        단보 : 시설재배지 토양의 화학적 특성변화에 영향을 미치는 주요 인자 선발

        BACKGROUND: Changes in Korea’s agricultural soil properties were analyzed at a four-year interval from 1999 to 2002 on a national scale and used as basis for the determination of the appropriate agricultural policy on maintaining food safety and soil quality. The scope of this study ideally requires sampling thousands of paddy,greenhouse, upland and orchard land across the country,however, due to limitations in economic and manpower resources, it was deemed necessary to reduce sampling site to greenhouse soil. In this study, we try to investigate the applicability of cultivated crops as criteria for selecting representing fields in greenhouse soils.METHODS AND RESULTS: Soil samples were collected from red pepper, oriental melon, watermelon and strawberry cultivated soil. Principal components analysis (PCA) was performed on soil chemical properties of the selected fields: pH, electron conductivity (EC), available phosphate (Av-P2O5), organic matter (OM), and exchangeable cation (Ex.-K, Ca, and Mg). Soil chemical properties of oriental melon cultivated soil was separated from red pepper, watermelon, and strawberry cultivated soil on PC1 and red pepper cultivated soil was separated from watermelon cultivated soil on PC2. Position on PC1 was strongly correlated with pH, Ex.-Ca and Ex.-Mg and position on PC2 was strongly correlated with OM and Av-P2O5.CONCLUSION: The soil chemical properties of greenhouse soil was assorted amongst the different crops. Therefore,the cultivated crops as a criteria for the selection of representative field in greenhouse soil would be used in the future.

        Hairy vetch (Vicia villosa Roth) is an annual legume cover crop that is generally used as a green manure which fixes atmospheric nitrogen through the process of biological nitrogen fixation (BNF). Molybdenum is a trace element found in the soil and is required for growth of rhizobia that has been utilized by hairy vetch plant. Molybdenum (Mo) acts as a cofactor of nitrogenase (NA) enzyme that participates in reduction reactions in root nodules of hairy vetch plants during BNF. Ten soil samples were collected from different locations in South Korea and analyzed available Mo content in soil. An experiment was carried out with ten locations soil considering native soil as control and Mo was applied at 2 kg ha-1 to evaluate Mo response on nodule characteristics, nitrogenase (NA) activity and biomass yield of hairy vetch plant. Available Mo content was found in average of 0.2 mg kg-1. Molybdenum received hairy vetch plants increased nodule numbers, nodule dry weight, NA enzyme activity and biomass yield as compared to native soil (no Mo addition). Molybdenum treated plant showed significantly higher nodule numbers (site1, site2, site3, site4, site7, site8 and site9) and nodule dry weight (site1, site2, site3, site4, site8 and site9) compared to native soils and other locations soils, respectively. Molybdenum treated plant showed 67% higher average nodule numbers as compared to the plants that grown in native normal soil. Nitrogenase activity in Mo treated plants recorded significantly higher in site 1, site 2, site 3, site 4, site 5, site 8, and site 9 soils, respectively that in turn, increased BNF and ultimately led to higher biomass yield in hairy vetch. The NA of Mo treated plants increased on average 194% higher as compared to the plants that grown in native normal soil. The plant received Mo showed significantly higher aboveground biomass in site 6, site 8, site 10, and root biomass in site 2, site 4, site 7, and site 8 soils, respectively. The average aboveground biomass and root biomass of Mo treated plants significantly increased on 19% and 37.5% higher as compared to the plants that grown in native normal soil. Therefore, Mo content was found lower in collected soil, and addition of 2 kg Mo ha-1 in native soil had response to improve biochemical properties in nodules that might be increased N fixation and biomass yield in of hairy vetch.

