There is a risk that the damage caused by frequent earthquakes can lead to the risk of personal injury due to cracks in buildings and collapse of major structures. Although the seismic design of the new building is designed to be reinforced, the existing structure is not exposed to the risk of earthquake. Therefore, it is aimed to develop the steel frame type CFT composite method which can easily reinforce the CFT structural system with excellent seismic performance against the old non - seismic structure.
Corrugate-rib를 활용한 무내화피복 CFT공법의 구조 및 내화성능 확보

본 논문은 강관과 콘크리트가 함께 축력에 저항하는 합리적인 콘크리트 강관구조형식에 대해 무피복상태에서 내화성능을 높이는 연구이다. 콘크리트 강관구조는 내부 콘크리트로 인한 열저항 성능이 매우 우수하지만, 국내에서는 일정시간 동안 내화성능을 확보하도록 규정하고 있는 내화구조시스템으로 피복처리가 되지 않는 상태에서는 활발하게 적용되지 못하고 있다. 따라서 콘크리트충전 강관구조 기둥의 구조성능을 향상시키기 위하여 강관 내측면에 부착하는 리브요소를 개발하고 그것의 효과적인 형상을 개발하는 연구로서 콘크리트 강관기둥 내측면에 Corrugated Rib를 부착하여 구조적 압축 및 좌굴저항능력을 향상시키는 CFT 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 이에 대한 연구 결과, 강관 내면 부착 리브의 적용으로 내화시 CFT기둥의 내력상승에 의한 좌굴방지를 확인하였고, 내화성능기준 또한 만족하였다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 개발된 강재리브(Corrugate rib)구조 보강재를 활용한 CFT의 공법은 내화피복 없이 구조 및 내화성능을 만족시키는 것으로 판단된다. 향후 rib의 다양한 형태를 변수로 하는 연구와 공장생산에서 공정을 효율화 시키고, 경제성 있는 시스템으로 활용할 수 있도록 추가 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. The Concrete-Filled Tube (CFT) system was developed for its excellent structural performance, such as its good stiffness, stress and ductility, which is derived from the mechanical advantages of its composite structure. However, it is known that the flat type of reinforcing plates need stiffeners placed at a certain distance from each other to avoid buckling failure, which increases the cost accordingly. This paper investigates the contribution of the rib elements placed inside the steel tube for the purpose of increasing the bond strength between the steel and concrete and fire performance with no additional protection. The test results also demonstrate the effectiveness of the corrugated rib"s shape against fire. The results of this study showed that the buckling prevention and fire resistance performance criteria were satisfied by the application of the inner surface attachment rib, due to the resulting increase in the strength of the CFT column. Therefore, it is considered that the CFT method using the corrugated rib structure reinforcement developed through this study satisfies the structural and fire resistance performance criteria without the need for a refractory coating. Future studies will be needed to make the process efficient and economical for factory production.
고로슬래그를 활용한 바탕콘크리트 내구성 향상에 대한 연구

When the final finish of a building is designed with base concrete, complex deterioration occurs due to the harsh environment such as shrinkage and expansion due to external temperature changes, freezing and thawing, and the use of calcium chloride due to snow accumulation. Therefore, the pozzolanic reaction mechanism of blast furnace slag is clearly identified, and the causal relationship between the material properties and performance of the blast furnace slag is identified to present guidelines for mixing high-durability concrete.

In the case where the building's rooftop was laid without any foundation, the combined deterioration, such as the repetition of shrinkage and expansion caused by temperature changes, caused further cost generation and damage. To prevent this, the concrete mixing design and construction process shall be established to resist combined deterioration.

While damage caused by fire increases, awareness of fire is still low. Morever, Small fires often spread into big fires as they fail to keep the golden time due to the delay in initial response. In particular, the initial response is more important in areas where many unauthorized buildings are called "Panjachon" as firefighting facilities are insufficient compared to other residential facilities. Therefore, we will combine BIM technology, drones and IT convergence technologies to develop a firefighting safety information system that can speed up initial response and help combat fires.

Recently, there is a demand for a fast and efficient method for measuring displacement during construction or maintenance of new buildings. As the number of safety accidents caused by structural collapse increases, the integrated management plan of the measurement and management system has become a platform and data is shared with stakeholders, so that it is possible to establish safety management in advance according to the displacement of the structure.

As a recent technology, it is possible to partially grasp the occurrence of displacement of the entire building through artificial intelligence technology for big data through scanning. However, scanning and data processing take a lot of time, so there is a limit to constant monitoring, so constant monitoring technology of building behavior that combines wireless remote sensors and 3D shape scanning is required. Therefore, in this study, artificial intelligence program coding technology is linked. In addition, a technology capable of real-time wireless remote measurement of structure displacement will be developed through technology development in response to safety management that combines existing building technologies such as sensors. Through this, it is possible to establish an integrated management system for safety inspection and diagnosis.

Recently, 67% of defect and tenant lawsuits were identified as leaks due to cracks. In particular, when the final finish of the roof of a building is designed with base concrete, complex deterioration occurs due to the harsh environment such as shrinkage and expansion due to external temperature changes, freezing and thawing, and the use of calcium chloride due to snow accumulation. Therefore, it is intended to secure long-term durability by reducing cracks in the base concrete by using waste fibers, which are industrial by-products.

Recently, various maintenance materials and construction methods have been developed to secure the sustainable performance of structures. However, waterproofing of underground structures where groundwater infiltration is present is very difficult. In particular, the location of underground structures such as subways is very deep, and it is difficult to apply waterproof materials and construction methods in the case of structures accompanied by vibration. Therefore, we intend to study materials and methods for waterproofing leakage resistance in special environments such as underground structures.
