        치과기공사의 은퇴기대가 은퇴준비에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the influencing factors of retirement expectation on retirement preparation in the dental technicians. Methods: The subjects were 231 dental technicians in Seoul. A self-reported questionnaire was completed from July 1, 2014 to September 30, 2014. The study instrument was adapted from Bae and Jeon. The questionnaire consisted of 42 questions including 6 questions of the general characteristics of the subjects, 2 questions of health status and self-esteem, 20 questions of retirement expectation, and 14 questions of retirement preparation measured by Likert 5 scale. Results: Single, younger aged, and highly educated female tended to have the expectation for the new start of career. The expectation for the rest was higher in single than in the married. The influencing factors of retirement expectation were marital status. Those who were single chose the retirement. Those who had long career preferred the new start. Conclusions: The preparation for the retirement is very important in one’s life and it is necessary to provide the concrete method and plan for the dental technicians in the future.

        보건·비보건계열 대학생의 구강보건지식, 행동 및 구강관리용품 사용 실태조사

        본 연구의 목적은 보건 및 비보건계열의 대학생의 구강건강 지식 및 실천, 구강관리 용품 사용실태를 조사하기 위해 연구를 시행하였다. 연구 대상자는 2015년 9월부터 12월까지 보건 및 비보건 전공 분야의 158 명의 대학생을 대상으로 실시하였다. 데이터는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, χ2 검정, Pearson 상관 분석을 실시하였다. 칫솔 선택법의 경우 보건계열의 80.5%가 칫솔 선택법을 알고 있다고 응답했고, 칫솔 선택법을 알고 있는 응답자의 비율은 비보건계열보다 보건계열에서 높게 나타났다. 전공계열에 따른 구강건강에 대한 지식과 행동은 비보건계열에 비해 보건계열에서 높게 나타났다. 구강보건 지식과 행동 간의 관련성을 Pearson 양측검정상관계수로 알아본 결과 지식과 행동에서 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 대학생의 구강건강을 증진, 유지하기 위해서는 구강건강의 중요성을 인식하고 태도 및 행동의 변화가 이루어 질 수 있도록 구강보건교육 프로그램이 마련되어져야 할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to investigated Oral health Knowledge and practice and oral care devices usage in health and non Health Related Majors, The subjects were 158 students in health and non Health Related Majors from september, to december 2015. The data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 for frequency analysis, χ2-test, Pearson s correlation analysis. In the case of toothbrush selection method, 80.5% of the health department responded that they knew toothbrush selection method, and the ratio of respondents who knew toothbrush selection method was higher in health department than non - health department. Knowledge and behavior of dental health according to the series were higher in the health department than in the non - health department. The association between oral health knowledge and behavior is statistically significant in knowledge and behavior based on Pearson correlation analysis Therefore, university students need to improve their oral health, structuring environment where information about oral health is reached out easily.

        한국 임상병리사들의 은퇴 기대 조사

        본 연구는 서울경기지역의 의료기관에 근무하는 임상병리사 158명을 대상으로 은퇴기대에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾고자 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 학력수준과 경제적 준비는 음의 상관성을 보였으나 성별, 월 소득 수준은 은퇴기대수준에 미치지 않는 요인이었다. 좌절감 수준에서는 연령과 근로시간면에서 유의한 증가를 보였으며, 교육수준과 결혼 상태는 은퇴준비에 미치는 요인이나 은퇴 기대에는 연관성이 없음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 연령, 교육수준, 가족, 은퇴기대 조건이 상호 연관성을 미치는 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 의료현장의 임상병리사들이 향후 은퇴기대 및 은퇴준비를 위해 영향인자를 발굴하는 기초정보를 제공하였고 향후 은퇴를 위한 교육, 심리적 수준, 직업특성을 고려하는 연구가 추가되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. This study investigated the influence factors of retirement expectations among medical technologists at medical centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi area, Korea. Subjects were 158 medical technologists. Using a sampling survey method, data was analyzed between July 2015 and December 2016. There was a negative correlation between educational level and economic preparation, but gender and monthly income did not reach retirement expectation level. Conversely, we found no change in the trends with respect to gender, monthly income; nonetheless, we observed that frustration gradually increased with age and working duration. In conclusion, our findings show that there are four factors that significantly influence retirement expectation and preparation: age, level of education, working duration, and family condition. This study contributes to understanding retirement expectations and can be a reference for retirement preparation in medical technologists.

