기업외부환경이 제조기업의 비대칭적 원가행태에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 기업이 직면하는 거시적 시장상황에 따라 경영자가 비대칭적 원가행태에 대하여 차별적으로 반응하고 있는가를 살펴보는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 구체적으로 기업의 시장독점도와 시장상황(호황 및 불황)이 원가의 하방경직성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 선행연구에서는 기업의 원가비대칭적 행태의 존재여부와 원가비대칭에 영향을 미치는 기업 내적요인에 초점을 두고 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 원가비대칭이란 기업의 매출감소가 있을 경우 원가의 하락 폭이 매출증가의 경우 원가의 증가보다 작게 나타나는 하방경직적 원가행태를 의미한다(Anderson et al. 2003). 이러한 원인으로 경영자가 향후 낙관적인 전망으로 인해 시장수요가 감소할 때 유휴 기정설비를 보유하여 발생하는 비용이 감축에 따른 조정비용보다 작다고 판단하여 잉여자원을 보유하는 결정을 내리기 때문이다. 하지만 기업에서 경영자가 원가에 관한 의사결정을 함에 있어서는 기업 내적 요인 외에도 다양한 기업의 환경이 영향을 미칠 가능성이 존재한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기업의 외부경영자가 원가에 대한 의사결정을 함에 있어서 기업외부환경이 영향을 미치는 가능성을 살펴본다. 본 연구에서는 경영자가 원가에 관한 전략적 의사결정을 함에 있어서 기업외부환경의 연관성을 제시함으로써 경영자의 의사결정에 관한 주요한 이해를 제고할 수 있는 한편, 원가비대칭에 관한 연구의 외연을 확장하고 있다. 또한 이러한 실증결과는 회계정보를 활용하는 시장참여자에게 의미있는 시사점을 제공할 수 있다고 판단한다. 본 연구는 우리나라의 1980년에서 2010년까지 KOSPI, KOSDAQ, 외감대상 제조기업 103,654개의 표본을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 기업이 소속되어 있는 시장이 경쟁적일수록 원가의 비대칭성은 강화되었다. 둘째, 시장상황이 호황일 경우 기업이 소속되어 있는 원가의 비대칭성은 강화되었다. 셋째, 기업이 소속되어 있는 시장이 경쟁적이고 동시에 호황인 경우 증분적으로(incremental) 기업의 원가의 비대칭성은 강화되었다. 이러한 결과들은 경영자가 원가비대칭과 관련한 전략적 선택을 함에 있어서 기업 내부의 유인 이외에도 기업 외부의 거시적 환경요인까지 고려하고 있다는 것을 의미한다. This paper focuses on the relation between the cost stickiness and the macroeconomic environment a company faces. To be concrete, we examine the effect of the market competition and industry condition on the cost behavior of a company. Prior researches show that the costs change is less sensitive to sales change when sales decrease than when sales increase. This asymmetric reaction of cost comes from the managers decision that tends to maintain the level of cost factors such as labors and production facilities in spite of the sales reduction. Therefore, the degree of the asymmetric reaction will change according to the macroeconomic factors which influence the managers decision making process. In this sense, we consider the market competition and the industry condition as the macroeconomic factors. Practically, we expect the cost stickiness increases under the harder market competition and a favorable industry condition. In addition, we expect cost stickiness incrementally increases when a company is under both harder market competition and favorable industry condition. Using the 104,654 firm-year data from 1980 to 2010, we find the cost stickiness varies based on the market competition and industry condition as we expect. This result implies that managers incorporate the macroeconomic environments in deciding the cost strategy. The contribution of this research is that it extends the cost stickiness researches to the macroeconomic area.

