The correlations of ocular refractive error and higher-order aberrations were exam- ined. The measurement of refractive error and higher-order aberration used KR-9000PW. the wavefront aberrometer with Hartmann-Shack method, and the 44 subjects (88 eyes) with S.E. value of 0.00D to -9.04D were considered for analysis. As the result of Pearson correlation analysis for S.E. and higher-order aberration RMS, Coma aberration showed a significant correlation (r=0.251, p<0.05) with S.E., but Trefoil aberration, Tetrafoil aberration, Spherical aberration, 2nd Astigmatism and such showed no significant correlation with S.E. Also, the 3rd aberration including Trefoil aberration and Coma aberration showed a significant correlation with S.E. (r=0.244, p<0.05), but 4ch aberration and total higher-order aberration showed no significant correlation with S.E. The cylinder refractive error had no significant correlation with all higher order aberrations. In comparison to higher-order aberration RMS value, the group with S.E. below -1.00D the high myopia group over -6.00D, only the total higher-order aberration and 3rd aberration RMS showed a significant difference (p<0.05), and all other aberrations showed no significant difference in the RVS value between the two groups. Only Coma aberration and Zernike Polynomials 3rd order aberration RMS showed a statistically significantly low correlation with S.E., and cylinder refractive error (C) showed no significant correlation with all higher-order aberrations. In comparison to the group with S.E. below -1.00D and the group over -6.00D, only the total higher-order aber-ration and 3rd aberration RMS showed a significant difference between the two groups.

1996년까지 급속한 산엽발전과 소비패턴의 고급화로 안정적이었던 안경 산업의 구 조가 1997년 경제위기 이후에 살아나던 경제활동이 최근 장기적인 불황으로 소비자 의 구매심리 위축을 가져와 안경 착용 인구의 증가에도 볼구하고 안경원의 수익구조 가 악화되고 무분별한 대형할인매장의 출현으로 과당 과열 경쟁 및 공산품과 의료용 구의 결합인 안경제품의 질적 하락이 나타나고 안경원의 목표 고객에 대한 표적 마 케팅 (Target Marketing) 보다는 다양한 고객을 대상으로 하는 대량 마케팅 (Mass Marketing) 에 집중하다보니 재고안경테와 안경렌즈에 대한 부담을 가지게 되고 그 결과 안경원의 구매심리도 위축되어 전반적인 안경 산업의 매출감소를 가져오고 소 비자의 구매의사결정에 혼란을 주고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 상황에서 급속한 소비시장의 침체로 인한 안경원의 매출감소 및 대형할인 매장의 저절불량렌즈의 저가유통으로 인한 피해를 줄이고 고객의 요구를 정확히 파 악하고 낙후된 마케팅환경에 변화를 꾀하고자 안경구매자가 어떤 동기와 이유에서 안경을 선택하며 구매의사결정에 있어서 중요한 변수가 무엇인지를 밝히고 특정 안 경원의 고객을 구매변수에 따라 세분화하여 안경원의 마케팅 전략수립에 유용한 시 사점을 찾아보았다. 따라서 특정 안경원을 방문하는 고객들이 어떠한 변수에 따라 세분화되는지 알아 보기 위하여 5개의 세분 집단으로 나누었고 각각의 집단이 어떠한 변수에 관섬을 가 지고 있는지 분석하였다. 본 연구는 시장을 세분화하여 목표 시장을 만족시킬 수 있는 요인들을 분석하고 세분화 집단별 요언을 분석하여 안경원 경영에 시사점을 주고자 하였다. Local dispensing optical shop had required market segmentation, targeting and positioning to maXlmlze net profit. And it had provided value goods added opticians knowledge and optometric service. Finally manager of local dispensing optical shop required concentrated marketing strategy that used purchasing variables.

목적: 스마트폰 보급률이 늘어나고 스마트폰을 이용한 활동이 다양해지면서 장시간의 스마트폰 사용으로 눈 건강이 위협받고 있는 실정이다. 스마트폰의 장시간 사용은 집중 상태의 과도한 근업으로 인한 눈피로의 주요 원인이 될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스마트폰 사용 후 조절근점과 폭주근점을 측정하고 자각적 눈피로 증상에 대한 설문을 통해 스마트폰 시청이 폭주력, 조절력 및 눈피로도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 사위가 없고, 시력교정술을 제외한 안과수술경력이 없는 양안교정시력 0.8 이상인 20대 대학생 25명을 대상으로 실험하였다. 폭주근점과 조절근점을 측정하고 눈피로 자각증상 설문을 실시한 후 스마트폰을 30cm거리에서 30분 시청하게 한 뒤 다시 폭주근점과 조절근 점, 눈피로 자각증상 설문을 실시한 뒤 스마트폰 시청 전·후를 비교하였다. 결과: 스마트폰 시청 전 폭주근점은 6.76±0.88cm였으나 사용 후 8.41±0.69cm로 통계적으 로 유의하게 멀어졌다. 조절근점은 스마트폰 시청 전 6.61±0.72cm였으나 스마트폰 시청 후 8.42±0.81cm로 역시 통계적으로 유의하게 멀어졌다. 눈피로 자각증상도 스마트폰 시청 전·후 유의하게 증가하였다. 결론: 스마트폰 시청 후 폭주근점과 조절근점이 통계적으로 유의하게 멀어져 스마트폰 사용이 폭주력과 조절력의 저하를 초래하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 눈의 자각적 피로증상도 증가하는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose : To investigate correlations between ocular components and corneal aberration according to comeal topographic pattems. Methods : 100 subjects (127 eyes) whose corrected visual acuity is 20/20 or better participated in this study. Ocular components. comeal topography and comeal aberration were measured. Results : Round type was 25%. oval type was 17%. symmetric bow tie type was 15%. asymmetric bow tie type was 26%, irregular type was 17% in classified by corneal topographic patterns. There were significant correlations between 1st coma aberration and refraclive error. between corneal power and total astigmatism. spherical aberration(total. 1st. 2nd and 3rd). There was significant correlations between comeal eccentricity and 2nd astigmatism. There were significant correlations between corneal astigmatism and astigrnatism(total. 1st and 3rd). Refractive error. comeal astigmatism and comeal aberration were the highest value in round type among the 5 different comeal topographic patterns. Corneal power was the highest value in oval type. but corneal eccentricity was the highest value in symmetric bow tie type. Conclusions : lt is considered that this data can be used as basic information for further studies regarding effecls of comeal pattern and aberration on the qualily of vision.
