러싼 이상과 현실 사이의 괴리는 어떻 게 줄일 수 있을까?’라는 문제의식에서 출발한다. 이러한 문제의식의 연장선상에서 본 연 구는 2015 개정 중학교 도덕과 교육과정에 나타난 도덕과 기능 구현 및 학생의 성장과 자기 주도적 학습을 위한 교수․학습 및 평가 모듈을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 2015 개정 중 학교 도덕과 교수․학습 방법 및 평가 모듈의 구현 과정을 학생과 함께 하는 수업 설계, 학생 참여 중심의 교수․학습 및 평가, 학생 성장을 위한 학습 기록 및 피드백 등 세 가지 측면에 서 분석적으로 접근하며, 본 연구에서 제안한 교수․학습 및 평가 모듈이 학교 현장에 안착하 기 위한 과제를 제안한다. This study started from two questions how teaching & learning and evaluation for the growth of students does make it possible to raise moral subject competence and moral skills, and how we could lessen the gab between ideal & reality of performance assessment. On the basis of this research problem, this study aims to develop teaching & learning and evaluation module which contributes to promoting self-directed learning ability and moral skills which are emphasized by 2015 revision ethics education curriculum in middle school. We delve into embodiment of teaching & learning and evaluation module in three aspects: instruction design with students, teaching & learning and evaluation based upon students participation, academic report & feedback for students’achievement & growth. Finally, we suggest several tasks for successful settlement of our teaching & learning and evaluation module.