국제건설계약 성립과정의 쟁점 연구

1960년대 태국의 고속도로건설공사의 하도업체로 어렵게 발을 뗀 한국의 해외건설산업은 현재 질적으로나 양적으로 비교할 수 없을 정도로 큰 성장을 이루었다. 그러나 최근 한국 해외건설산업은 중동 등 해외에서 심각한 영업손실을 겪으며 구조조정 등 변화의 몸살을 앓고 있다. 본 고는 한국 건설산업분야에서 부족하다고 지적받아온 국제건설법 분야의 전문성을 제고하고자 하는 필요성에서 국제건설계약 성립과정의 제반 쟁점에 대해 영국법을 중심으로 연구하였다. 먼저 국제건설계약의 의미와 국제건설계약에 적용되는 준거법의 결정 법리에 대해 검토하였고 이어서 국제건설계약 성립과정에서 빈번히 발생하는 중요 쟁점 중 하나인 의향서와 관련된 제반 쟁점, 즉 의향서의 개념과 장단점, 위험성, 계약의 효력발생요건, 공사의 보상기준에 대해 검토하였다. 이어서 건설공사에서 견적서의 제반 문제, 계약성립과정에서 발생하는 승낙과 관련된 제반 쟁점, 즉 승낙의 명확성과 무조건성, 서식전쟁의 법리, 행위에 의한 승낙, 소급승낙 등에 대해 검토하였다. 이렇듯 해외건설산업에서는 계약관계 성립과정에서, 혹은 계약관계의 성립이 불분명한 상황에서 발생할 수 있는 다양한 건설 클레임과 법적 분쟁 상황이 발생하고 있으며 이에 대한 법적 연구의 필요성이 더 높아지고 있는 현실에서 본고에서는 영국법제하에서 발생할 수 있는 계약성립 과정의 제반 법률적 쟁점에 대해 살펴보았다. Korean Construction Industry that had started as a sub-contractor in Thailand highway construction project 1963 made a huge progress in international construction history in quantity and quality. Recently, it has incurred huge loss of profits in overseas construction projects including middle east projects. In the wake of huge loss of overseas construction projects, it is forced to make some restructure facing the industrial changes of fundamentals. In this paper, the author considers especially the various legal disputes about the validity of international construction contract with the right and obligation of the parties being uncertain under the so called "pre-contractual relations", and examines the way general principles of English contract law are applied in the construction context in order to enhance the expertises on the international construction law. For this purpose, we need to discuss about the meaning of the "International Construction Law" and the private international law(conflict of laws) applied to the related legal relations. the private international law is basic principle for understanding of the international trade law including the international construction law. The main components of international construction contract are offer and acceptance. These are reviewed with related legal claim issues such as letter of award mainly used in the construction industry. In summary, in the overseas construction industry, in the course of the contractual relationship being established, or in the pre-contractual relationship where the establishment of contractual relationship is uncertain, the various construction claims and legal disputes arise. It is becoming more necessary to do advanced research on legal issues encompassing pre-contractual relation in terms of English legal system.

스포츠 경영 및 행정가로서 지방 경기단체 사무국장 경험에 관한 다학제적 연구

본 연구는 경기단체 사무국장 역할을 지낸 연구자가 그간의 경험을 바탕으로 내부적 시각을 담아 경기 단체 운영에 대해 고찰을 하고자 시작되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 지난 15년간 서울시봅슬레이스켈레톤경기연맹 사무국장을 지낸 연구자가 스포츠 경영가이자 행정가로서의 경험을 바탕으로, 연구 주체가 되어 진솔한 목소리를 담는 것이었다. 따라서 연구를 위한 자료 수집은 지난 15년간 진행한 이사회, 총회자료 및 사업 기획 및 진행 과정에서 관계자들과 주고받은 메일, 기록 자료, 회상자료와 반성일지, 관련인 면담 텍스트 자료 등을 수집하여 개방적 코딩 방법에 따라 초기코딩, 심층코딩, 주제도출을 시행하였고 그 결과 ‘비인기 종목으로서의 어려움과 한계’, ‘경기단체 존재 이유, 보람’이라는 연구의 핵심주제를 도출하였다. 연구결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 연맹 창단 이후 비인기 종목으로서 선수선발의 어려움과 예산 부족으로 인한 사업의 한계를 겪었고, 오랜 시간이 걸려 정회원단체로 승급하게 되었다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 단체의 승급과 관련해서도 유관기관과 갈등을 겪은 것을 알 수 있었다. 하지만, 정회원단체로 승격되는 등 연맹은 지속적으로 발전하였고 소속선수의 국가대표선발이나 국제대회입상과 같은 선수성장의 모습이나 단체의 발전을 통해 사무국장직의 보람과 자긍심을 느낄 수 있었으며, 관계자들의 감사나 격려의 말은 사무국장 역할을 수행하는데 힘이 되는 큰 원동력이었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 경기단체의 발전을 위해 단체 운영 및 경영에 관한 내부적 시각을 담은 연구와 경기단체 구성원들의 경험과 목소리를 함께 담는 연구들이 지속적으로 이루어지길 기대한다. This study was initiated by a researcher who served as the secretary-general of the federation to consider the operation of the federation with an internal perspective based on his experience. The purpose of this study was to convey a sincere voice as a research subject based on the experience of a researcher who served as secretary-general of the Seoul Bobsleigh Skeleton Federation for the past 15 years as a sports manager and administrator. Therefore, data collection for the study was conducted by collecting mail, records, retrospective data and reflection journals, and related interview text data exchanged with officials during the past 15 years, resulting in “difficulties and limitations as unpopular events” and “reasons and rewards for the existence of sports organizations.” The research results and contents are as follows. Since the foundation of the federation, it has suffered limitations in business due to difficulties in selecting players and lack of budget as an unpopular sport, and it took a long time to be promoted to a regular member organization. In addition, it was found that there was a conflict with related organizations regarding the promotion of the organization. However, the federation continued to develop, such as being promoted to a full-time member organization, and through the development of players’ growth, such as selecting national players and winning international competitions, we could feel the reward and pride of the secretary general. Based on these research results, it is expected that research containing internal perspectives on group operation and management for the development of business organizations and research containing the experiences and voices of business group members will continue to be conducted.

