      • mer-[Cr(ditn)(en)Cl]ZnCl_(4)의 분광학적 특성과 리간드장 해석

        The low temperature emission and excitation, room-temperature UV-visible absorption and infrared spectra of mer-[Cr(ditn)(en)Cl]ZnCl_(4) have been measured. The ten pure electronic transitions due to spin- allowed and spin-forbidden are assigned. The sharp intraconfigurational lines in the low temperature excitation spectrum can unlike broad bands, be assigned to single electronic transition. Calculated transition energies were obtained by diagonalization of the full 120×120 d^(3) matrix which was developed by means of a Hamiltonian including interelectronic repulsion with a Trees correction, spin-orbit coupling and the ligand field potential. The ligand field potential was constructed with only the coordinated five nitrogen and one chloride atoms. The ligand angular position to generate the geometric factors for the potential were taken from the known X-ray crystal structure of mer-[Cr(ditn)(en)Cl]ZnCl_(4). We also optimized the alignment of the coordinated nitrogen and chloride atoms with Cartesian axes centered on the chromium ion. In this case, it was possible to determine all ligand field parameters, without the necessity of choosing one arbitrarily. The following values were finally obtained for the ligand field parameters; e_(σ)(N) = 7375±16, e_(σ)(Cl) = 5065±35, e_(π)(Cl) = 849±20, B = 773±2, C = 2614±6, α_(T) = 171±2 and ζ = 198±18 cm^(-1). According to the results of ligand field analysis, we can confirm that nitrogen atoms of the ditn and en ligands have a strong σ-donor character, but chloride ligand has weak σ- and π-donor properties toward chromium(III) ion. The value of Racah parameter, B is about 84 percent of the value for a free Cr^(3+) ion in the gas phase, and we also conclude that electron repulsions are weaker in the complex than in the free ion.

        Recently our government and corporations have same thoughts that corporation's activities should be changed from domestic to international market in the age of globalization. Our government already suggested "Globalization" as a new policy and the management philosophy policy, directions of all top management of major corporations are being changed to international oriented. The advertisement is playing a very important role in the process of corporation's internationalization. Major American multinationals who are now controling world economy were going to out to the world market together with major multinational advertisement corporation and their strategy very successful. Therefore, International Advertisement will be a very important successful factor to Korean companies for leveling up their competitiveness in the oversea markets. The main purpose of this thesis is to suggest new direction of international advertisement strategy by studying international advertising activities of major foreign corporations and domestic corporations to find out problems of Korean corporations' for the forthcoming "Globalization Age". This thesis is composed of six chapters including theoretical and case studies. In the first chapter, the purpose of study and methodology are described. In the second chapter, the meaning, goal, function and strategy are described for the theoretical foundation of international advertisement. In the third chapter, the advertisement spreading process of American and Japanese corporations together with case studies of major corporations' international advertisement are analyzed. In the fourth chapter, a study on international advertisement history and cases of international advertisement of major corporations are analyzed by analysis of the international advertisement of Korean corporations. In the fifth chapter, the problems and reasonable countermeasures of korean corporations are suggested by comparative analysis of international advertisement strategy of American, Japanese and Korean corporation. In the last chapter 6, summary and conclusion are induced and suggestions for international advertisement strategy for "Globalization Age". In the meantime, all possible case and documents conducted together to achieve the purpose of this study. First of all, I studies a various books and thesis to study the theory of international advertisement and collected all possible cases of American, Japanese and Korean corporations for comparative analysis many of study materials were collected from public library, corporations PR office, related books and thesis. In the age of globalization, all corporations have to set up their international strategy in order to increase their corporations good image in the international market. Major problems of international advertisement strategy of korean corporations studies in this thesis are as follows: ① The clear goal setting of international advertisement ② The low understanding of top management on international advertisement ③ The strategy of international advertisement management manpower and organization ④ Absolutely small quantity of international advertisement ⑤ Unbalanced distribution of international advertisement methods ⑥ Unfavorable government for efficiency of international advertisement ⑦ Misunderstanding of government and public sector on international advertisement For solving the above problems, my suggestions to reinforce international competitiveness are as follows: ① Differentiated message and advertisement method are needed ② International for the advertisement company ③ Advertisement specialists have to be trained and large size advertisement companies are needed ④ Diversification of advertisement corporations and scientification of advertisement techniques are needed ⑤ Political supports of government are badly needed ⑥ The development of international advertisement appraisal system is needed So, Korean corporations have to change their mind from regional domestic to international and global market, and to try to enhance their international competitiveness by getting right international advertisement polices. In the "Globalization Age", most of Korean corporations have to compete with global corporations who have very strong international strategy. under such kind of environment, Korean corporations have to try for getting more efficient international advertisement strategy to enhance our international competitiveness. The efficient international advertisement actives will be one of the most important activities of corporations to be survived in the competitive global market.

