        석탄화력발전소에서 산업재해 통계분석을 통한 안전관리 개선방안 연구

        Domestic Coal-Fired Power Plant Industry according to industrial accidents by industry from 2008 to 2017, the number of workers killed every year is about 6 and the number of injured workers is about 95. The increase in industrial accidents in the coal-fired power plant industry is not leading to an appropriate statistical analysis of industrial accidents occurring in the coal-fired power plant industry. Accordingly, in this study, industrial accidents of five domestic power generation coal-fired power plants were analyzed in various ways from 2008 to 2017, and high-risk accident types and work improvement plans were identified. Based on this, high-risk accident types were identified and suggested improvement measures. For the basic data of the preceding research, the public report from the special investigation committee during the coal-fired power plant in 2019 and the data surveyed from the safety diagnosis joint service of the five coal-fired power plants in 2019 were cited. The statistical analysis results from this study quantified the actual injuries, deaths, injuries and mortality rates of 10 years for each power plant headquarters and partner companies of the 5th coal-fired power plant. Using the statistical analysis method, the severity of industrial accidents was identified by identifying the increase and decrease according to the period, the comparison with the same industry, the correlation of social phenomena, the correlations between the injured and the deaths of the five development companies. As a result of the improvement measures for high risk type of disaster, 4M (man, machine, media, management) method was used to analyze the causes of the disaster, and as a result of the analysis, it was found that the equipment factor and the work factor occupy a large proportion of the causes of the fall. Therefore, improvement measures for falling accident prevention were presented as common matters, and improvement measures that could cover the causes of fall in terms of equipment and work were presented. It is expected to be used as an improvement in statistical analysis of industrial accidents and safety education data for power generation industry.

        최근 초고층 건축물에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있고, 더욱이 건설기술의 발전에 힘입어 초고층 복합빌딩의 계획과 건설이 더욱 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 초고층 복합빌딩에서 화재 등과 같은 재난이 발생할 경우 거주자의 대피 및 소방공무원의 화재진압 활동이 어려워 국가적 재난으로 확대될 위험이 있다. 그렇기 때문에 초고층 복합빌딩물에서 발생하는 사고를 예방하거나 발생하는 사고의 피해를 최소화하는 등 재난관리를 통합적으로 하기 위한 방재정보센터의 운영이 무엇보다 중요시되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 초고층 복합빌딩의 개념과 문제점에 분석하고, 방재정보센터의 특성 및 향후 방안을 고찰하였다.

        건축기술의 발달과 함께 건물은 높아지고 있지만 건물의 높이가 높아질수록 각종 재난으로부터 안전의 확보가 어려워지는 것이 현실이다. 특히 전 세계적으로 기후가 급격하게 변화하고, 재난의 유형도 다양화, 복합화 되고 있으며, 사회구조의 변화로 인해 재해로 인한 재난이 대형화되고 있는 추세이다. 특히 초고층복합빌딩은 재난이 일어나면 복합적으로 대형화된 재난이 일어날 가능성이 매우 높다. 이러한 시점에서 초고층복합빌딩에서 재난사고에 대응하기 위하여 각종 재난별로 일어날 수 있는 사고시나리오를 제시하고 앞으로 초고층복합빌딩의 재난사고에 대한 대응 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

        산업용 로봇 안전검사 항목을 통한 안전성 향상 방안 연구

        In view of the continuous trend of automation in the future, there is a possibility that the accidents caused by robots may increase, so prevention of accidents caused by robots may become very important. The safety inspection of robots is a matter conducted in Korea to prevent industrial accidents. For items with a higher risk of test items, safety tests should be carried out with the importance of safety tests in order to secure more safety. If we improve the detailed test plan in preparation for the importance of future items by improving safety according to important items, it is expected that more safety for disaster prevention will be secured. As a research method, the risk of robot safety inspection test items was evaluated through domestic experts. As related experts, two experts each, including an inspection expert at an inspection institution, an expert at a manufacturing manufacturer, and a user using a robot, were selected and evaluated by a face-to-face questionnaire. The risk assessment estimate was composed of a functional 5-point scale and a materiality 5-point scale, and the risk was expressed by multiplying probability and materiality. The measures to improve safety revealed through the risk assessment results and considerations are as follows. First, as an additional requirement of safety inspection items related to maintenance work, it is necessary to add durable performance requirements related to the service life within the performance requirements of the safety-related control system. Second, as a result of evaluating the risk of the safety inspection test items, the safety-related control system performance requirements and the risk of cooperative operation are 25, the cooperative operation requirements are 23.7, the protection areas and measures are 22.3, and the emergency stop device in order of priority risk. was 21.6 and the robot system stop function was 20.2. Third, in the single defect of the safety-related control system performance requirement, the specific detailed type of the single defect must be presented. Fourth, in cooperative operation, it is desirable that the safety inspection organization set specific detailed items for actual inspection to ensure compliance with domestic and international standards.