      • 풀뿌리교육지원센터 활성화 방안

        이 연구는 풀뿌리 지역교육 활성화를 위한 거버넌스와 중간지원조직에 관한 연구이다. 풀뿌리 지역교육은 지역이 교육을 전면적으로 지원하는 교육운동이다. 이는 학교는 교육과정과 수업에 집중하고, 방과후학교와 돌봄은 마을에서 지원하는 시스템 구축을 목표로 한다. 전라북도 완주군에서는 고산, 소양, 상관면에서 풀뿌리교육지원센터를 운영하고 있다. 여기에서는 방과후학교를 운영하면서 동시에 마을교육플랫폼으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있다. 이 센터는 혁신교육과 마을교육공동체의 구체적인 실현모델이라는 점에서 중요한 의미를 가지고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 학교와 마을, 지역이 자신의 역할을 충실히 수행하고, 서로의 영역을 최대한 지원하는 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 특히 학교는 교육과정과 수업에 집중하고, 마을에서 방과후 돌봄을 운영하는 방안을 살펴보고자 한다. 이러한 연구의 목적과 관련하여 이 연구의 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 풀뿌리교육지원센터란 무엇이고, 구체적으로 어떻게 전개되고 있는가? 둘째, 풀뿌리교육지원센터는 어떤 가치와 의의가 있는가? 이 연구의 결과, 풀뿌리교육지원센터의 의의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 방과후학교 위탁 운영을 통한 공교육 혁신 지원 둘째, 방과후학교의 질적 전환 셋째, 마을의 제2의 학교 넷째, 마을교육 플랫폼 다섯째, 시민교육자치 여섯째, 공동체적 삶 지원 This study is about governance and intermediate support organization for the revitalization of grassroots local education. Grassroots local education is an educational movement in which the region fully supports education. It aims to establish a system that focuses on curriculum and classes, and supports after-school and care in the village. Wanju-gun, Jeollabuk-do operates grassroots education support centers in Gosan, Soyang and Sangha-myeon. It operates after-school schools here and at the same time serves as a village education platform. This center has important significance in that it is a concrete realization model of innovative education and village education community. The purpose of this study is to find ways for schools, villages and regions to faithfully perform their roles and to support each other's areas as much as possible. In particular, the school wants to focus on the curriculum and classes, and look at ways to operate after-school care in the village. With regard to the purpose of these studies, the issues of this study are as follows: First, what is the Grassroots Education Support Center and how specifically is it being developed? Second, what value and significance does the Grassroots Education Support Center have? As a result of this study, the significance of the Grassroots Education Support Center is as follows.       • 자유학기제 교육과정을 통한 학생들의 학교생활만족도 연구

        이 연구의 목적은 현재 ‘중학교 자유학기제’를 실시하고 있는 중학생 1학년 학생을 대상으로 변화된 유연한 교육과정을 받으면서 학생들의 학교생활에 대해 얼마나 만족하고 있는지 만족수준을 분석해보고, 2016년도 전면 실행을 위한 자유학기제의 이해를 돕고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국교육고용정보원의 중학생 설문지를 재수정 활용하였으며, 구체적인 분석은 ANOVA방식을 활용하였다. 분석결과 학생들 대부분이 학교생활에 3.71으로 보통이상의 수준으로 만족한다고 하였다. 학교(수업)에 대한 반응도 보통이상인데 이는 자유학기제를 실시하면서 교육과정의 변화가 학생들의 수업참여도를 높여주고 있다고 할 수 있다. 또 학생들의 교과흥미도 및 성취인식정도에서 보통이상으로 만족한다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 국어. 음악에 낮은 반응을 보여, 사고력과 창의력이 필요한 과목으로 교육과정 운영의 개선이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 학생들은 교육과정에 포함된 진로교육에서는 높은 반응을 보였으나. 직업체험, 진로상담에서는 낮게 분석되었다. 또 자신의 적성을 알게되는 경로가 학교의 진로지도나 인터넷, 방송매체, 주변사람보다는 스스로의 판단에 더 비중을 두고 있다고 볼 수 있다. This study estimated students ‘School Life Satisfaction’ during a free semester. We needed to examine various variables which are related to school life satisfaction for students. The primary purpose of this study is as in the following: The first, the researcher analyzed whether a flexible curriculum and career guidance during the ’free semester’helped students or not. The second, the researcher had to offer a lot of information for students to prepare future careers and improve career education. The subjects of the study were first grade students in middle school, during a free semester within Jeollabuk-do province in 2014. The average of School Life Satisfaction was analyzed by means of Anova. The study showed that most students reacted to learning in school and teacher’s interest highly, but there were different levels of achievement. Most students reacted to Korean and Music less than physical education. Second, career education in school did not effect students that search for their career and make a decision about their career. That means career education in school needs to be reformed and we must consider ways of offering it from school. Also, a school must secure material and a professional career counselor to offer to students and students’parents. From the findings of this study, the researcher presents a variety of ways for schools to succeed with the free semester, which will be added to all over schools in 2016. First, to improve students’ critical thinking and creativity, teachers focus on changing the curriculum of Korean, Art and Music etc. Teachers let students discuss and debate their learning subjects and students join the classes as self-directed. Second, Concerns is assesment of students. students are familiar with mearsing of their achievement through testing. Therefore schools must have objectives and reasonable assessment material for students. Schools have to share information about careers with students’parents and guidance substantial career experience.
