        한우 송아지의 성장에 따른 혈액화학치에 관한 연구

        Blood chemistry values according to ages have rarely been investigated in indigenous Korean calves. The present study aimed to clarify the changes in blood chemistry values of indigenous Korean calves with age. Blood samples were collected from 29 calves (11 females and 18 males) reared at the Gyeongsangbukdo Livestock Research Institute and the levels of various chemical components in the serum were analyzed. The total protein, albumin and globulin concentration in the calves increased gradually over time. The glucose concentration increased significantly at 2 weeks after birth, and then decreased slightly 4 weeks after birth. The blood urea nitrogen concentration increased from 2 weeks after birth, and the levels in females were higher than those in males at 2 and 4 weeks after birth. The creatinine concentration decreased significantly from 2 weeks after birth, and the levels in females were higher than those in males at 2 weeks and 6 months after birth. The total bilirubin concentration decreased gradually from 2 weeks after birth. The glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and glutamic pyruvic transaminase concentration increased gradually from 2 weeks after birth. The triglyceride concentration tended to increase from 2 weeks after birth. The total cholesterol concentration increased significantly at 2 weeks after birth, and then decreased slightly 4 weeks after birth. The total high density lipoprotein cholesterol concentration increased significantly from 2 weeks after birth. The calcium concentration was maintained between 9.8 ± 0.8 mg/dL and 11.6 ± 0.9 mg/dL throughout the investigation period, although some levels fluctuated at 4 weeks and 6 months after birth. The phosphorus concentration increased significantly at 2 weeks after birth, and then decreased slightly 4 weeks after birth. In conclusion, the data obtained from this study may be valuable for use as a standard for interpreting results of blood biochemical analyses in indigenous Korean calves.

      • PCV수치를 변경시킨 닭적혈구 침강속도

        조류인 닭의 혈액을 PCV수치를 20%, 40% 및 60%로 임의로 변경시켜 자가혈장내에서 Westergren 방법에 의해 실온(27±1℃)과 저온(8±1℃)에서 적혈구 침강속도를 측정한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 닭에서 PCV수치가 작을수록 적혈구 침강속도는 증가되었다. 2. PCV수치를 변경시킨 닭의 혈액에서 반추수인 산양보다 적혈구 침강속도가 크게 나타났다. 3. PCV수치를 변경시킨 닭의 모든 혈액에서 시간경과에 따른 적혈구 침강속도는 직선상으로 나타났다. 4. PCV수치를 변경시킨 닭의 혈액에서 적혈구 침강속도는 저온에서 보다 실온에서 크게 나타났다. The packed cell volume(PCV) of chicken, volume percentage of erythrocytes in whole blood, was reshuffled of 20%, 40% and 60% using autoplasma, and the red blood cell sedimentation rate was measured in Westergren tubes at room temperature(27±1℃) and low temperature (8±1℃). The results obtained were summarized as follows. 1. The sedimentation rates of chicken red blood cell were settled faster at low PCV than higher PCV, i,e., there was a reverse relationship between the sedimentation rate and PCV. 2. The sedimentation rate of chicken red blood cell was accelerated more at high temperature than low temperature. 3. The sedimentation rate of reshuffled chicken red blood cell by time was almost linear for several hours.

      • 山羊 및 犬의 異種間 혈장내에서의 赤血球 沈降速度

        赤血球 沈降速度에 影響을 끼치는 要因으로서는 赤血球 連錢形成에 의한 要因, 赤血球 自體에 의한 要因, plasma protein(혈장단백질)의 組成比에 의한 要因, 生理的인 이유 등을 들 수 있는 바, 本 硏究는 Westergren 방볍에 의한 山羊 및 犬의 異種間plasma 內에서 赤血球 沈降速度의 影響을 調査하였다. 犬 및 山羊의 赤血球 와 plasma 容積比를 20%, 40% 및 60%로 任意變更시켜 赤血球 沈降速度를 測定하였으며, 이와 竝行하여 室溫(27±1℃)과 低溫(8±1℃)에서 赤血球 沈降速度를 測定한바 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 異種間 plasma內에서 赤血球 容積比가 작을수록 沈降速度가 컸다. 犬plasma內의 山羊赤血球의 沈降速度보다 山羊plasma內의 犬赤血球 沈降速度가 크게 나타났다. 異種間plasma內의 赤血球 沈降速度는 低溫에서 보다 室溫에서 컸다. 室溫과 低溫 兩溫度의 實驗條件比較에서 犬赤血球 40%+山羊plasma60%群의 容積比에서 赤血球 沈降速度 差異가 가장 크게 나타났다. The influential factors on ESR are usually red cell rouleaux formation, erythrocyte themselves, plasma protein compositions and physiological conditions etc. ESR using red cell and blood plasma of different between goat and dog was determined by the method of Westergren. Packed cell volume(PCV) of the goat and dog was amended 20% 40%, 60% using red cell and blood plasma between goat and dog. The sedimentation rates of red cell obtained at room temperature (27±1℃)and low temperature(8±1℃)were summerized as follows; 1. ESR using the red cell and blood plasma of different species was more increased by lower PCV(%) 2. ESR of dog red cell in goat plasma was more rapid than goat red cell in dog. 3. ESR using the red cell and blood plasma of different species was increased at room temperature than low temperature. 4. Dog RBC 40%+ goat plasma 60% among the mixed blood groups was influenced greatly by the temperature.

