Coatings of TiCrN ion-plated on a steel substrate was oxidized at $800^{\circ}C$ in air, and their oxidation mechanism was presented. During oxidation, substrate elements and Ti and Cr in the coating always diffused outwardly to form the oxide scale. Simultaneously, oxygen from the atmosphere diffused inward1y to react with Ti and Cr to form $TiO_2$and $Cr_2$$O_3$, respectively. Also, the counter-diffusion of cations and oxygen resulted in some oxygen dissolution in the unoxidized TiCrN coating, and Fe dissolution in the oxide scale. When the Ti content in the coating was high, the $TiO_2$-forming tendency was strong, while when the Cr content was high, the $Cr_2$$O_3$-forming tendency was strong.

This study purposed to prove the effect of exercise after induction muscle atrophy related Apoptosis gene Bcl-2 m-RNA, Bax m-RNA, Caspase-3 m-RNA We classified the mice(ICR) after induction muscle disuse atrophy into 2 groups: exercise(20 mice) and non-exercise(20 mice). the analysis point of view which if follows is stability, one day, three day, five day, seven day and each testing group three mice cervical decapitation which will burn the killed related apoptosis gene the Bcl-2 m-RNA expression showed a significant statistical difference in non -exercise group'1st day and 7st day(p<.001, p<.01). There was a significant difference in exercise group'5st day(p<.01). The Bax m-RNA expression showed a significant statistical difference in non -exercise group'3st day and 7st day(p<.001). When stabilized, there was little significant difference in non -exercise group'1st day and 5st day. The Caspase-3 m-RNA expression showed a significant statistical difference in non -exercise group'3st day, 5st day and 7st day(p<.001). When stabilized, there was little significant difference in non -exercise group'1st day. It could be inferred from the results of the study that a steady in crease load training method can be more effective than continued stability after patients who have the muscle atrophy which appear from an accident or a bed safety muscular power exercise insufficiency treat. Bcl-2 m-RNA expression that inhibits cell death didn't have much effect. But, Bax, Caspase-3 m-RNA that promotes cell death showed a significant statistical increase.

Fe-2 wt.%Ni alloys were fabricated by metal powder injection molding, and their oxidation behavior at 600-700oC for 30 h in air was studied in order to find the effect of the small addition of Ni in the iron matrix on the high-temperature oxidation. Oxide scales that formed after oxidation consisted primarily of Fe₂O₃, where microscopic voids were scattered. Nickel was segregated initially at the scale/matrix interface, and later at the lower part of the Fe₂O₃ scale. At 600℃, Fe-2wt.%Ni alloys oxidized parabolically initially, and linearly after 15 h. At 650-700℃, they oxidized linearly from the initial period. Although Fe-2wt.%Ni alloys oxidized slower than pure iron, their oxidation rates were relatively fast.

Two kinds of steels whose compositions were Fe-34.4Cr-14.5Ni-2.5Mo-0.4W-0.4Mn-0.5Si-(0.009 or 0.35)S (wt.%) were centrifugally cast, and oxidized at 900 ℃ for 50-350 h in order to find the effect of sulfur on the high-temperature oxidation of Fe-34.4Cr-14.5Ni-2.5Mo-0.4W-0.4Mn-0.5Si-(0.009 or 0.35)S (wt.%) alloys. These alloys formed oxide scales that consisted primarily of Cr₂O₃ as the major oxide and Cr₂MnO₄ as the minor one through preferential oxidation of Cr and Mn. They additionally formed SiO₂ particles around the scale/alloy interface as well as inside the matrices. The high affinity of Mn with S led to the formation of scattered MnS inclusions particularly in the 0.35S-containing cast alloy. Sulfur was harmful to the oxidation resistance, because it deteriorated the scale/alloy adherence so as to accerelate the adherence and compactness of the formed scales.

Alloys of $Ti46\%Al-2\%Mo-2\%Nb$ were oxidized between 800 and $1000^{\circ}C$ in air, and their oxidation characteristics were studied. The alloys displayed good oxidation resistance due mainly to the beneficial effects of Mo and Nb. The oxide scales formed consisted primarily of an outer $TiO_2$ layer, an intermediate $Al_{2}O_3-rich$ layer, and an inner mixed layer of ($TiO_{2}+Al_{2}O_3$). Molybdenum and niobium dissolved in the scale effectively improved oxidation resistance. They were mainly distributed in the inner mixed layer of ($TiO_{2}+Al_{2}O_3$).
