The vibration resulting from railway operation is transmitted through the track and line structure ground movements to adjacent buildings. As these vibration is growing there is occurred exaggerated forces and displacements of the track and line structure and it is causing the differential settlement. It is difficult to clarify the dynamic response characteristics of trackbed because of various environmental conditions. However track irregularity be affected by ununiformed bearing capacity and its dynamic response study for dynamic response characteristics is required to investigate the cause of track irregularity and countermeasure. This study was intended to evaluate the numerical analysis which exam the response analysis characteristic of ground vibration by shape of cutting and embankment transition zone. The original method of analysis were have to examine variables such as directions angles drain conditions linear conditions. However In the analysis there were to consider the effect of moving loads according to directions of cutting and embankment transition zone.
현장시험을 통한 콘크리트궤도 침하복원공법(PRCG)의 성능평가

본 연구는 열차의 주행안정성을 저해하지 않는 콘크리트 침하복원공법인 PRCG공법의 성능 평가를 수행하였다. 운영중인 영업선의 콘크리트 슬래브 궤도구조에 적용하기 위해서는 다양한 요인이 고려되어야한다. 따라서 영업선과 동일한 조건하에서 실물 크기의 현장시험을 수행할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 공법의 시공 공정, 정확성, 재료강도, 주입성능 등에 대해 검토하였다. The intention of this study is performance evaluation of PRCG method to restore the subsided concrete track without harmful effect to train operation. Various factors must be considered in order to apply the concrete slab track system on operating line. Therefore it is necessary to carry the real-scale field test under the same condition of the operating line. In this study, it is performed for construction process, accuracy, material strength, filling ability etc. to secure the applicability.

콘크리트 구조물에 부등침하가 발생하였을 경우 해당 구조물을 원상태로 복원하기 위해서는 지반보강 및 복원과 같은 특수한 공사를 위한 재료와 장비 등이 준비되어야 한다. 특히 콘크리트 궤도가 침하되어 운행 장애 또는 안전에 영향을 미치는 경우, 열차 운행에 지장이 없는 신속하고 정밀한 보강/복원공법이 마련되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 열차의 주행안전성을 저해하지 않는 콘크리트궤도 침하복원공법인 PRCG 공법의 시공사례를 통하여 결과를 제시하였다. If the concrete track is settled excessively, it must be restored or reinforced immediately. Especially, reinforcement/restoration method should be applied without affecting on train operation. The intention of this study is construction case study of PRCG method to restore the subsidence concrete track without harmful effect to train operation.

If the concrete track is settled excessively, it must be restored or reinforced immediately. Especially, reinforcement/restoration method should be applied without affecting on train operation. To deal with this problem, special equipment, process and material should be prepared. This paper suggest a special mixing ratio to restore the settled concrete track. Materials are classified the quick hardening mortar and the middle hardening mortar. The quick hardening mortar is used to restore the settled track and the middle hardening mortar is used to fill the void. These materials must have the appropriate gel time(1-40sec) and compressive strength(5㎏/㎠). Various compounds is used and the micro cement is used as a main base.
