유아교사 관심사 발달단계에 따른 임상장학 수행방법에 대한 요구도

본 연구는 유아교사 관심사 발달단계를 알아보고 그에 따른 임상장학 수행방법의 요구도 조사를 분석하여 유아교사 관심사 단계별 임상장학 모형 구성을 위한 기초 조사에 목적이 있다. 서울, 경기지역 유치원의 교사 255명의 관심사 발달 단계를 조사한 결과, 유아교사의 관심사는 생존, 강화, 갱신, 성숙의 단계별로 발달함을 발견하였고, 유아교사의 경력에 따른 관심사 단계가 차이가 나타났다. 유아교사의 관심사 각 단계 별로 교사의 임상장학 수행방법에 대한 요구는 차이가 있었다. 유아교사의 관심사 발달 단계와 그에 따른 임상장학 수행방법 요구도 차이에 기초한 임상장학 수행방법의 모형을 구성할 것을 제안하였다. This study examined the need assessment of clinical supervision methods based on the developmental stages of concern in kindergarten teacher. 255 teachers working at kindergartens located in Seoul and Kyunggi-do participated. Using questionnaire, teachers assessed clinical supervision methods and the developmental stages of concern. In results, there are significant differences of teachers' developmental stages of concerns in relation to teachers' teaching experiences. Based on teachers' developmental stages of concerns, there are significant differences on the needs of clinical supervisor selection and clinical supervision method including places, duration, observation, and discussion. This study suggested the different method of clinical supervision based on teachers' developmental stages of concerns.

부,모가 지각한 양육태도와 청소년이 지각한 양육태도가 청소년의 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 양육의 주체인 실제 부·모가 지각하고 있는 양육태도를 측정하고 청소년이 지각하고 있는 부모양육태도를 측정하여 청소년의 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 비교분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 조사 대상은 서울과 인천에 소재하고 있는 중·고등학교 학생과 그의 부·모(남: 144, 여: 223, 부·모: 734)였으며, 부모의 양육태도는 이종승과 오성심(1982)이 개발한 부모 자녀 양육태도 지각검사지로, 청소년의 자기효능감은 김아영·차정은(1996)이 개발한 일반적 자기효능감 척도로 측정하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 아버지의 양육태도만을 독립변수로 한 모형에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 특성은 나타나지 않았다. 반면 어머니의 양육태도만을 독립변수로 한 모형 2에서는 애정적 양육태도 특성이 자녀의 자기효능감에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 청소년이 지각 한 부의 양육태도 만을 독립변수로 한 모형 3과 모의 양육태도를 독립변수로 한 모형 4에서는 청 소년이 지각한 부와 모의 성취적 양육태도가 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 부·모의 양육태도와 청소년이 지각한 부모의 양육태도를 모두 독립변수에 포함한 모형 5에서는 청소년이 지각한 아버지의 성취적 양육태도만 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 분 석 대상수가 적고, 부모양육태도의 측정을 부모와 자녀로 구성된 일반가정만 가정한 제한점이 있으나 청소년의 자기효능감은 양육의 객체인 청소년이 지각하고 있는 부모양육태도가 더 중요하며 건 강한 부모-자녀의 관계를 위해 부모의 인식변화를 끌어낼 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of parental child-rearing practices that parents perceive themselves and that are perceived by their children on self-efficacy of the children. The research studied 1001 people in Seoul and Incheon middle and high school students and their parents to verify the subject for inquiry. There are 367 students, and 734 parents. Parental child-rearing practices was measured by the parental child-rearing practices scale developed by Lee & Oh (1982), and self-efficacy was measured by the general self-efficacy scale by Kim & Cha (1966). The data were analyzed by multiple regression method. The results shows that in the case of considering child-rearing practices perceived by both parents and child, child-rearing practices perceived by parents have no effect on self-efficacy of the child and goal oriented one of the fathers perceived by child has a great positive influence on self-efficacy of the student. This result imply that the fathers need to take an active part in child-rearing to get positive one and the parents`` goal oriented child-rearing practices. And child-rearing practices perceived by students is more significant than that perceived by parents themselves. This study used limited number of subjects and the percentage of grades, and schools is uneven so that the result of this study can not be generalized.
