Micro forming is a suited technology to manufacture very small metallic parts(several ㎜-㎛), Al5083 superplastic alloy with very small grains has a great advantage in achieving micro deformation under low stress due to its relatively low strength at a specific high temperature range. Micro forming of Zr?₂Cu₁?Ni₁₃Al? bulk Metallic glass(BMG) as a candidate material for this developing process are feasible at a relatively low stress in the supercooled liquid state without any crystallization during hot deformation. In this study, the micro formability of Al5083 superplastic alloy and bulk metallic glass, Zr?₂Cu₁?Ni₁₃Al?, was investigated with the specially designed micro vibration forming system using pyramid-shape, V-shape and U-shape micro die pattern. With these dies, micro vibration forming was conducted by varying the applied load, time. Micro formability was estimated by comparing the hight of formed shape using non-contact surface profiler system. The vibration load was effected to metal flow in the micro die and improve the micro formability of Al5083 superplastic alloy and Zr?₂Cu₁?Ni₁₃Al? bulk Metallic glass(BMG).

In this study, two small size model cars are developed to carry out the side collision test for accident reconstruction. Several side collision tests according to the velocity and collision angles are performed. A high speed camera with 1000fps is used to capture the motion of the car. Deformations of side door are measured by using LVDT(Linear Variable Differential Transformer). Deformation energy is used to establish the deformation index for accident reconstruction. Side collision simulation using LS-DYNA3D is carried out and compared to the experiments for the side collision accident reconstruction.

Micro forming is a suited technology to manufacture very small metallic parts(several ㎜~㎛). In this study, the micro forming property was studied, using Al5083 superplastic alloy with micro grain, suitable for the micro forming process and Zr-BMG amorphous with pseudo-superplastic phenomena in the supercooled liquid state. In a energy point of view, the vibrational load was useful for micro forming field. The vibrational load reduced friction and sticking slip between micro die and material and release the air static pressure bearing effect between micro die and material.
Mobile Ad-Hoc Network에서 주소 자동화 메커니즘 설계 및 평가

최근 MANET에서 라우팅 프로토콜이 표준화되면서 라우팅을 위한 IP 주소 할당에 관심이 모아져 이에 대한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 MANET의 주소 할당 메커니즘들은 대부분 DAD 기법 연구에 초점이 맞추어져 주소 할당에 따른 지연과 효율적이지 못한 주소 공간 활용이라는 문제점을 가지고 있으며 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 주소를 sequence하게 회수시킴으로써 주소 활용도를 높이고 주소 할당에 있어 DCDP를 사용함으로써 주소 중복 문제를 해결한 SARM(Sequence Address Range Mechanism)을 제안한다. 마지막으로 수학적 분석을 통하여 주소 설정 시간과 IP 주소 활용도 측면에서 기존 방식보다 우수함을 증명하였다.
${\beta}-Ag_3SI$ 단결정막 전극에 관한 연구

${\beta}-Ag_3SI$의 단결정을 만들어 막전극으로의 응용을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 할로겐 이온들에 대해 감응함을 알았고, 분리용액법과 혼합용액법으로 할로겐 이온들에 대한 선택계수를 얻어 이론값과 비교검토 하였으며, 전위시간 곡선으로 부터 이 전극이 유리 전극기구에 의해 전도함을 알았고, 넓은 pH 범위에서 전위가 일정한 값을 가짐을 알았다. 한편 분석화학에의 응용을 살펴 본 결과 할로겐이온의 혼합용액에서 좋은 지시전극으로 사용할 수 있음을 알았다 The single crystal ion-selective electrode,$ {\beta}-Ag_3SI/PVC-THF $membrane electrode has showed a linear potential response to the activities of iodide ion (10-1${\sim}$10-7M). The $ {\beta}-Ag_3SI$ membrane electrode was compared with AgI/PVC-THF membrane and copper metal plate membrane electrodes. In order to measure the selectivity coefficient of the electrodes toward $Cl^-$ and $Br^-$, the separation and mixed solution method were employed. The potential-time curve was obtained by the usual immersion technique and pH effect was also examined. The orders of selectivity for $Br^-$, $Cl^-$ and stability of response time are ${\beta}-Ag_3SI/PVC-THF $membrane > AgI/PVC-THF membrane > copper metal plate membrane. These electrodes could be used as indicating electrodes in the potentiometric titration of a single halide and mixed halides with the standard solution of silver nitrate.
