일본에 대한 원한과 자국중심주의가 제품만족 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

최근 일본의 역사교과서 왜곡과 독도에 대한 영유권 주장은 한국 소비자들에게 반일감정을 불러일으키고 있다. 이러한 사건은 두 나라 사이의 정치적 관계 뿐 만이 아니라 경제적 관계를 악화시키고 더 나아가 일본제품에 대한 불매운동으로까지 번질 수가 있다. 본 연구에서는 일본에 대한 원한과 소비자들의 자국중심주의 성향이 일본제품에 대한 만족과 재구매의도에 영향을 미치는 지를 살펴보았다. 일본에 대한 반일감정인 원한이 제품재구매의도에 부정적으로 영향을 미치며, 소비자 자국중심주의에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 자국중심주의가 제품만족과 재구매의도에 부정적인 영향을 미친다는 가설을 설정하였다. 공분산구조분석에 의한 통계적 검정결과 제안된 모형이 지지되는 것으로 나타났으며, 일본에 대한 원한이 재구매의도와 소비자 자국중심주의에 각각 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Recently, Japan's territorial claims over the Dokdo Islands and history distortion have provoked the national sentiment of the Koreans. These events make worse political and economic relations between two countries and carry out a demonstration urging a boycott of Japanese goods. This study examines the effects of Korean consumers' ethnocentrism and animosity toward Japan on the product satisfaction perceived after using the Japanese products and repurchase intention. The author hypothesize that animosity toward Japan will affect negatively repurchase intention and positively consumer ethnocentrism, and ethnocentrism will affect negatively product satisfaction as well as repurchase intention. Covariance structural equation modeling supports the model and animosity has significant impacts on repurchase intention and consumer ethnocentrism respectively.

With the introduction of the Total Water Pollution Load Management System(TPLMS), the water quality tendency and the contribution rate of tributaries to pollution load at Yeongbon B point, a river basin, were analyzed by using and expanding observation data for water quality management. The BOD tendency was in a no trend state, but showed a tendency to decrease as a whole. T-P was found to repeat increases and decreases. It was analyzed that the reduction effect of Total Water Pollution Load Management System(TPLMS) was small. As a result of analyzing the contribution rate of the load amount of the tributary observation point in the unit basin, it was analyzed that the contribution rates of Yeongbon B1, Yeongbon B2, and Yeongbon B3, which are owned river points, were low. Gwangjucheon, Hwangnyeong river, and Pyeongdongcheon, which are Water Quality Forecasting System observation points, were analyzed to have a high contribution rate. The result of analyzing the proportion of contribution of pollutants was analyzed that the contribution rate of T-P was higher than that of BOD. It was analyzed that the tendency of water quality in the Yeongbon B unit basin was highly related to the change in the contribution rate of tributaries. In order to manage the water quality in Yeongbon B unit basin of the future, it will be necessary to focus on Gwangjucheon and Hwangryong river. The results of study are intended to contribute to basic data for water quality management.
