UV/O₃ 조사 시간에 따른 Sol-gel 공정 기반 CuO 박막 트랜지스터의 전기적 특성 변화

Sol-gel 공법을 이용하여, p-형 CuO 박막 트랜지스터를 제작하였다. 제작된 CuO 박막 트랜지스터는 copper (II) acetate monohydrate 를 전구체로 사용하였다. $500^{\circ}C$ 열처리 후에 형성된 전구체는 p-형 CuO 박막이 됨을 확인하였다. 또한 전구체를 형성하기 전 기판표면의 $UV/O_3$ 조사량에 따른 CuO 박막 트랜지스터의 전기적 특성변화에 대하여 연구하였으며, 600 초동안 $UV/O_3$를 조사한 경우 제작된 CuO 박막 트랜지스터는 $5{\times}10^{-3}\;cm^2/V{\cdot}s$ 의 이동도와 약 $10^2$의 온/오프 전류비를 보여주었다. In this research, sol-gel processed CuO p-type thin film transistors were fabricated with copper (II) acetate monohydrate precursors. After $500^{\circ}C$ annealing process, the deposited thin films were fully converted into CuO. We investigated $UV/O_3$ process time effect on electrical characteristics of sol-gel processed CuO thin film transistors. After 600 sec $UV/O_3$ process, the fabricated CuO thin film transistor delivered field effect mobility in saturation regime of $5{\times}10^{-3}\;cm^2/V{\cdot}s$ and on/off current ratio of ${\sim}10^2$.

숲체험과 함께한 예술놀이활동 프로그램이 아동의 창의성에 미치는 영향에 대한 단기종단연구

본 연구에서는 숲체험과 함께한 예술놀이활동 프로그램이 아동의 창의성 미치는 영향을 과학적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 본연구의 대상은 경북 G시 D대학교 숲·예술 창의연구소-‘숲·예술 놀이학교’에서 총 3회차(48회기)에 걸쳐 진행하는 숲체험과 함께한 예술놀이활동 프로그램에 연속으로 참여하는 만 4~7세 아동 7명이다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 숲체험을 통한 예술놀이활동 프로그램은 아동의 창의성을 향상시키는데 긍정적효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 숲체험과 함께한 예술놀이활동 프로그램은 참여횟수에 따라 창의성이 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 결과를 종합하면, 숲체험과 함께한 예술놀이활동 프로그램은 아동의 창의성에 긍정적 영향 미치고, 프로그램 참여횟수가 많을수록 창의성이 증진되었다. 따라서 아동의 창의성 증진을 체계적인 프로그램 개발 및 도입, 적용이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to scientifically identify the impact of art play activities programs along with forest experiences on children s creativity. The subjects of the study are seven children aged 4 to 7 years old who participate in the art play activities program with forest experience conducted three times (48 sessions) at D University s Forest and Arts Creative Research Institute in G-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do. The main results of this study are as follows. The main results of this study are as follows. First, artstic play activities program through forest experience have been shown to have a positive effect on improving children’s creativity. Second, artstic play activities program with forest experiences showed that creativity varies depending on the number of participations. Combining these results, artstic play activities program with forest experiences had a positive impact on children’s creativity, and the more participation in the program, the more creativity was promoted. Therefore, it is necessary to develop, introduce, and apply systematic programs to promote children s creativity.