        석탄화력발전소 인공지능 영상분석 시스템 개발을 통한 안전 확보방안 연구

        Coal-fired power plants are a device industry in which various technologies are integrated and consist of various types of devices and facilities such as various types of machinery, electrical, chemical, and energy storage facilities. Therefore, various and simultaneous work is required in various fields such as continuous monitoring of facilities, circuit inspection, daily maintenance, unplanned maintenance, and plan maintenance to expand the failure ripple and solve problems of power supply disruptions. This study was conducted to solve the problem of insufficient effectiveness of accident prevention methods in power plants through existing methods such as conducting safety training, inspecting facilities by workers, and simple monitoring of operating personnel using CCTVs. Therefore, CCTV's image and sensing information in the power plant were used, and AI deep learning algorithms, a key trend in the fourth industry, were applied to monitor and predict worker risk status, facilities, and facility anomalies. In addition, to experience the efficiency of developing a smart safety management system and preventing accidents based on AI deep learning units, we studied the prevention and safety of safety accidents that may occur in coal-fired power plants through demonstration processes.

        화학실험실 사고 Data를 이용한 근본원인분석 Map 개발 및 원인 분석

        화학실험실 사고의 근본원인분석 Map을 개발하기 위하여 석유화학 사고 근본원인분석 Map을 참고하여 3단계 사고 요인 트리(Tree)로 구성된 Map을 작성하였다. 원인 인자 도표(Cause Factor Charting) 방식을 적용하여 실험실 사건?사고 211건을 1~5단계까지 사고 원인을 조사하고, 그 사고의 원인을 EXCEL 프로그램에 입력하였다. 그 후 , 그 사고요인들을 유형과 각 단계별로 분류하여, 근본원인분석 Map 초안(draft)을 작성하였다. 또한, 연구실 사건?사고 211건의 근본원인이 근본원인분석 Map초안에 적절한지 재확인하였다. 향후 실험실에서 발생할 수 있는 사고의 원인들을 보완함으로써, 화학실험실에 관한 RCA Map이 개발되었다. 본 연구에서 제시한 근본원인분석 Map을 기반으로 발생빈도를 고려하여 사고 원인을 1~5단계로 나누어 분석한 결과, 3단계 원인은 관리시스템 35.%, 모니터링 12.2%, Human Factor Eng. 15.1%, 교육훈련 12.1% 등의 순으로 나타났다. To develop a Root Cause Analysis Map which determines the cause of the accident in chemical laboratory, The Root Cause Analysis(RCA) Map for the laboratory areas was sketched from Phase 1 of the accident element to Phase 3 of the accident element, based on the RCA Map which is applied in the petrochemical industry. On the basis of laboratory RCA Map which was classified by using such method , The root causes of the 211 accident cases in laboratories were classified from Phase 4 to Phase 5 by the Cause Factor Charting technique and The cause of the accident data were inputted to EXCEL program. After that, The causes of the accident data were sorted and classified by type and each step. So Approximate Primary RCA Map Draft was written. In addition, it was reaffirmed whether the root causes of 211 accidents of laboratory were appropriate to ‘Primary RCA Map Draft‘. By complementing the cause which was expected to cause future accidents, the RCA Map for chemical laboratories was developed. Based on RCA Map proposed in this study, the causes of accidents were analysed management systems 35%, monitoring 12.2%, Human Factor Eng. 15.1% and education training 12.1% by the size of the frequency from Phase 1 to Phase 5.

        조직의 안전행동에 따른 연구원의 안전의식 수준 및 안전문화 향상정도에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted with the following three study objectives. First, effects of safety awareness level of lab researchers to the improvement of safety culture in the organization Second, effects of organizational safety behaviors to the improvement of safety culture Third, test of mediating effects of organizational safety behaviors in the relationship between safety awareness level and the improvement of safety culture. The results show that organizational safety behavior is an indispensable factor for the improvement level of safety culture. Especially, the factors in safety training activities, safety compliance and management system are mediating variables which affect the safety awareness level and improvement level of safety culture, which shows these variables are very important factors in reducing safety accidents through the improvement of safety culture. Therefore, safety behaviors in the organization should be considered with priority. If the organization leads to improve safety awareness through regular safety training and rewards and punishes according to the test results, safety awareness could be improved. This study was conducted to identify the necessary factors to improve the overall safety culture in the organization and contribute to the diffusion of safety culture by improving the safety training awareness of the researchers.