      • 농구 3점슛 동작에 대한 운동역학적 분석

        The purpose of the study was to make a close inquiry into kinematical factors and kinematical-dynamic factors required to the jump shoot action in three-point shoot action, an advanced technology used frequently in the basketball games, through 3D video analysis and GRF (Ground Reaction Force) analysis and to offer basic scientific data required to a successful three-point shoot by analyzing the body-centered displacement of distance, time factor by each phase, weight-centered speed factor by each event, angular speed factor by each event and GRF factor. The results of the study were as follows. 1. At the time of doing a three-point shoot action in basketball, in the body-centered displacement of distance by each event, it was a key point to reduce displacement of distance to X axis and was important that the center of the body went ahead naturally according to movement of the body’s segment. 2. Speed in the center of the gravity by each event was the fastest in the 2^(nd)event.Thespeedinthe3^(rd)eventwas0.84±0.27m/ssinceaplayerdidn’tshootaballinthehighestpeakandshootballatthemomentofgoingupvertically.Therefore,itisnecessarytofindapropertimingtoshootaball. 3. At the time of shooting a ball, the angular speed was largely increased in upper arm and forearm out of the upper-limb segments and the hands had the largest angular speed since the body is in a fixed situation and angular speed is rapidly increased by the wrist’ snap with the rapid movement of upper arm and forearm at the time of shooting a ball. 4. In GRF, it is judged that a player can shoot a ball at the accurate and high timing when the player collects power vertically to the maximum by keeping GRF to the right and the rear in a proper way and by keeping the body’s balance so that a large power may not be dispersed. The study carried out kinematical and kinematical-dynamic analysis with 6 university male student players. It is judged that it will contribute to make players perform better as well as to widen the width of understanding about shoot action if the succeeding researches carry out kinematical and kinematical-dynamic analysis with more players, analyze stabilizer with EMG test and carry out analysis in various situations as a defense situation and more.

