        지가의 공간분포 분석을 통한 부산시 도시공간구조해석에 관한 연구

        1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study investigates the urban spatial structure which analyzes land distribution into its price in Busan. The land is limited resources, so the price and property of land are changed. It affects the urban spatial structure. Therefore it is important that the urban spatial structure was explained by using the price of land. (2) RESEARCH METHOD cluster analysis (3) RESEARCH RESULTS As result we realized that they have no relations between density of population and the price of land, but between the price of land and the distance from downtown have relations. The relations explained that farther place from downtown is lower price of land than a location which is near to downtown. 2. RESULTS The study reaches the two conclusion : first, the spatial structure of Busan was divided into two parts of inner functional space, a part of outer functional space and 7 parts of outer area. The second conclusion of the study is that the price of outer land is more expansive than center of city in some cases. 3.         부산시 도심지가의 분포특성과 도심기능의 연관성에 관한 연구

        1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study aims at to find the relationship between land price and function of C.B.D and also whether the relationship indicates location or not. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study designated C.B.D boundary by laying stress on the function of land use situation with excepting the case that when land use takes most function of non-C.B.D. Designated C.B.D boundary is expressed by using GIS. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS This study chose chi-square to assess the interaction between land price and function. As a result, Sue-myeon area's land price and function have a relationship as an improved score test statistic to order n-'under the unll is proved. Two variables defined C=0.462, so Sue-myeon area's function and land price have considerably high relationship. As an improved score test statistic to order n-'under the unll is proved in Gwangbok·Nampo-dong area, Two variables defined C=0.409, so they also have fairly high relationship. 2. RESULTS This is, it is assessed that land price and function of C.B.D area has clear relationship and a degree of relationship is also considerably high.

        부산 서면지역 지가와 기능간의 상관성 연구

        1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study investigates the correlations between the price of land and C.B.D. functions in Seomyun(Bujeondong) which is the most expensive in Busan. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This paper analyze the pictures that shows the spatial distribution of functions and land prices of C.B.D. in 2006 by GIS program. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS There is close correlation between the price of land and functions in C.B.D. of Seomyun. 2. RESULTS The study reaches two conclusion : first, the sales function is the most representative function in C.B.D. The second of the study is a correlation between the price of land and functions in C.B.D.

      • 대학신입생의 장래 수요추정에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to predict the demand of freshman in university by the established Demand Forecasting Model through the Multiple Linear Regression and selected variables that were influenced on changing of university freshman's demand. Variables on the Demand Forecasting Model in this study include 1) economical variables: the national income, educational expenses 2) demographic variables of population: the number of birth, the number of high school graduate and 3) policy variables: the regular number of matriculation The result should be the most important thing was the regular number of matriculation, the second one was the national incomes and the third one was the number of birth. In addition, this model should high reliability by F-test and T-test. This model projects the number of freshman in university up to 510,000 students in 2020. This result is pointing just 64%, comparing with present the regular number of matriculated students(740,000 students). Therefore we need adjustment of the regular number of matriculated students and educational policy for the trend of population moving in the future.