        일부 시판음료의 영양성분, 당도 및 pH 평가

        음료 섭취의 증가는 비만, 당뇨, 심혈관계질환 등 각종 성인병 발생과 같은 전신질환의 원인으로 알려져 있으며, 치아우식증과 치아침식증과 같은 구강질환의 원인으로도 구강건강에 있어 가장 큰 위험요인이다. 본 연구의 목적은 구강건강증진을 위한 영양교육에 있어 음료 선택 시 영양표시에 대한 올바른 정보를 제공하고, 음료 섭취에 따른 구강건강 관련된 영양성분 및 위험요인을 평가하기 위해 수행하였다. 총 7종 52개로 탄산음료 14제품, 혼합음료 13제품, 과채음료 11제품, 유음료 5제품, 과·채주스 4제품, 액상커피 3제품, 액상차 2제품이 본 연구에 사용되었으며, 음료의 영양성분표시, 당도, pH를 측정하여 분석하였다. 영양성분표에 의한 음료 1회제공량 당 당류의 함량 분석결과, 유음료가 26.6g으로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 액상차가 13.0 g으로 가장 낮았다. 당류의 에너지 섭취량을 10% (50 g)미만으로 분석한 결과, 유음료와 탄산음료가 각각 53.2%DV, 50.0%DV로 1회제공량 당 50% 이상의 당을 함유하는 것으로 나타났다. 당도 조사에서는 유음료가 18.3%로 가장 높았으며, 과·채주스 12.2%, 탄산음료 10.3%, 액상차 9.7%, 과·채음료 9.0%, 혼합음료 8.0%, 액상커피 6.5% 순이었다. 음료의 pH측정결과 탄산음료가 3.0으로 가장 강한 산성을 나타내었고, 유음료는 6.8로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 구강보건교육시 영양교육에 있어 영양표시에 대한 올바른 정보제공 및 음료 섭취에 따른 구강질환 발생 가능성에 대한 알맞은 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to provide information on the labeling of nutritional components on beverages to aid in nutrition education and oral health promotion. The study was conducted to evaluate nutritional effects and risk factors associated with the consumption of different beverages with respect to oral health. A total of 52 products from seven different types of beverages were analyzed for their nutrient content, sugar content, and pH. The sugar content per serving size, based on the nutrition labeling of beverages, was highest for the milk beverages, at 26.6 g, and lowest for the teas, at 13.0 g. According to the recommendation of the World Health Organization (WHO), beverages should contain less than 10% (50 g) total sugars. Our assessment revealed that total sugars in and carbonated beverages were 53.2% and 50.0% of daily value, respectively. Therefore, the milk and carbonated beverages contained more than 50% sugars per serving size, exceeding the recommendation of WHO. The pH of the beverages, from the most acidic to the least acidic were: carbonated beverages, pH 3.0; fruit and vegetable beverages, pH 3.1; mixed beverages, pH 3.6; fruit and vegetable juices, pH 3.7; teas, pH 4.7; coffees, pH 6.6; and milk beverages, pH 6.8. The intake of acidic and sweetened beverages could potentially cause dental caries and erosion. Therefore, the results of this study could be used by oral health care professionals to counsel their patients by providing relevant information on the possibility of oral disease caused by consumption of commercial beverages.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of empowerment with job satisfaction and organizational commitment perceived bydental technicians. Data for this study were obtained from 212 dental technicians working for dental laboratory or dental departments of clinics or hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, Cronbach's alpha Coefficients and Multiple Regression. The results were analyzed with spss/pc+ and the conclusion is as follows: 1. The level of dental technicians empowerment was 3.27, job satisfaction was 3.32, and their organizational commitment was 3.36. 2. Among general characteristics of subjects, working part(p<.01). position(p<.01) and salary(p<.05) have different effect on empowerment. Among general characteristics of subjects. working part(p<.05), position(p<.05), working experience(p<.01), and salary (p<.01) have different effect on job satisfaction. Among general characteristics of subjects, working place(p<.05), working part(p<.01), position(p<.01), working experience (p<.01) and salary(p<.01) have different effect on organizational commitment. 3. Empowerment showed a positive correlation with job satisfaction(r=.746. p<.01), organizational commitment(r =.731, p<.01).

      • 치과용 합금에 따른 도재의 화학적 결합에 관한 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the chemical bond strength between dental alloy and Porcelain according to various kinds of dental alloy. Successive bonding of dental alloy and Porcelain is related to 4 types of bonding mechanism Chemical bonding, Physical bonding. compressure bonding, van der Waal's force bonding. It was proved a theory by various experiments that the most important bonding strength is originated from chemical bonding mechanism. 1. Chemical bonding strength. It is basically caused by oxide layer at the interface of dental alloy and porcelain forming in heat-treatment, and The oxide element is different by various dental alloy type. 2. Precious metal alloy. A Main components of Precious metal alloy are sold, Platinum and palladium, but these components are difficult to oxide change of element. and It needs the nonprecious metal elements like Sn, In. Fe to help forming oxide layer. 3. Semi-precious alloy. Oxide product of most semi-precious metal is nearly same as Precious metal alloy, but Pd-Cu ceramic alloy is different with other thing. It is use Ga₂O₃, SnO₂. CuO and also heat-treatment should be performed in vacuum conditions for much gas inhaled in the casting. 4. Nonprecious metal alloy. A main component of nonprecious metal alloy is easy to oxide change of element. and It has a tendency forming excessive oxide product to make bonding strength week. Oxide layer element of Ni-Cr ceramic alloy being used in most local laboratories is Cr₂O₃. HiCr₂O₄, NiO. 5. Degassing. This is important course to produce oxidation forming in the heat-treatment. and It needs different methods according to precious metal alloy, semi-precious metal alloy and nonprecious metal alloy. From the result of this study it was found that we need more researchs for producing surface oxide layer and heat-treatment which may improve interfacial bonding strength between alloy and porcelain

      • 치과기공사의 자아개념과 전문직 태도와의 관계 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between self concept and professional attitude of dental technician. Date were obtained from 104 dental technician who were working at dental laboratory located in Seoul Kyung-ki In-chon. The results, derived from using the spsswin, were as follows: 1. The mean score of self-concept(3.73) was generally affirmative and the score of perceptive-self(3.82) was a little higher than that of evaluation-self(3.64). 2. The mean score of professional attitude was 2.96 points, generally affirmative. 3. The relationship between general characteristics and the degree of the self-concept showed a very significant difference in regard to the job satisfaction, the plan to the working in the future. 4. The relationship between general characteristics and the degree of the professional attitude showed a very significant difference in regard to the job satisfaction, the plan to the working in the future and the motive of a selection department of dental technician. 5. The correlation between self-concept and professional attitude of subjects showed normal correlation((r=.229, p=0.01) : the higher the degree of self-concept, the higher the degree of professional attitude.
