Objective: This study shows the clinical effects of YunJang-Tang on children with constipation. Methods: This study was carried out two patients with constipation. Two patients were treamted mainly with YunJang-Tang for about 5 weeks. Results and Conclusion: After treatments, symptoms of the patients were improved. YunJang-Tang is effective for children with constipation.

This purpose of this study was to examine the effect of sport victory leadership on achievement goal orientation and athletes satisfaction. For the purpose, 274 subjects from college sampled by the convenience sampling method. The statistical methods utilized in the study for analyzing the collected data were exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis and structural equation model analysis using SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 7.0 program. The results of this study were as follows; First, sport victory leadership influenced positively on achievement goal orientation. Second, sport victory leadership influenced positively on athletes satisfaction. Third, achievement goal orientation influenced positively on athletes satisfaction. These results were discussed based on previous literature and theory.

은행원의 감정노동과 정신건강과의 관계에서 마음챙김의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 은행원의 감정노동이 정신건강에 미치는 영향 중에서 마음챙김의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 B시, K도, J시도, 기타지역에 소재한 374명의 행원을 대상으로 감정노동, 마음챙김, 정신건강에 관한 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 주요 변인들간의 상관관계 분석을 실시하고, 변인들 간의 영향력을 살펴보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 은행원 감정노동 중 표면행위와 정신건강과의 관계에서 마음챙김의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 매개변인인 마음챙김이 통제하였을 경우 표면행위의 유의성이 사라진 것으로 보아 마음챙김은 표현행위가 정신건강에 미치는 영향을 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 은행원 감정노동 중 내면행위와 정신건강과의 관계에서 마음챙김의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 매개변인인 마음챙김을 통제하였을 경우 내면행위의 효과크기가 소폭 감소한 것으로 보아 마음챙김은 내면행위가 정신건강에 미치는 영향을 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 후속연구에 대한 제언과 시사점을 논하였다. The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effect of mindfulness in the relationship between the emotional labor of bank clerks and mental health. To this end, a questionnaire survey on emotional labor, mindfulness, and mental health was conducted with 374 bank employees in B-city, K-province, J-province, and other regions. Based on the collected data, correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relevance between major variables, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to investigate the influence between variables The results revealed through this study are as follows: First, as a result of analyzing the mediating effect of mindfulness in the relationship between surface acting(the sub-variables of emotional labor) and mental health, the significance of surface acting disappeared when the mindfulness was controlled. Mindfulness was found to mediate fully in the relationship between surface acting and mental health. Second, as a result of examining the mediating effect of mindfulness in the relationship between deep acting (the sub-variables of emotional labor) and mental health, the effect size of deep acting decreased when the mindfulness(mediating variable) was controlled. Mindfulness was found to mediate partially in the relationship between deep acting and mental health.. Based on the results of this study, suggestions, and implications for subsequent studies were discussed.

합곡, 수삼리 자하거약침요법을 병행한 복합 한방치료의 수부냉증 치험례

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the clinical effects of Korean medical treatment with Hominis Placenta Pharmacopunture(HPP) on cold hypersensitivity of hands. Methods : A 46-year-old female patient whose chief complaint was cold hypersensitivity of hands was treated with Placenta Pharmacopunture at LI4 and LI10, ten times for a month. Acupuncture and herbal medicine were added depending on the symptoms. Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging(D.I.T.I) was taken and Visual Analog Scale(VAS) was examined before and after each treatment. Results : After the treatments, the symptoms were improved. Conclusions : DITI and VAS showed that the patient’s cold hypersensitivity of hands was improved after Korean medical treatment with Hominis Placenta Pharmacopuncture.

신생아의 치조제에 발생한 양성 종물

신생아에서 흔히 발생하는 연조직 종양으로는 신생아의 구개 및 치은 낭종(palatal & gingival cyst of the newborn), 선천성 치은종(congenital epulis), 혈관종(hemangioma), 기형종(teratoma), 화농성 육아종 및 자극성 섬유종(pyogenic granuloma & irritation fibroma)이 있다. 이렇게 신생아의 치조계에서 발생한 연조직 종양은 대부분 외과적으로 절제하여 치료하며, 치료하지 않는 경우 흡인(aspiration)으로 인한 기도 폐쇄 및 호흡 곤란, 구강으로 수유시 불편감, 비강으로 수유시 구토가 불가능해 흡인폐렴(aspiration pneumonia) 유발 가능성이 있다. 본 증례는 신생아의 치조제에 발생한 연조직 종양으로, 외과적으로 절제하여 치료하였으며, 조직 검사 소견상 화농성 육아종 및 자극성 섬유종과 유사하였지만 다핵형 거대세포(multinucleated giant cells)가 관찰되었고 선천적으로 발생하였다는 점에서 차이가 있었다. 이 종물의 병리 기전은 아직까지 명확하지 않으며 어떤 특정 질환으로 포함시키는 데 문제점이 있으므로 이에 보고하는 바이다. The soft tissue tumors that occur commonly in newborn infants include palatal and gingival cyst of the newborn, congenital epulis, hemangloma, teratoma, pyogenic granuloma, and irritation fibroma. Such soft tissue tumors in the alveolar ridge of newborns are usually treated by surgical excision. If untreated, they can cause air-way obstruction and breathing difficulty due to aspiration. They also cause discomfort during oral feeding. If nasal feeding is tried, since vomitting is impossible, there is a risk of aspiration pneumonia. In this case, a newborn infant visited our hospital with soft tissue tumor as chief complaint, and the infant was treated by surgical excision. It appeased to be similar to pyogenic granuloma and irrtation fibroma upon histologic exam. However, it was different from those diseases since multinucleated giant cel1s were observed and it was congenital. The pathologic process of this neoplasm is not clear. This case is reported, since it is difficult to classify it as a specific disease.

Burkitt림프종 환아의 증례 보고

Burkitt 림프종은 중앙아프리카 지역의 어린이 악골에서 흔하게 나타는 악성 종양으로 림프조직으로부터 발생되며 매우 빠른 성장 양상을 보인다. 임상적으로는 7∼8세 아동에 주로 호발하며 악골에 발생하는 경우 안면부 종장이 나타날 수 있으며 유지의 비정상적 동요 및 구치부 조기 맹출등이 나타날 수 있다. 방사선 소견으로는 경계가 불규칙한 방사선투과성 병소로 나타나며 조직학적으로는 종양세포들 사이에 대식세포가 분포되어 "starry-sky" appearance치 특징적인 양상이 관찰된다. 본 증례는 좌측 안면부 종창을 동반한 유구치의 심한 동요도를 주소로 내원한 3세 남환아에서 임상 및 방사선 검사와 조직학적 검사를 통해 Burkitt 림프종으로 진단하였고 항암 화학요법에 의해 치료중이며 양호한 치료 결과론 얻고 있다. Burkitt's lymphoma is a malignant tumor that commonly occurs in the jaws of children of Central Africa. It originates from the lymphatic tissue. and it shows rapid growth Clinically. It is commonly found in children between age of 3 and 8. When it is found in the jaw, facial swelling, mobility of deciduous teeth. and early eruption of posterior teeth can also be found. Upon radiographic examination, radiolucent lesions with irregular border can be observed Histologically, macrophage can be seen among tumor ce11s, and this special pattern is called "starry-sky" appearance. In this case, 3 year-old male patient came to our hospital with left facial swelling and severe mobility of deciduous molars. He was diagnosed as Burkitt's lymphoma based on clinical, radiographic, and histologlc examination. He is being treated with chemotherapy and progress seems promising.
