HP-EGR which is used in the existing diesel engine is the method of circulating the emission gas burned at high pressure from the front end of turbine to the rear end of compressor, and LP-EGR which is applied to resolve the disadvantage of HP-EGR is adopted with the advantages of accomplishing relatively lower pressure and lower EGR gas temperature compared to HP-EGR system by recirculating the emission gas which does not have contaminants because of being passed through DPF. The objective of this study is to improve the existing maintenance method of simple sequential exchange of single part and present the way of enhancing the efficiency of maintenance through the method of analyzing the data with D-logger.

The surface oxidation of magnesium was performed by Plasma electrolytic oxidation treatment method. And the optical reflectance spectra of the oxidation layers are studied. In the PEO process, the growth of the oxide layer take place at room temperature. Surface roughness of the obtained result, the average surface roughness is $0.08{\mu}m$ difference. The reason seems to the influence of the $Na^+$.

With the PEO(Plasma electrolytic oxidation) surface treatment, the oxide film of aluminum alloy is growing in a short time. The reflectance measurement to find the oxygen atoms in the oxide could be investigated. In order to form a thicker oxide film, the PEO surface treatment should be uniformly controlled in processing time.
침지형 분리막을 이용한 하수의 재이용 및 고도처리공정 최적화 연구

N/A This study was conducted to examine the sewage reuse system that was consisted of single aerobic MBR in first test run and MLE MBR system, a kind of BNR process, considering membrane fouling and performance in second test run. The HRT of single aerobic MBR was 2hr, and the effluent quality was good enough for reuse water. And then, the MBR process was transformed into MLE MBR process which was operated with HRT of 4hr (anoxic: 2hr, aerobic: 2hr) from 66th day operation. In that process, removal efficiency of BOD_(5), COD_(Cr), SS, T-N were 96.8%, 88.6%, 98.9%, 55% respectively. Although influent average C/N ratio was 1.93 in MLE MBR process operation, nitrification rate, specific nitrification rate, denitrification rate and specific denitrification rate were 83.35%, 0.07gNH₃-N/gMLVSS·day, 56.92% and 0.06gNO₃-N/gMLVSS·day respectively in overall study period. The recovery rate in MBR process was best when the cleaning interval was 10 minutes with washing mode of 30 sec.
