        아동의 도서관 열람실 개선방향에 관한 연구 - 경기지역 어린이도서관을 중심으로 -

        In recent trend, the space for children is changed from residence to various place for children, such as education, cultural, and play facilities, and is gradually expanded comparing to the past. The environment where children's ability and creativity can be manifested and they can keep sound body and mind, should be provided in architectural space for children. Considering children, therefore, is required in the process of environmental design and its management. To find out children's space usage behavior according to space type and physical elements, in this study, Classified those spaces based on the feature of area with checklist, and observed physical elements by each reading room. Also, marked user's data on the plane prepared in advance, while staying each room for an hour. Clarifying the relationship between space type and physical elements by using this data, I intend to propose proper space organizing elements and its organizing method for children's library.

      • 어린이 도서관의 가구유형에 따른 열람환경 개선 방안에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 어린이가 도서관에서 가구를 사용하는데 있어 그들이 원하는 행위, 어린이 발달에 따른 물리적 환경 조건 두 가지를 모두 충족시키는 방법을 알아보기 위하여 연구를 시작하였다. 연구 범위는 2009년도 이후 개관이 활발해진 경기도 지역의 어린이도서관중 조사에 협조를 보인 6곳으로 선정하였다. 조사 방법으로는 이론적 고찰과 사전조사를 통해 어린이 도서관에서 어린이들이 가구를 사용하는 행동을 관찰하여 의자, 책상 서가에 대한 체크리스트를 작성하였고, 실측과 사진촬영을 통하여 체크리스트에 표기하였다. 또한 선행연구를 통해 도출해낸 어린이 발달에 따른 물리적 환경조건의 개념 5가지로 이를 평가하는 방법으로 연구를 진행하였다. 또한 이를 비교분석하여 프라이버시, 안전, 편안함, 융통성, 움직임 5가지 개념에 따라 가구의 형태와 배치에 관하여 결론을 도출하였다. I started this research in order to investigate the method which satisfies both the physical environment condition depending on child development and their behavior of wanting, in terms of a child using furniture in a library. six places those co-operated to the research were selected as a research range among the children’s libraries of Gyunggi Province which their openings became active since year 2009. As the investigation method, I observed children’s behavior in terms of using furniture in children’s libraries through theoretical consideration and pre-investigation and filled in a checklist as to the chairs and desks and marked in the checklist through a survey and photo taking. Additionally, I carried out the research based on the method of evaluating five concepts of physical environment conditions in terms of child development derived from the precedent studies. Also compared and made an analysis it and have drawn a conclusion by five concepts related to form and arrangement of furniture.

        박물관 전시유형에 따른 체험요소 특성에 관한 연구

        A museum is a special kinds of space because there are close correlations among spectator, space, and exhibit. The spectator shows specific inspecting behavior based on his/her experiencing process on time and space across over the exhibiting space and exhibits. Those behaviors are also effected by own response on the exhibits and space as well as a psychological aspects from relations with other spectators. Those processes of behavior progressed in exhibition space is expressed by the "movement of spectator" as a response, and operate directly on the space organization and the exhibit arrangements. It is impossible, therefore, for the museum to be accomplished only by the intrinsic value of exhibition itself, and the meaning of value of museum should be assessed by the experiences and responses of spectators. The purpose of this study was, accordingly, to classify and analyze the type of exhibition based on experience and the expressional characteristics of exhibition medium of each exhibition theme of four museums which consented on supporting this study, and based on those results, to provide fundamental data which may be used for appropriate selection of exhibition medium and for effective planning of exhibition.
