        근위축 유도 후 운동에 따른 아폽토시스 관련 유전자 연구

        This study purposed to prove the effect of exercise after induction muscle atrophy related Apoptosis gene Bcl-2 m-RNA, Bax m-RNA, Caspase-3 m-RNA We classified the mice(ICR) after induction muscle disuse atrophy into 2 groups: exercise(20 mice) and non-exercise(20 mice). the analysis point of view which if follows is stability, one day, three day, five day, seven day and each testing group three mice cervical decapitation which will burn the killed related apoptosis gene the Bcl-2 m-RNA expression showed a significant statistical difference in non -exercise group'1st day and 7st day(p<.001, p<.01). There was a significant difference in exercise group'5st day(p<.01). The Bax m-RNA expression showed a significant statistical difference in non -exercise group'3st day and 7st day(p<.001). When stabilized, there was little significant difference in non -exercise group'1st day and 5st day. The Caspase-3 m-RNA expression showed a significant statistical difference in non -exercise group'3st day, 5st day and 7st day(p<.001). When stabilized, there was little significant difference in non -exercise group'1st day. It could be inferred from the results of the study that a steady in crease load training method can be more effective than continued stability after patients who have the muscle atrophy which appear from an accident or a bed safety muscular power exercise insufficiency treat. Bcl-2 m-RNA expression that inhibits cell death didn't have much effect. But, Bax, Caspase-3 m-RNA that promotes cell death showed a significant statistical increase.

      • 성인남성들의 혈압 수준별 건강관련 체력 분석

        This sway analyzed the survey result of blood pressure ana physical fitness tor 13,085 male aged 30 to 69. A list of participants was collected in 12 Public Health center in seoul. The result are as follows. There was tendency to decrease significantly in the physical fitness as age increase(p<.05). 1. Cardiovascular endurance In the age-adjusted value of each group, Normal group had the most high value of 35.1±5.4 ㎎/㎏/min. Also there was tendency to decrease significantly in cardiovascular endurance as the level of blood pressure increase(p<.05) 2. Muscle endurance In the age-adjusted value of each group, High-Normal group had the most high value of 18.9±5.6 times/30sec. Also there was significant difference in muscle endurance between High-Normal group and Light, Moderate, Heavy hypertension group(p<.05). 3. Muscle strength In the age-adjusted value of each group, High-Normal group had the most high value of 44.1±6.9 ㎏. Also there was significant difference in muscle strength between High-Normal group and Moderate, Heavy hypertension group(p<.05). 4 Flexibility In the age-adjusted value of each group, High-Normal group had the most high value of 9.9±7.9 ㎝. Also there was significant difference in flexibility between High-Normal group and Heavy hypertension group(p<.05). From the above result, in the age-adjusted value of each group, there was tendency to decrease significantly in cardiovascular endurance as the level of blood pressure increase(p<.05).

        스피드 스케이팅 세부종목별 적정 무산소성 파워검사 시간

        The purpose of this study is to research into the appropriate examination time of anaerobic power according to the time interval (30sec/45sec/60sec) of the assessed events of speed skating when measuring anaerobic power with Wingate test. As objectives of this study, domestic superior 27 speed skating athletes, who are above ranking 15th) were chosen according to the assessed events. (500m/1000m/1500m) After testing with Wingate of 30sec, 45sec, 60sec to research the appropriate examination time of anaerobic power, the result was obtained as followings. Considering collectively the results above, it was found from the results that when performing the anaerobic power test of speed skating in view of characteristics of each event and subject, it is appropriate for measuring the anaerobic power to perform Wingate test of 30sec in 500m race which finishes in about 37sec and Wingate test of 45sec in 1000m race which finishes in about 45sec and Wingate test of 60sec in 1,500m race which finishes in about 1min. and 50sec.

        재활승마 프로그램이 체성분과 비만관련 유전자 발현에 미치는 영향

        This study investigated the effects of riding for the disabled program on body composition and obesity-related gene expression. The handicapped 20 people divided into two groups, the result of a targeted examination of body composition and obesity-related genes that change after 16 weeks riding for the disabled program Body composition in fat mass, muscle mass, body fat percentage, both were confirmed a significant difference in the riding for the disabled program, obesity-related genes were able to confirm the significant differences in adiponectin and PPARa except for PPARγ. Rehabilitation of 16 weeks riding the body composition and obesity are related to people with disabilities to be able to confirm a positive difference in gene expression riding for die disabled program feed movement that can prevent obesity and improve.

