Lupus panniculitis is a chronic inflammatory disease of subcutaneous fat that occurs in 2∼3% of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Lupus panniculitis typically presents with firm, indurated subcutaneous nodules or plaques commonly developed in proximal extremities, trunk, head and neck. Breast involvement with lupus panniculitis (lupus mastitis) has been infrequently reported. We experienced a case of lupus mastitis developed in a 44-year-old female confirmed by histologic features and laboratory findings. Antimalarial therapy resulted in the complete resolution of the lesions.

Churg-Strauss syndrome is a systemic necrotizing vasculitis occurring in patients with asthma or allergic rhinitis, and characterized by eosinophilic infiltration of various tissues and peripheral eosinophilia. A 28-year-old male was admitted due to painful purpuric papules and patches on both lower legs and both hands with dysesthesia and weakness for 4 days. He had been well until 8 months earlier when asthma developed. Abnormal laboratory findings including peripheral blood eosinophilia, p-ANCA(+), elevated BUN and creatinine, hematuria, proteinuria, and stool occult blood were observed. Parenchymal renal disease of both kidneys was confirmed by abdominal sonogram. Marked muscular atrophy in the first web space of left hand dorsum and difficulty in dorsiflexion of both feet had developed, suggesting mononeuritis multiflex in bilateral peroneal and tibial nerves, left ulnar and radial nerves.

Regarding the Jeonju region, the innovative city construction has been forming to be the largest among the new cities. And the situation is such that the new cities have been expanding with the new city of the Haga District and the Jeonju New Town over 10 years ago as the standards. As a result, by taking a look at the differences between the natives who moved when the Jeonju New City had been created and the residency of the dwelling in the old and original city centers, by making the regenerative businesses regarding the old and original city centers smooth, and by comparing with the levels of the satisfactions with the dwellings of the residents in the new city, I will be able to provide the materials needed for the accompanied growth within the downtown of Jeonju, and, at the same time, I will be able to give the proposals and the advices regarding the developments of the other innovation cities and the old and original city centers, too As the result of a path coefficient significance test regarding the factors of the level of satisfaction with the dwelling in the old and original city centers in the Jeonju City, the intention to reside for a long time, and the intention to recommend, as for a factor that gives the influence on the level of satisfaction with regard to residing in the old and original city centers of the Jeonju City, it appeared as being the special characteristic of the location with the positive (+) influence at 0.387. As the result of a path coefficient significance test regarding the factors of the level of satisfaction with the dwelling in new city of the Jeonju City, the intention to reside for a long time, and the intention to recommend, as for a factor that gives the influence on the level of satisfaction with regard to residing in the new city of the Jeonju City, it appeared as being the special characteristic of the location with the positive (+) influence at 0.312. And, as for a factor that gives the influence on the intention to recommend, it was the special, social, and cultural characteristics. And it appeared as having the negative (-) influence at - 0.203. It is judged that the intention to recommend was lower because, in the case of a new city, the accessibility to the public facilities and the cultural facilities falls low. Such a problem of the old and original city centers within the cities and such a problem of the new cities are the problems that have been had internally by the cities, and not only Jeonju, while they have been growing. And the somewhat more improved drawing of the results through such a research in the future is demanded, and this is a task for the future.

최근 3D GIS 에 대한 필요성과 함께 실세계를 3D 가상공간으로 구성하는 어플리케이션이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문은 3D GIS 지구공간과 3D 가상세계의 동기화 방법에 대한 내용으로, 3D GIS 구현에 있어서 기존의 위성 영상을 이용하여 2차원 영상이미지로 구현하는 방식과는 달리 현실세계를 3D 가상세계로 구성하고 실세계의 위치 정보를 가상세계가 갖도록 하여 사용자가 정확한 위치 정보에서 실제 지구공간을 체험할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 GPS 위치 정보를 이용한 현실 세계의 가시화를 실현시키기 위해서 필요한 지구 공간을 구성하는 무한 가상세계 구현 알고리즘과 GPS 동기화 알고리즘을 기술한다.

With urbanization and other development-related activities, construction of impervious surface continues to increase. Water-related environmental issues of watershed have also been raised with regard to water quality deterioration, flood crisis and drying of the river. The increase in frequency of localized heavy rainfall due to climate change has likewise led to considerable human and material damages. In a related move, the mandatory installation of Rainwater Harvesting Facility has been pushed to minimize environmental loads and construct sustainable eco-cities in terms of urban planning. As such, this study was designed to present installation standards based on the calculations of private and social benefits to recover the initial investment of facilities using rainwater through cost-benefit ratio analysis of Rainwater Harvesting Facility. It is the result of analysis that more than 50 households are desirable. We also found that investment cost recovery period has been curtailed if households are increased. consequentially, On this study, we suggest that 50 households be the Criteria of the Multi-Family Housing Rainwater Harvesting Facility which has economical validity.

중파 대역의 시스템의 커버리지를 예측하기 위해서는 기준국 안테나의 효율을 알아야 한다. 그러나 중파 대역 기준국 안테나는 설치되는 장소에 따라 효율의 변화가 심하기 때문에 이 값을 정확히 계산하는 것이 매우 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 측정을 통해 실제 운용 중인 중파 대역 기준국 안테나의 효율을 구하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 측정된 전계 강도와 중파 대역 감쇠 모델을 이용하기 때문에, 먼저 일반적인 중파 대역 감쇠 모델에 대해 설명하였으며, 다음으로 안테나의 효율을 구하는 방법을 나타냈다. 마지막으로 제안된 방법을 현재 운용 중인 중파 대역 위성 항법 보정 시스템에 적용하여 해상 및 육상 기준국의 안테나 효율을 구하였으며, 이론적 효율과 비교를 통해 제안된 방법의 효용성을 확인하였다. To predict the system coverage in the middle frequency(MF) band, it is required to know the antenna efficiency at a base station. However, calculating the accurate efficiency is difficult since the efficiency may change according to the area where the antenna is installed. Thus, this paper proposes a method to obtain the antenna efficiency of a base station in the MF band from the measurement. This method uses the measured field strengths and the attenuation model in the MF band. Therefore, an attenuation model which is used in the proposed method is presented at first. Then, the process of the proposed method is followed using detailed explanations. Finally, antenna efficiencies of base stations which are currently operating are obtained by applying the proposed method and the usefulness of the obtained results are verified by comparing with ideal efficiencies.

본 연구에서는 주변 환경이 복잡하고 토양의 특성이 잘 알려지지 않은 지역에서는 적용이 가능한 중파대역 유효 대지 도전율 계산법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 해안 기지국에서 측정된 전계 강도와 일반적인 중파대역 감쇠 모델을 이용하여 유효 대지 도전율을 계산하며, 오차를 최소화하기 위해 통계적인 방법을 이용하였다. 다음으로, 제안된 방법을 이용하여 국내의 중파대역 유효 대지 도전율을 얻었으며, 전계 강도 비교 및 오차 분석을 통해 제안된 방법의 정확도와 유용성을 확인하였다. In this work, a new method to obtain the effective ground conductivity value in the middle frequency band where the informations of soil characteristics are insufficient was proposed. The proposed method obtained the effective ground conductivity values with the measured field strength from sea reference stations and general attenuation model in the middle frequency band. In addition, the proposed method used statistical method to minimize the error between the measurements and the predictions. Then, the effective ground conductivity in Korea peninsular was obtained by using the proposed method. Finally, it was verified that the effective ground conductivity using the proposed method is useful to predict electric field strength in the middle frequency band.
