In this study, the mixing performance of concrete was studied by setting the chemical admixture and mixing time as variables. As a result of the indoor experiment and batch plant review, the mixing time reduction performance was confirmed when the PC-based admixture A was used.

본 연구는 PHC Pile용 콘크리트의 W/B 변화에 따른 물리적 성능을 평가하였다. 그 결과 동일한 결합재 일 때 W/B가 4.0%증가 하여도 압축강도는 1% 미만으로 저하되는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. This study evaluated the physical performance of concrete for PHC pile according to W/B change. As a result, it was confirmed that the compressive strength decreased to less than 1% even when W/B increased by 4.0% for the same binder.

In this study, concrete pumpability was investigated using a sliding pipe rheometer when the slump was different, and the cause was analyzed by comparing the actual field pump pressure. As a result of the experiment, it was found that the concrete pumpability was greatly affected by the slump measurement value.