        대학 보디빌딩 선수들의 시즌 중 훈련형태에 관한 연구

        The aim of this study was to comprehensively examine the cause, actual state, region, and treatment of injury of bodybuilders in training, in order to provide basic data for the prevention of injury and effective training For this, 154 registered university bodybuilders of Korea Bodybuilding Federation were sampled randomly. And a questionnaire survey of them was conducted on the basis of the questionnaire ? ‘Research on Training Injury of Bodybuilders’ - used by in their studies. Study findings are as follows : 1st exercise time, average sets per muscle, Chi-analysis showed no significant differences in the results by age and experience mean a break, sports protective gear when Kai analysis indicated no significant differences in age-specific in most universities bodybuilding players showed little difference from those of age and experience.

        단기간 고강도 저항운동 후 테스토스테론, IGF-1과 염증지표의 변화 연구

        In this study, male adults were asked to perform a 6-weeks high intensity resistance exercise to observe the changes in testosterone, IGF-1 and blood inflammatory factors(CRP, CPK, IL-6) by exercise intensity and period. The male students in their 20’s who are currently attending the D university located in Y-si, Gyeonggi-do were participated in this study. 10 participants were assigned into a control group(CG), 10 participants were assigned into intense resistance exercise group(RTG). The participants were asked to perform the exercise for a 6-week short, 3 times a week. No exercise was given to control group. The intense exercise group was asked to perform 5 sets 70-80%RM, 3 to 8 repetitions per a set. Repeated measure ANOVA SPSS Ver. 18.0 statistics program was used to describe all data statistically. Then Repeated measure ANOVA was performed to confirm the group, period and interaction, whereas paired t-test was used to validate the difference between the groups by time. And different between CG and RTG was independent t-test after exercise treatment. As a result, the significant difference was shown on IGF-1, blood inflammatory factors in RTG pre to post. The difference in IL-6 was observed between the groups. The interaction was observed in blood inflammatory. So In correlation analysis about testosterone, IGF-1 and inflammatory factors after the short-term high-intensity resisted exercise, CPK and IL-6 showed positive correlation. Therefore, high intense resistance exercise was shown to have a positive impact on IGF-1, blood inflammatory factors, the exercise needs to be carefully prescribed considering the individual characteristics.

        비만남자대학생의 운동강도 설정을 위한 %VO₂R 이용의 비교 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effective exercise intensity for the prescriptions between people of normal weight and who are obese. Selected for the purpose of the study were 10 male residents (age, 23±2.2 years) of Seoul. The participant are normal weight rage whose % Body fat is less than 20% and 10 male residents who were considered obese with %Body fat of 23%~30%. In the first test, the participant walked on the treadmill using Bruce protocol until they were all-out to get the maximal oxygen consumption. In the secondary test, in order to calculate %VO₂R by exercise intensity corresponding to the each subject's exercise intensity level of 30%VO₂R, 35% VO₂R and 40%VO₂R, %VO₂R formula (%VO₂R=%VO₂max-(1MET=3.5 ㎖/㎏/min)×Ratio+%VO₂rest) was applied the maximal oxygen consumption which was gained from the fist test. And then, the intensity wan adjusted manually. During the 30-minute experimental procedures the respiratory exchange rate (RER) was within 0.7~1.00. The results were explained below. Firstly, during the sub-maximal exercise, based on the intensity and the participant's %Body fat, significant differences in the rate of breathing could be observed within, and between the two groups, at exercise intensity of 30%VO₂R, 35% VO₂R and 40%VO₂R (p<.001). Secondly during the sub-maximal exercise, the calories burned by the group of normal weight, whose ability for oxygen intake is greater than the obese group was significantly higher (p<.001). Thirdly, when the rate of fat consumption and that of burning were compared between the two groups during the sub-maximal exercise, both groups showed significant result at the exercise intensity of 30%VO₂R and 35% VO₂R (p<.01), and also at the intensity of 40%VO₂R (p<.001). Fourthly during the sub-maximal exercise based the intensity and %Body fat, no significant differences were apparent at the exercise intensity of 30%VO₂R, hoewer, at the exercise intensity of 35% VO₂R the result in the normal weight and the obese, showing significant differences (p<.01), and at the 40% VO₂R the results were even more significant (p<.001). Fifthly, during the sub-maximal exercise based on the intensities and %Body fat, there were significant differences in the heart rate and heart beat at different exercise intensity (p<.001). As a result, in order to develop and prescribe a suitable exercise regimen, it is important consider many factors such as age, sex and individual physical abilities.