숲체험을 통한 예술놀이활동이 유아의 창의성과 창의적 리더십 에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 본 연구에서는 숲체험을 통한 예술놀이활동이 유아의 창의성ㆍ창의적 리더십에 미치는 효과를 보다 과학적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 실험집단으로 경북 G시 D대학교 숲·예술 창의연구소에서 진행하는 ‘숲·예술 놀이학교’ 에 참여하는 만 4, 5세 유아 16명 - 만4세 8명, 만 5세 8명이다. 비교집단은 Y시 G유치원 만 4, 5세 유아 16명 - 만4세 8명, 만 5세 8명이다. 본 연구에서의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 숲체험을 통한 예술놀이활동은 유아의 창의성을 향상시 키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 숲체험을 통한 예술놀이활동은 유아의 창의적 리더십을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 결과 를 종합하면, 숲체험을 통한 예술놀이활동은 유아의 창의성과 창의적 리더십에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다고 할 수 있기 때문에, 미래사회의 핵심역량인 창의적 인간 양성에 긍정적 영향을 주므로 교육현장에서도 적극적으로 도입할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of artistic experience activities based on forest experiences on the creativity and creative leadership of children more scientifically. The experimental group consisted of 16 children aged 4 and 5 who participated in the ‘Forest and Art Play School’ hosted by the Forest and Art Creative Research Institute of D University in the north Gyeongsang province. The comparison group included 16 children aged 4 and 5 at the G kindergarten of Y city. The main results of this study are as follows. First, art play activities based on forest experiences have been found to improve the creativity of children. Second, art play activities based on forest experiences have been found to improve the creative leadership of children. To sum up these results, art play activities through forest experiences have had a positive impact on the creativity and creative leadership of children, so it is necessary to actively introduce them in the educational field because they have a positive impact on the cultivation of creative human beings, the core competency of future society.

실전 판소리의 재탄생 연구 -창극 <변강쇠 점 찍고 옹녀>를 중심으로-

본 논문은 국내 뿐 아니라 해외에서도 <마담 옹(Madame Ong)>이라는 제목으로 그 작품성을 인정받은 국립창극단의 창극 <변강쇠 점 찍고 옹녀>를 통해 실전판소리가 어떻게 새롭게 재탄생되었는지, 그 과정에 주목하여 이 작품의 텍스트와 음악적 특징을 분석해보았다. 창극 <변강쇠 점 찍고 옹녀>는 현재에는 실전된 판소리 <변강쇠가>를 각색하여 창극으로 만든 작품이다. 이 과정에서 변강쇠의 치상부분인 후반부의 내용을 삭제하고, 옹녀가 변강쇠를 되찾아오기 위해 장승들과 전쟁을 벌이는 내용을 새롭게 삽입하여 텍스트의 변화를 주었다. 또한 <변강쇠 점 찍고 옹녀>라는 제목에서도 드러나듯, 원작과는 다른 관점으로 변강쇠가 아닌 옹녀를 주인공으로 삼아 그동안 음녀로만 여겨졌던 옹녀를 자신의 운명에 맞서 싸우는 주체적이고 독립적인 여인으로 변모시켰다. 창극 <변강쇠 점 찍고 옹녀>는 모든 소리가 작창으로 만들어졌는데, 극과 가장 부합되는 소리, 즉 이면에 맞는 소리를 표현하기 위해 창자간의 화음을 넣는 등, 여러 가지 시도가 이루어졌다. 또한 소리를 하는 인물 혹은 등장인물의 심경 변화에 따라 그 소리의 조와 성음이 달리 사용되었음을 알 수 있다. 창극 <변강쇠 점 찍고 옹녀>는 특히 반주음악에서 다양한 시도가 이루어졌는데, 소리북을 여러 개 사용하거나 대중가요에서 왈츠, 클래식, 각도민요에 이르기까지 다양한 장르의 음악을 사용하는 등 도전적인 시도를 했다. 이러한 시도들은 극을 더욱 풍성하게 만들었고 사실감 있는 극적표현을 도와주었다. 이렇듯, 창극 <변강쇠 점 찍고 옹녀>는 내용적인 측면에서는 고전서사를 차용했지만, 음악적인 측면에서는 기존의 창극에서 벗어난 다양한 변화와 시도들을 통해, 온고지신의 면모를 갖춘 새로운 창극의 모습을 보여주었고, 현대 사회에서 창극이 나아가야 할 방향과 가능성을 제시해 준 작품이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the text and musical characteristic of < Byeongangsoe Jeom Jjikgo Ongnyeo >, a changgeuk (a Korean traditional opera), by the National Theater of Korea, which was performed overseas with the title of < Madame ONG > and recognized its artistic values home and abroad alike, focusing on the process of its rebirth from a lost pansori. A changgeuk < Byeongangsoe Jeom Jjikgo Ongnyeo > was dramatized from a lost pansori < Byeongangsoega > into a Korean traditional opera. In the process of rebirth of < Byeongangsoega >, the content of latter half, which is the performance of a funeral service for the deceased Byeongangsoe, was deleted, and the contents of Ongnyeo’s fight against jangseungs in order to take back Byeongangsoe was newly inserted, thus creating textual changes. In addition, as the title < Byeongangsoe Jeom Jjikgo Ongnyeo > presents, Ongnyeo is no longer a conventional lewd woman, but a subjective and independent female who is fighting against fate, different from its original perspective in which the leading character is Byeongangsoe. All the sounds of a changgeuk < Byeongangsoe Jeom Jjikgo Ongnyeo > were made by the creative technique of traditional Korean songs through various attempts, such as inserting chords between performers in order to present most appropriate songs for the opera, namely proper sounds for the hidden side of the opera. In addition, according to the change of mind of performers or characters, the tone and vocal sound of the song were different. In particular, a changgeuk < Byeongangsoe Jeom Jjikgo Ongnyeo > attempted a variety of techniques in the accompaniment of music, and used many sound buks or diverse genres such as popular music, waltz, classic and folk songs of every province, thus presenting challenging attempts. These attempts made the opera more abundant and helped it to be expressed realistically and dramatically. As above, the contents of a changgeuk < Byeongangsoe Jeom Jjikgo Ongnyeo > were borrowed from classical narrations, but its musical aspects got off the technique of traditional changgeuk, thus attempting various changes and techniques. In this vein, it presented a novel modality of changgeuk equiping with the characteristic of ‘reviewing the old and learning the new,’ thus proposing the directivity and possibility of changgeuk in the present society.

