정당화 원리를 활용한 대학 리터러시 교육 방안 연구 ― 공론화 과정의 활용 가능성을 중심으로

이 연구는 합리적 의사소통 역량을 기르기 위한 대학 리터러시 교육의 방법으로 정당화를 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 정당화의 과정이 잘 드러나는 공론화 보고서 6편을 대상으로 공론화의 진행 과정을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 공론화 과정에서 과정적 정당화 기제로 정보의 공유와 학습, 공정성, 협력적 소통 지향 등이 나타났다. 또한 실천적 정당화 기제로 실제적 문제 해결과 합의 형성의 힘 증진이 발견되었다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 정당화 기제를 활용한 대학 리터러시 교육을 위해 기획 및 사전 학습 단계, 숙의 프로그램 진행 단계, 사회적 실천 단계의 3단계 프로그램을 제안하였다. 공론화를 활용한 정당화 교육 프로그램은 기존의 교실 중심 및 대결 위주의 토론 교육에서 벗어나 실천 중심의 협력적 의사소통 능력을 기를 수 있다는 점에서 교육적 가치가 있다. This study aims to suggest a way to utilize justification as a method of university literacy education to develop rational communication capabili ties. To this end, six public deliberation reports were selected as research subjects. As a result of the analysis, in the process of public deliberation, information sharing and learning, fairness, and cooperative communica tion orientation appeared as a procedural rationality mechanism. Further more, as a social praxis mechanism, the power of practical problem solv ing and consensus formation was found. In this study, a university literacy education program using this justification mechanism was proposed.

본고의 목적은 현재 국어교육에서 논의되고 있는 문화론적 관점의 실상을 들여다보고, 문화교육으로서의 국어교육이 나아가야 할 방향을 모색하는 데 있다. 문화교육으로서의 국어교육은 학습자가 국어문화를 창조하는 주체로 성장하게 하는 목표로 설정해 왔다. 그러나 그간 문화 계승과 창달과 관련된 논의는 문학 영역 중심으로 주로 논의되었기때문에 학습자가 문화를 계승하고 창조하는 능력을 기르는 데는 한계가 있었다. 학습자가 주체적으로 문화를 계승하고 창달하게 한다는 목표는 수행을 통해 가능한 목표이기 때문에, 사고와 소통을 다루는 이해ㆍ표현 영역을 포함하여 국어과의 각 영역을 통해 총체적으로 접근하는 관점이 필요하다. 본고에서는 문화교육을 위해 실체 중심의 교육관을 전환하여 수행 중심의 교육관으로 나아가야 함을 역설하였다. 학습자의 수행을 지원하기 위해 교육 내용은 학습자들의 깊이 있는 이해와 창조적 재해석 활동을 지원하는 방향으로 구성되어야 한다. 본고에서는 이를 위한 교수 방법으로 탐구와, 내용, 문체, 사고 체계 등을 계승하여 창조에 활용하는 방법 등을 제안하였다. The purpose of this manuscript is to take a look into the real state of the culture theory viewpoint that has been discussed in the current Korean-language education and to seek the direction in which the Korean-language education for the successions and the developments of the culture should advance. So we are emphasized that the cultural education must stand up throughout the whole, which is comprised of each of the domains, of the Korean-language education by disclosing the personality of the Korean-language education as a cultural education from the essential and instrumental personality of the Korean language. Also, regarding the direction for the Korean-language education for the cultural successions and developments, the following were proposed: Firstly, the formation of a cultural community by accommodating the valuable culture; Secondly, the reinterpretation of the cultural phenomena by utilizing the critical ways of thinking; And, thirdly, the possibility of the setting up for the utilization of the language culture as a resource for the cultural creations. Or, in other words, it can be said that this is a time point at which the general approach by considering the cultural education centered on the ways of thinking and the understanding of the expressions is needed in order to accomplish the goal of the Korean-language education, which is said to be the independent succession and development of the culture by the learner.
