문화와 관광이 각광받고 있는 지금, 그 소비의 주체인 관광소비자의 행동과 이들의 행동을 이끌 국가와 기업에서 실시하고 있는 다양한 마케팅 방법 중 문화관광 마케팅이 관광소비자의 행동에 미치는 영향을 사례를 통해 분석하였다. 이를 통해 각 관광소비자의 행동을 분석하는 것과 통합적인 데이터베이스를 구축하여 보다 거시적인 시각에서 고객행동을 분석하여 세분화된 시장으로 접근해야 함을 조언한다.

Introduction The case report provides pivotal basis for clinical research and education, however systematically organized guideline for reporting case report was not properly applied and it tackled the development of traditional medicine in Korea. The purpose of this study was to implement guideline for reporting CAse REport(CARE guideline) incorporating unique characteristics of Sasang medicine with the help of examples and explanations. Methods and Results The guideline for reporting CAse REport for Sasang medicine(CARES guideline) including diagnosis of traditional medicine and treatment with acupuncture and medical herbs was suggested, and practical examples explaining details of each CARES items were provided. Discussion and Conclusion This study would provide foundation for consensus-based and common CARE guideline for traditional Korean medicine. And, the CARES guideline would provide clinical platform for developing refined Sasang type differentiation technique using reported biopsychosocial and clinical type-specific features and realistic cases for Problem Based Learning courses as evidence-based education.
소화기 질환을 대상으로 한 3개 한의학파의 다빈도 병증 및 처방 비교 연구

Objectives The aim of this study is to analyze the therapeutic direction and characteristics of gastrointestinal diseases by three societies of Korean medicine by comparing the frequent disease patterns and prescriptions of them. Methods The experts of the three societies of Sasang constitutional medicine, Hyungsang medicine and Sanghan-GeumGwe medicine discussed and confirmed a list of clinical data to make use for diagnosis. Then, clinical data on 200 patients suffering from gastrointestinal symptoms were collected. The each experts diagnosed appropriate disease patterns and decided prescriptions according to the method of their affiliated society. Results and Conclusions The three different societies' experts showed the similarity in the sense of categorizing disease patterns focusing on the specific physiology and pathology of the patients, while the each societies have different diagnosis systems. Treating chronic gastrointestinal patients, they treated the mental or psychological symptoms of the patients as well as their physical problems. Based on this study, it is necessary to develop a systematic and precise research model to objectively and statistically analyze the correlation of disease patterns and prescriptions by different societies.