        Fashion show art is a performing art close to life. Athletes who participate in the vote with the predominance of body, height and weight proportions should have an advantage over any other field. Today's dress performance is not a mere commercial activity as the times develop, but more and more active events are supporting the development of the clothing industry as a step forward. In the case of'Chinese Model's Star Contest' and 'New Concept TV Model Contest', through this study, the unemployment rate of athletes can be improved, and the relationship between sports and fashion markets can be further strengthened, thereby reducing the unemployment rate of athletes. In addition, it will be able to support the development of the job model industry. Curious to see if being a model and the relationship between players were really related to wanting to be a good model and going back and forth between sports. In recent years, university graduates are facing fierce competition for employment due to the expanded recruitment of universities and the reform of the college student employment system. Because of the limitations of their major, physical education graduates are facing increasing challenges and stress in the job market competition. Besides, most players don't necessarily find a good team. There is no theory that players these days are already looking for jobs. It means that athletes who have a job lose their job when they retire. Athletes can change jobs thanks to their natural bodywork. Korea and Japan are close, and there is still a big difference in the techniques that Chinese wear compared to countries close to each other. It is not because of any one item, but the overall sense. China is still Europe, the United States and Europe's luxury purchasing power. As the overall dress-wearing ability of Chinese people needs to improve the fashion industry, further research needs to be continued to improve the country's overall aesthetic ability. '중국 모델의 별 대회', '새로운 구상 tv 모델대회'의 경우, 이번 연구를 통해 운동선수들의 실업률을 개선하고, 스포츠와 패션 시장의 관계를 더욱 밀접하게 함으로써 운동선수들의 실업률을 해소할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 직업 모델 산업의 발전도 뒷받침할 수 있을 것이다. 모델이 되는 것과 선수 간의 관계를 알아보고, 좋은 모델이 되고 싶은 것과 종목을 오가는 일이 꼭 연관돼 있는지 궁금했다. 최근년간 대학의 확대모집과 대학생취업제도의 개혁으로 말미암아 대학교 졸업생들은 치렬한 취업경쟁에 직면하고 있다. 체육교육학과 졸업생은 그 전공의 한계 때문에 취업시장 경쟁에서 맞닥뜨리는 도전과 스트레스가 갈수록 커지고 있다. 게다가 대부분의 선수들은 반드시 좋은 소속팀을 찾을 수 있는 것은 아니다. 요즘 선수들은 이미 일자리를 구한다는 설이 없다. 직업을 가지는 운동선수들은 은퇴할 때 직업을 잃는다는 의미가 있다. 운동선수들은 타고난 몸놀림을 가진 덕분에 직업을 바꿀 수 있다. 한국과 일본이 가깝고 가까운 나라들에 비해 중국인들이 입는 기법은 여전히 큰 차이가 있다. 어느 한 아이템 때문이 아니라 전체적인 감각이다. 중국은 여전히 유럽, 미국, 유럽의 사치품 구매 대국입니다, 중국인의 전반적인 드레스 입기 능력은 패션 업계의 향상을 필요로 하는 만큼, 국가의 전반적인 심미능력 향상을 위해서는 더욱 연구를 계속할 필요가 있습니다. 스포츠 선수의 직업 모델로 의 전환에 관한 한국 의 MORPH 모델 회사 재직 모델 종국의 China Bentley Culture & Media 회사 모델. 소형담화방법을 취하다. 지금 재직하고 있는 모델과 회사의 일군을 탐방하였다. 질문하고 기록하다. 그 결과 모델을 전업한 사람들은 모델로만 활동한 사람들보다 3-6년 동안 돈을 더 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다.6년 이상은 기존에 모델을 해본 사람에 비해 낮다. 선수들의 신체 비율 대부분이 다리가 길어서, 그 비율이 완벽하게 일치하다. 하지만 농구, 배구, 육상 등 일부 프로에 국한되는게 좋지 않다. 모델의 급별과 로임은 모델들이 그해에 한 작업실적에 대한 평가를 진행한것인데이 일을 오래동안 하면 자격과 로임이 더욱 높다. 그러다 보니 업종 하나를 택해 운동선수를 포기해야 할 것 같았다. 일이 지나치게 국한되다. 그래도 발전을 도모하고 돈을 벌자는 취지에서였다. 재직 중 130명이 3년 이상 재임했다. 그러나 일부 사람들은 자유를 동경하고 예술로 여기며 자신을 위해 자신의 공연욕을 만족시키고 있다. 총적으로 두가지는 모두 자신의 가치를 실현하기 위한것이고 모두 아름다운 생활을 동경하기 위한 것이다. 체육전공의 복장공연전공과 비교할 때 체육운동선수의 활발하고 명랑한 성격, 신체와의 조률성은 복장직업의 학생들보다 더 우수하지만 전문지식에 비해 체육운동선수는 여전히 매우 낮다. 아주 긴 학습 중 원래의 교과 및 내용은 새로운 교육을 만족시킬 수 없습니다, 의상공연 훈련을 증설하는 것을 건의합니다. 생각과 조건이 있는 학생들이 공부할 수 있는 기회가 있고, 전문적인 선생님이 가서 가장 기본적인 무대보를 가르쳐 이전에 없었던 기질을 제고합니다. 다만 대학에서 4년을 보내려고 하는게 아니라 패션업계에 대해 좀 더 알도록 선수들을 북돋워줘야 한다. 학교는 교수과정에서 학과 자체의 지식을 전수해야 할 뿐만 아니라, 사회 취업 지식을 더욱 많이 선전해야 한다. 학생들에 대한 전문지식에 대한 인식을 강화하고 학생들의 사회련계능력을 제고하여 학생들이 졸업한후 취업, 창업하는데 튼튼한 토대를 마련해주어야 한다. 의상공연업은 하나의 직업으로서 교내 교원의 지도자가 외계회사와 련락할수 있다. 례들: 북경의상공연학원과 북경의 여러 모델중개회사는 모두 합작이 있어 쌍방의 발전에 모두 유익하며 이렇게 하면 인재가 류실되지 않을뿐더러 학교의 발전방향에도 더욱 많은 기회가 있다. 체육공연전공은 사회실제와 체육시장발전의 수요에 결부하여 교수방안을 합리하게 제정하고 교수체계를 보완하며 기능응용성인재를 양성하여야 한다.

        본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 대학의 학부 과정에서 널리 채택되고 있는 한글(또는 영문)판 해석학 교재에 소개된 ‘급수들의 Cauchy곱’에 관련된 내용과 그 구성을 비교․분석하고, 이를 통하여 학부 수준에서 요구되는 Cauchy곱 관련 내용을 종합적으로 재구성하는 것이다. The purpose of this research is to analyze and compare the contents about "Cauchy product of series" and its structure introduced in Korean(or English) Analysis selected in undergraduate program in University. Moreover, it is to reconstruct overall the contents about "Cauchy product of series" requested in undergraduate program in University.
