Handel의 Oratorio "Messiah"의 合唱曲 分析 硏究 : 주의 영광, 할렐루야

This study puts its principle objective on academically inquiring into comprehending 2 chorals among Handel's 'Messiah', via a detailed analysis of its forms, techniques, and harmonics, and then providing opportunities to effectively conduct music with confidence. The resultant findings from the present study may be summarized, as follows : First, the fugal techniques used chorals in Handel's 'Messiah' differ from the typical fugue of Bach's style, consist for the most part of fughetta techniques. Harmony between these Handel's unique free and harmonic techniques reached the climax of the choral music. Second, Handel's choral music goes through a rest that leads a strain reticent moment after the climax at the end of the composition, puts a coda of final two or three measures, changes its tempo into an adagio, progresses vigorously, captivates the audience with closing chords brilliantly sounding, and then maximizing the effects of excitement. Third, it was found via the present study that Handel is a master composer of choruses who was informed of an effective method to build a dramatic climax through the beauty of well-knit and harmonious music in his choruses. Fourth, a conductor leading a choir is recommended to clearly grasp the subject and circumstances, confirming which vocal part the subject is, and then emphasize the vocal part. Fifth, what has been perceived via the present study is that a conductor needs to grasp the periodical characteristics of the work to be performed, fully comprehend the contents of the work via analysis of the composition and its chords, along with understanding of the intention of the composer and correct interpretation of the text by inquiring into the compositional techniques of the composers, so that the message contained in it could be transmitted in a right way.

하이퍼튜브 HTX(Hyper Tube eXpress)는 아진공 튜브 내부에서 캡슐차량이 부상하여 시속 1,200Km 이상의 속도로 주행하는 차세대 초고속 신교통/운송 시스템이다. 4차 산업혁명을 선도할 하이퍼튜브는 철도기술 뿐만 아니라 IoT, 자율주행기술, 지능제어기술, 초고속 통신 기술 등 광범위한 신기술을 필요로 한다. 본고에서는 하이퍼튜브 시스템의 기술적 특성과 소요기술, 관련 기술에 대한 국내외 기술개발 현황, 그리고 향후 하이퍼튜브의 국내 연구개발 방안에 대해 설명한다.

군복 특성이 유니폼 만족, 조직신뢰, 군직업선택 및 군직업구전에 미치는 영향

This study was done to verify that the characteristics of military uniforms (symbolism, functionality, aesthetics) affect the uniform satisfaction and organizational trust, and then ultimately military occupation choice and military occupational word of mouth. The independent variables included the characteristics of military uniforms such as symbolism, functionality, and aesthetics, and the uniform satisfaction and organizational trust were selected as mediating variables. The results and implications of this study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that uniform satisfaction did not directly affect military occupation choice, but it influenced military occupation choice through organizational trust as well as directly affecting military occupational word of mouth. From these results, efforts were demanded to increase uniform satisfaction in order for young people to choose the military as a profession or to spread the positive aspects of the military to their surroundings. Second, it was confirmed that among the three characteristics of military uniform affecting uniform satisfaction, it had a big influence in order of aesthetics, symbolism, and functionality. These results suggest that in order for young people to choose a military as a profession, or to positively look at the occupational soldiers and to make a word of mouth, it is important to make your uniforms look good and express soldiers’ image and easy to work. 본 연구는 군직업 선택과 군직업 구전에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 다양한 요인 중 군복의 특성(상징성, 기능성, 심미성)이 유니폼 만족과 조직신뢰에 어떤 영향을 미치고 궁극적으로 군직업 선택과 군직업 구전에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 진행되었다. 독립변수에 군복의 특성인 상징성, 기능성, 심미성을 포함하였고, 매개변수로 유니폼 만족과 조직신뢰를 선정하여 설계하였다. 본 연구의 결과 및 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유니폼 만족이 군직업 선택에 직접적인 영향을 주지는 않지만 조직신뢰를 매개로 하여 군직업 선택에 영향을 미침은 물론 군직업 구전에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 볼 때, 청년들이 군을 직업으로 선택하도록 하거나 선택하지는 않더라도 군의 긍정적인 측면을 주변에 전파하도록 하기 위해서는 유니폼 만족을 높이기 위한 노력이 요구되었다. 둘째, 유니폼 만족에 영향을 미치는 군복의 3가지 특성 중 심미성, 상징성, 기능성 순으로 큰 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하였다. 이런 결과를 통해 볼 때, 청년들이 군을 직업으로 선택하거나 직업군인을 긍정적으로 바라보고 입소문을 내도록 하기 위해서는 무엇보다 군복을 외형적으로 멋지게 제작하고 군복이 군인의 이미지를 잘 표현하며 활동하기 편하도록 만드는 것이 중요하다 하겠다.

合唱指揮者의 指揮 Technique에 關한 硏究

It has been about one hundred year since the classical music in western style was introduced to Korea. It seems at first sight to be a little long terms but actually that it is very short period in comparison of the history of classical-oriented birth to reach more than one thousand year. However, the western music in Korea now achieved remarkable developments in some fields such as symphony orchestra, many opera works and advanced educatioin of music theory as well as worldwide player and composer. Above of all, a chorus is familiar and popular form in Korea that anyone may participate in singing together into one voice having enjoyable feeling without any special training. I believe this result also gets from many devoted leaders or conductors for choral coordination as most masters play leading roles in making high-ranking chorus with his special technique. Though active progress in a lot of chorus groups and choirs in church is currently made, the master trained thoroughly is so short at the present state in Korea. Through this treaties, I intended to pay your attention to this subject on the pending issue of education and breeding of a good master for well-arranged chorus, and three main ideas relevant to this subject are as follows: 1. For students of the music department in university, conduct theory have to be switched optional-subject with required-subject so that all of them are able to be a capable choir conductor after their graduation. 2. It is necessary to have an institute or a special opportunity who need to have more training to get a high conducting technique. 3. It is hopeful that music college in university need to put a choir conducting department to bring up the competent choir conductor.

The results of these are as follow: 1. Half of the students don't have the experience of piano playing at the beginning of their college life. 2. The number of the instrument (piano) in school is not enough for the students. 3. Quite number of the students have their own piano at home. 4. 30 minutes to one hour can be shared for each student to practicing at school is very common. 5. Piano practicing and its playing selections are mainly Czerny 30. 6. Most of the students have their lesson of keyboard instrument once a week. 7. Students take their lesson for 3 or 5 minutes at a time. 8. Students think that the level of keyboard instrument is not bad. 9. Students can play the children's song when they excercise for a while. 10. The difference of the technic of playing piano between the school year is very reasonable but students in Seoul is much superior than in Kyunggi.
