For the purpose of further health control, D-penicillamine was orally administered to 8 persons who were employed in lead industry and suspected lead intoxication routine industrial health examination. The does of D-penicillamine was 600 mg per day and was administered orally in every other 5 days, For the laboratory analysis 24 hours urine and 10 gm of whole blood were collected every day. The results were as follows; 1. It was found that mean urinary lead excretion per day was 446.5 g/l and 394.98 g/l, respectively during the first 5-day and the second 5-day administration with D-penicillamine. 2. Mean lead excretion per day was $130.56{\pm}66.42g/l$ after first 5-day administration and $159.28{\pm}104.44g/l$ after second 5-day administration with D-penicillamine. 3. The level of urinary lead excretion after administration increased 3 to 4 times than that before administration with D-peniciilamine. 4. Blood and urinary lead level investigated after 6 months were $44.4{\pm}10.2g/100g\;and\;72.7{\pm}29.7\;g/l$ for the eight persons.
고속도로 교통사고에 미치는 차량결함의 특성분석에 관한 연구 : 차량결함사고 중 타이어 사고를 중심

본 연구의 목적은 교통사고에 영향을 미치는 차량타이어 결함을 요인분석과 회귀분석을 통하여 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구는 아래의 5가지 과정으로 진행하였다. 1. 차량타이어의 특성과 교통사고와 차량타이어 결함과의 관계 2. 차량타이어 유지관리 설문조사 및 타이어 점검 3. 실제 교통사고 자료의 요인분석 4. 교통사고와 차량결함과의 관계를 나타낸 영향모형개발 5. 향후연구 및 연구의 한계점 제시 본 연구에서는 차량결함의 가장 중요한 문제가 되고 있는 부분이 차량의 타이어 결함임을 밝혀내었다. 그러므로, 화물차량의 고속도로 진입 시 차량타이어 점검을 강화해야 할 것이다. 이 것은 고속도로의 대형사고를 방지하는 하나의 척도가 될 것이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze through factor analysis and regression analysis vehicle tire problem to effect on traffic accident. There are composed 5 parts of study process. 1. Catch hold of vehicle tire characteristics and relationship between vehicle tire and traffic accident. 2. Survey analysis of vehicle tire maintenance and check vehicle tire. 3. Factor analysis of real traffic accident data. 4. Developing of effect models to find relationship between traffic accident and vehicle problems. 5. Present of study limit and following study. This study was found that vehicle tire problems are most important part of vehicle problems. Therefore, we enforce checking vehicle tire when freight vehicle entry freeway. It is the countermeasure to prevent big traffic accident on the freeway.