        건식각을 이용한 0.18 ㎛ dual polysilicon gate 형성 및 plasma damage 특성 평가

        0.18 ㎛ LOGIC device에서 dual polysilicon를 식각하여 gate를 형성하는 경우, NMOS와 PMOS에서 각각 polysilicon상태에 따라 식각속도가 달라지게 된다. 이 때 gate line의 식각 형상(profile)을 동등하게 조절하기 위하여 Cl₂/HBr 가스 조성비와 전체 압력을 변화시켰으며 back He pressure를 감소시켜 측벽 부착 폴리머를 최적으로 형성하여 88도 이상의 수직한 식각 형상(vertical profile)을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 lithography를 이용한 gate 식각 마스크 line을 형성 시, 난반사를 방지하기 위하여 Bottom Anti-Reflective Coating(BARC)를 사용하게 되는데, 이러한 BARC식각 시 식각 마스크의 형상과 선택비를 향상시키기 위한 가스, 조성비 최적화 등을 연구한 결과, CF₄/Oc 가스가 적합함을 알 수 있었다. 이 밖에 식각 조건에 따른 plasma damage 특성 평가를 breakdown-voltage(BDV) 측정 중심으로 gate oxide의 antenna effect를 실험한 결과, NO 막 (O₄ 가스를 사용하여 SiO₄막을 형성한 후 N₄+NO 가스를 이용하여 후처리하는 방법)이 wet 막(O₄+H₄ 가스를 이용하여 SiO₄막을 만드는 방법)보다 우수한 특성을 보여 주었다. In 0.18 ㎛ LOGIC device, the etch rate of NMOS polysilicons is different from that of PMOS polysilicons due to the state of polysilicon to manufacture gate line. To control the etch profile, we tested the ratio of Cl₂/HBr gas and the total chamber pressure, and also we reduced Back He pressure to get the vertical profile. In the case of manufacturing the gate photoresist line, we used Bottom Anti-Reflective Coating (BARC) to protect refrection of light. As a result we found that CF₄/O₂ gas is good to etch BARC, because of high selectivity and good photoresist line profile after etching BARC. In the results of the characterization of plasma damage to the antenna effect of gate oxide, NO type thin film(growing gate oxide in O₂ ambient followed by an NO anneal) is better than wet type thin film(growing gate oxide in O₂+H₂ ambient).

        In 0.18 $\mu \textrm m$ LOGIC device, the etch rate of NMOS polysilicons is different from that of PMOS polysilicons due to the state of polysilicon to manufacture gate line. To control the etch profile, we tested the ratio of $Cl_2$/HBr gas and the total chamber pressure, and also we reduced Back He pressure to get the vertical profile. In the case of manufacturing the gate photoresist line, we used Bottom Anti-Reflective Coating (BARC) to protect refrection of light.       • PVC수치와 온도가 한국재래 산양적혈구 침강에 미치는 영향

        The packed cell volume(PCV) of Korean native goat, volume percentage of red blood cell in whole blood, was reshuffled of 20%, 40% and 60% using autoplasma, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate was measured in Westergren tubes at room temperature (27±1℃) and low temperture (8±1℃). The sedimentation rates of red blood cell obtained are summarized as follows. The erythrocyte sedimentation rates of Korean native goat are accelerated more at high temperature than low temperature. The erythrocyte sedimentation rates of reshuffled Korean native goat upon time are almost linear for several hours. The erythrocyte sedimentation rates of Korean native goat are settled faster at low PCV than higher PCV, i. e., there is a reverse relationshif between the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and packed cell volume.