교양체육 참여 대학생의 여가정체성이 자기효능감과 여가만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 교양체육 참여 대학생을 대상으로 여가정체성이 자기효능감과 여가만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기, 충청도 지역의 대학교에서 교양체육에 참여하는 대학생 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 최종 277부의 설문자료를 실제분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하였고, 연구대상자의 인구사회학적 변인에 대한 빈도분석, 연구변인에 대한 타당도 검증을 위한 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계 분석, 그리고 연구변인 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하기 위해 구조방정식 모델을 사용하여 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 교양체육 참여 대학생들의 여가정체성은 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교양체육 참여 대학생들의 여가정체성은 여가만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교양체육 참여 대학생의 자기효능감은 여가만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 교양체육과 같은 스포츠 활동은 참여자의 여가정체성 정립과 자기효능감이 향상됨에 따라 여가만족도가 높게 나타나 평생스포츠로 지속적인 참여를 유도할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of leisure identity on self-efficacy and leisure satisfaction among university students participating in physical activity classes. To achieve the objective of this study, 277 survey questionnaires were administered and collected from physical activity classes in the Seoul, Ggyeong-gi, and Chung-cheung areas. Frequency, reliability, correlation, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling were done using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0. The main results were as follows: First, leisure identity had an effect on the self-efficacy of university students participating in physical activity classes. Second, leisure identity had an effect on the leisure satisfaction of university students participating in these classes. Third, self-efficacy also had an effect on the leisure satisfaction of university students participating in physical activity classes. As sports activities enhance the participant"s leisure identity and self-efficacy, their leisure satisfaction appeared high, leading to the expectation that they would continue sports life-long.

