        대학 교양체육수업 참여가 대학생의 스트레스와 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to make empirical exploration into the association between participation in general physical education in college and stress and school life adaptation. For this purpose, principle component analysis was used for validation; for reliability, Cronbach’s ɑ was estimated to be .608 to .875 according to sub-factors. Mean difference test, t-test, was performed to assess general physical education participation status and variation in stress and school life adaptation. Correlation analysis was used to determine the association between stress and school life adaptation and regression analysis was used to examine the results of the correlation analysis. Statistical processing was performed using an SPSSWIN 21.0 program. With these methods and procedures, the association between participation in general physical education in college and stress and school life adaptation for college students was analyzed and the following conclusion was drawn. First, as for variation in stress by participation in general physical education, participation in general physical education led to lower levels of stress (p<.05). Second, as for variation in school life adaptation by participation in general physical education, significant differences were found in school attachment, physical adaptation, and school life adaptation (p<.05). Third, stress had significant negative effects on school life adaptation (p<.001).

        고등학교, 대학교 배구선수의 심리적 안녕감이 경쟁상태 불안과 경기력에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of psychological well - being of high school and university volleyball players on competitive anxiety and performance, and to utilize them as basic data for improving positive emotions, releasing competitive state anxiety, and increasing performance of high school and university volleyball players. To measure this, 119 high school and university volleyball players from Seoul and Kyunggi province were surveyed for two months from January 3 to March 2, 2018. First, as a result of analyzing the effects of psychological well - being on competitive anxiety, life satisfaction, which is a sub - variable of psychological well - being, has a negative effect on competitive anxiety, but happiness has no effect. Second, the analysis of the effects of psychological well - being on the performance showed that the satisfaction of life, which is a sub - variable of psychological well - being, has a positive effect on the performance, but the happiness did not affect the performance. Fourth, the effects of demographic characteristics (school type, grade, career) on psychological well - being, competitive anxiety, and performance were found to be different. As a result of analyzing the effects of psychological well - being according to demographic characteristics (school type, grade, and career) on competitive anxiety, psychological well - being on performance and competitive anxiety on performance, the characteristics of school type and career were found to affect competitive anxiety and performance, but academic ability did not affect competitive anxiety and performance.

        고등학교, 대학교 축구선수의 심리적 안녕감이 경쟁상태 불안과 경기력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 고등학교, 대학교 축구선수들의 심리적 안녕감이 경쟁상태 불안과 경기력에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 고등학교 · 대학교 축구선수들의 긍정적인 정서조성과 경쟁상태 불안해소 그리고 경기력 향상을 위한 기초 자료로 활용 하고자 함에 있다. 이를 측정하기 위해, 2018년 1월 3일 부터 3월 2일까지 약 2개월에 걸쳐 서울 · 경기지역 4개 고등학교, 대학교 축구선수 131명을 연구대상으로 분석한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 심리적 안녕감이 경쟁상태 불안에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 심리적 안녕감은 경쟁상태 불안에 부(-)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째,심리적 안녕감이 경기력에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 심리적 안녕감은 경기력에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경쟁상태 불안이 경기력에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 경쟁상태 불안은 경기력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 인구통계학적 특성(학교유형, 학년, 경력)에 따른 심리적 안녕감, 경쟁력 불안, 경기력에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 학교유형, 학년, 경력에 따라, 심리적 안녕감은 경쟁상태 불안에 미치는 영향은 차이가 발생하지 않았다. 그러나, 심리적 안녕감이 경기력에 미치는 영향과 경쟁상태 불안이 경기력에 미치는 영향은 차이가 발생하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of psychological well-being of high school and university soccer players on competitive state anxiety and performance, and to utilize them as basic data for improving positive emotions, releasing competitive state anxiety, and increasing performance of high school and university soccer players. To measure this, 131 high school and university soccer players from Seoul and Kyunggi province were surveyed for two months from January 3 to March 2 in 2018. The results of this study are as follows. First, the effects of psychological well-being on competitive state anxiety showed that psychological well-being had a negative effect on competitive state anxiety. Second, the effect of psychological well-being on performance was found to have a positive effect on performance. Third, the analysis of the effect of competitive state anxiety on performance showed that competitive state anxiety affected performance. Fourth, according to the result of analyzing the effect of the psychological well–being depending on the demographic characteristics (school type, grade, career) on the competitiveness anxiety and performance, there was no difference in the effect of psychological well-being depending on the school type, grade, and career on the competitive state anxiety. However, there was a difference between the effect of psychological well-being on performance and the effect of competitive state anxiety on performance.