꿈 분석을 통한 내면 탐색과 자기 이해

연구 목적: 이 연구는 필자가 자신의 꿈을 분석하여 무의식을 탐색함으로써 내면 상태를 파악하고 의식화하는 과정에서 자기 이해에 이르고자 하는 것이 목적이다. 연구 방법: 연구자가 기록한 2020년도의 꿈 8개를 융의 분석심리학 관점에서 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 꿈을 분석한 결과, 2020년도의 꿈은 개학 당시 불안정했던 필자의 내면 상태를 담고 있었다. 꿈속에는 주로 집과 길이 등장하였고, 이 장소에서 필자는 자신을 보호하기 위한 행동을 하거나 길을 계속 가는 등 능동적인 태도를 보였다. 결론 및 제언: 필자가 2020년도에 꾼 꿈들은 ‘길’을 주제로 한 성장 서사로써, 진로에 대한 불안을 느껴도 미래를 향해 나아가고자 하는 의지가 있었음을 알 수 있었다. 필자는 융의 이론에 근거한 꿈 분석을 통해 내면을 탐색하고 자기 이해로 나아갈 수 있었다. 이 과정은 필자뿐만 아니라 꿈을 꾸는 개인들이 스스로 본인의 내면을 탐색할 수 있는 지침이 되기를 바란다. The purpose of this study is to reach self-understanding in the process of grasping and realizing her inner state by analyzing her own dreams and exploring the unconscious. The 8 dreams recorded by the researcher in 2020 were analyzed from the perspective of Jung's analytical psychology. As a result of the analysis of dream, the dream of 2020 contained the inner state of the author who was unstable at the beginning of school. In the dreams, houses and roads mainly appeared, and in these places, the author showed an active attitude, such as taking actions to protect herself or going on her way. The author's dreams in 2020 as the narratives of growth under the theme of ‘road’ showed that even though she felt anxious about her career, she had a will to move toward the future. Through dream analysis based on Jung’s theory, the author was able to find her way into inner exploration and self-understanding. The author hope that this process will serve as a guide to their own inner exploration of dreaming individuals as well as the author.