외부 충격이 제주도 관광관련 산업에 미치는 경제적 영향과 파급효과

이 연구에서는 제주도의 관광관련 산업이 다른 지역에 비해 외부 충격에 더욱 취약한 속성을 갖고 있는지 여부를 검토하였다. 아울러 이와 같은 취약성으로 인해 외부 충격시 제주경제가 추가적으로 경험한 피해의 규모를 추정하였다. 최근 발생한 세월호 사건, 사드 사태 및 COVID-19 사태를 외부 충격으로 정의하고 분석한 결과, 제주도의 관광관련 산업은 이와 같은 외부 충격 발생시, 타 지역에 비해 추가적인 충격을 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 분석결과는 제주도의 관광관련 산업이 여타 시도에 비해 전반적으로 외부 충격에 취약한 성격을 가지고 있음을 시사한다. 또한 이러한 관광산업의 취약성에서 기인하는 제주경제에의 추가적인 부담 규모를 지역산업연관표의 각종 유발계수를 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 제주도 관광산업의 외부 충격에 대한 취약성으로 인해 실질 총산출, 부가가치 및 고용은 전국 평균에 비해 큰 폭으로 하락하는 것으로 나타났다. 대표적으로 제주도의 추가적인 실질 부가가치의 감소 규모는 충격의 종류에 따라 -0.48%에서 -2.91% 사이로 추정된다. 이 연구 결과는 제주도 관광산업의 충격에의 취약성을 실증적으로 검증하였다는 데 의의가 있다. 또한 이러한 제주도 관광관련 산업의 특성상 충격 발생시, 충격을 완화하고 관광관련 산업이 복원력을 가질 수 있도록 관광정책의 방향을 정립할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. This study examines whether the tourism-related industries in Jeju island are more vulnerable to external shocks than the other regions. In addition, we estimate the additional impacts that Jeju economy experiences during the shocks. Adopting three external shocks such as Sewol ferry accident, THAAD incident, and COVID-19 diffusion, we find that Jeju's tourism-related industries are generally more fragile to external shocks than the other regions. We also measure the additional declines in output, value added, and employment of Jeju island due to the shocks, using the regional input-output tables. The results of this study imply that the tourism-related industries in Jeju island are more vulnerable to external crisis shocks. Thus, policy makers in Jeju island need to prepare tourism-related policies that help mitigate the external impacts and recover from the shocks.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the background and role of the establishment of the Seoul Federation, and the impact of the Seoul Federation on Korean bobsleigh and skeleton. Method: The research method used literature review and in-depth interview methods. Various records, such as bobsleigh, skeleton specialized books and internal reports of the Korean Federation, internal reports of the Seoul Federation, and news were collected as primary data. The secondary data are in-depth interview data, which are collected and analyzed to supplement the primary data. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, the Seoul Federation was founded with the aim of promoting national prestige at the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics by selecting bobsleigh and skeleton athletes with the center of sports scholars. Second, Kim Dong-hyun, a bobsleigh silver medalist, and Yoon Sung-bin, a skeleton gold medalist, were selected through the Seoul Federation selection business. Third, in the early days of the introduction of sports, the Seoul Federation and the Korean Federation worked together to select players. Fourth, the Seoul Federation is working to expand the base of the sport by operating the development of rookie athletes, classes, and sports classes. There are also a number of national players and students from Korea National Sport University selected through the Seoul Federation’s player development project. Conclusion: Studies have shown that skeleton gold medals and bobsleigh silver medals at the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics are not coincidental. The athletes’ performance growth and the result of winning the international competition will be the result of the players’ hard work. However, the beginning was a player selection policy for the creation and development of the Seoul Federation, which should be recorded.

동계스포츠 귀화선수에 대한 국적이동 인식과 이미지 및 다문화수용성 간의 관계

본 연구는 동사모(동계스포츠를 사랑하는 사람들의 모임)에서 활동 중인 동계스포츠 팬 173명을 대상으로 동계스포츠 귀화선수에 대한 국적이동 인식과 이미지 및 다문화수용성 간의 관계를 파악하는데 목적을 두고 실시하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 SPSS 18.0 및 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 동계스포츠 귀화선수에 대한 국적이동 인식은 이미지에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 동계스포츠 귀화선수에 대한 이미지는 다문화수용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 동계스포츠 귀화선수에 대한 국적이동 인식은 다문화수용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 동계스포츠 귀화선수에 대한 이미지는 국적이동 인식과 다문화수용성을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the perception and image of changing citizenship for naturalized athletes and multicultural acceptability. The data was collected on 173 winter sports fans who are under the membership of Community of Winter Sports Lovers, Dongsamo. The collected data was processed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 and then analyzed through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling. The result of the study was as follows. First, the perception of changing citizenship for the naturalized athletes of winter sports had a positive effect on their image. Second, the image of changing citizenship for the naturalized athletes of winter sports had a positive effect on multicultural acceptability. Third, the perception of changing citizenship for the naturalized athletes of winter sports had a positive effect on multicultural acceptability. Fourth, the image of the naturalized athletes of winter sports mediated the perception of changing citizenship and multicultural acceptability.
