Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the bone regeneration ability of 1% tetracycline (TC)-loaded silk fibroin membrane (SFM), in a rabbit calvarial defect model. Methods: Twenty New Zealand white rabbits were used for this study. Bilateral round defects were made on the rabbit parietal bone, using trephine bur with an 8 mm diameter. TC-loaded SFM or SFM was covered on the right parietal bone defect, and the left parietal bone defects were uncovered for the control. The animals were humanely sacrificed at 4 or 8 weeks postoperatively. A micro-computerized tomography (${\mu}$-CT) of each specimen was taken for analysis of bone regeneration. Hematoxylin and Eosin stain were done to observe histological findings. Results: From the ${\mu}$-CT results, regenerated bone volume ($mm^3$) of 1% TC-loaded SFM, SFM, and control were $7.80{\pm}5.87$, $8.79{\pm}3.44$, and $10.61{\pm}5.3$ at 4 weeks postoperatively, respectively (P>0.05). Regenerated bone volume ($mm^3$) of 1% TC-loaded SFM, SFM, and control were $36.56{\pm}8.50$, $25.86{\pm}8.17$, and $19.09{\pm}5.07$ at 8 weeks postoperatively, respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion: The 1% TC-loaded SFM showed more bone regeneration than the SFM and the uncovered control, in guided bone regeneration.
정교분리의 관점에서 본 교회와 국가의 관계에 대한 비판적 성찰: 미국, 프랑스, 독일을 중심으로

오늘날 기독교 국가로 인식되고 있는 미국, 프랑스, 독일은 명시적으로 정교분리를 규정하고 있다. 역사상 정교분리를 헌법적 원리로 채택한 첫 번째 나라는 미국으로 1791년, 연방수정헌법 제1조에서 정교분리 정책을 채택하였다. 전통적으로 가톨릭 국가로 여겨지던 프랑스는 1905년, 제 3공화국 시절 “교회와 국가의 분리에 관한 법률”을 제정하여 정교분리를 천명하였다. 종교개혁의 나라 독일은 바이마르공화국 시절인 1919년에 제정된 법률에 따라 ‘국교’를 부인하고 정교분리의 원칙을 명시하여 오늘에까지 이르고 있다. 그렇다면 오늘날 세속화되고 정교가 분리된 사회에서 교회와 국가는 어떤 식으로 관계를 맺어야 각각 독립적이면서도 서로에게 견제·협력적이고 보완적인 존재로서의 기능을 수행할 수 있을까? 칼뱅의 개혁교회 전통에 따르면 교회와 국가는 각각 하나님이 만드신 제도로 서로 독립되어 있으면서도 때때로 서로에게 협력과 견제의 기능을 수행해야 하는 기관이다. 정교분리의 원칙을 규정한 우리나라에서 개혁교회의 신학적 입장처럼 교회가 국가에 대해 공적 책임을 지닌 기관으로 존재할 수 있을까? 아니면 교회는 사적(私的)이고 영적인 영역에만 관여해야 할까? 또한 국가는 신앙의 영역에는 중립을 지키며 어떤 종교에 대해서도 관용적인 태도만을 취해야만 할까? 교회와 국가가 서로의 영역을 침범하지 않으면서도 상호 협력적인 모습을 취할 방법은 있을까? 정교분리 사회에서 그러한 관계를 형성하고 있는 실제적인 예가 있을까? 본 논문에서는 정교분리를 헌법적 원칙으로 규정한 미국, 프랑스, 독일의 경우를 서로 비교하여 살펴보아, ‘교회와 국가 간의 관계’가 어떤 특징을 갖고 있는지 신학적으로 분석하고, 다종교사회인 우리나라에서 교회와 국가의 관계가 어떤 방향으로 나아가야 하는지 구체적인 대안을 모색하고자 한다. The United States, France, and Germany, which are recognized as Christian states, explicitly define a constitutional principle about separation of religion and state. Separation of church and state in the United States The first country in history to separation of church and state as a constitutional principle was the United States, in 1791, which adopted the policy of separation of church and state in the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. France, traditionally regarded as a Catholic state, enacted the “Section of Separation of Church and State” in 1905, proclaiming the separation of church and state. Germany enacted in 1919, during the Weimar Republic, a constitutional principle about separation of religion and state. But, how can the church and the state be related in a secular society to function as independent, cooperative, and complementary ones? According to Calvin"s Reformed tradition, the church and the state are each God-created institutions that are independent of each other but sometimes have to function as co-operation. Can the church exist as an institution with public responsibility for the state, as in the theological position of the Reformed Church in our country that defined Separation of church and state? Or should the church only engage in private and spiritual realms? Should the state remain neutral in the realm of faith, and should only be tolerant of any religion? Is there a way for the church and the state to be cooperative without interfering with each other? Is there a practical example of such a relationship in a society separated from politics and religion? In this paper, we compare the cases of the United States, France, and Germany, which defined Separation of church and state as a constitutional principle, and analyze theological characteristics of the relationship between church and state. I would like to find a concrete alternative about the direction of the relationship between church and state in Korea.

많은 무선기술이 개발되었지만, 그 기술들은 적용사례와 대역폭에서 한계를 가지고 있다. WLAN과 3G 네트워크는 무선통신을 도와주기 위한 플랫폼으로 나왔다. 그러나 서로 다른 네트워크 터미널의 이동성은 여러 리스크를 발생시킨다. 통신 보안과 효과적인 증명이 실행되어야 한다. 이 논문의 주제는 통합된 WLAN/3G 네트워크에 관한 증명방법의 분석에 있다. A number of wireless technologies have been implemented, but each technology has its limitation in terms of coverage and bandwidth. WLAN and 3G cellular network has emerged to be a complementary platform for wireless data communications. However, the mobility of roaming terminals in heterogeneous networks poses several risks. To maintain secure communications in universal roaming, the effective authentication must be implemented. The focus of this paper is on analysis of authentication architecture involved in integrated WLAN/3G networks.

A sensitive and selective determination method of Fe(Ⅱ) ion by luminol-H2O2 system using a chelating reagent has been presented. A metal ion-chelating ligand complex such as Fe(Ⅱ)-diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (DTPA) produced higher chemiluminescence (CL) intensity as well as longer lifetime in luminol-H2O2 system than metal exist as free ions. Furthermore, the catalytic activity of Cu(Ⅱ) and Pb (Ⅱ) complexes with chelating reagents in luminol-H2O2 system was lost since chelating reagents act as a masking agent although free Cu(Ⅱ) and Pb(Ⅱ) ions have high catalytic activity. On the optimized conditions, the calibration curve of Fe(Ⅱ) ion was linear over the range from 1.0×10-7 to 2.0ⅹ10-5 M with correlation coefficient of 0.996. The detection limit was calculated to be 4.0×10-8 M.

N/A This paper presents drug release properties of active drug system (DDS) using volume change of polypyrrole (PPy). The incorporation of various chemical substances into the PPy and controlling its release with the externally applied voltage to the PPy are possibel. In order to confirm possibility for drug delivery system qualitatively, indicator(phenolred) was examined as a dopant of PPy. The applied voltage to the PPy electrode was set to -2 V and this negative voltage makes the anionic indicator released in saline solution. After qualitative analysis, in order to confirm quantitative drug release characteristic of PPy, salicylate which is one of the aspirin substance was used as a dopant of PPy. As a result, the salicylate release characteristics with time was thoroughly investigated while varying the electrode area, polymerization time, the applied voltage for drug release. Based on these quantitative results, a preliminary experiment was carried out to check the feasibility of the PPy applicable to the neuronal system.
