        아동양육시설 보육사가 경험한 통합보육 다면성

        본 연구는 아동양육시설 보육사가 경험한 통합보육을 통해 통합보육의 다면성과 성공적 통합보육 수행 방향을 제시하고자 했다. 아동양육시설에서 통합보육을 경험한 10명의 보육사를 연구 참여자로 선정하여 질적 사례연구방법에 따라 전사 자료를 분석했다. 보육사들은 통합보육 수행에 거부감을 나타내고 있었으며, 통합보육 적응과정에서 장애아동과 비장애아동 모두에게 충분한 돌봄을 제공할 수 없어 죄책감을 느끼고 있었다. 그들은 아동에게 필요한 지원을 제때에 받을 수 있도록 행정기관과의 즉각적 소통의 창구 마련, 장애아동 케어와 관련한 보육사 교육지원 및 특수교사 파견 등을 원하고 있으며, 3교대 정책에 대해서는 모두 반대의견으로 나타났다. 또한 아동양육시설에서의 통합보육 다면성에 따른 지원방안으로서 보육사의 처우와 급여 문제, 시설보호아동들의 교육 기회와 양육환경 문제에 대한 사회 전반의 관심을 환기 하는데 있어 향후 연구 방향을 추가로 모색할 수 있을 것으로 기대해본다. By examining the experience of residential child care staffs, this study explored the multifaceted aspects of inclusive care and discussed the direction of successful inclusive education implementation in residential child care facilities. Interviews were conducted with 10 care staffs experienced inclusive education at residential child care facilities, and qualitative case study method was used to analyze transcribing data. Care staffs were reluctant to carry out inclusive education. They felt guilty due to not enough care either for disabled or non-disabled children in the process of adapting to inclusive education. They were calling for immediate communication channels to get the necessary support on time. They also recognized needs for professional education for care staffs regarding care of disabled children, and to dispatch special education teachers. It was found that all participants in the study disagreed on three-shift policy. Lastly, the support measures according to the multifaceted aspects of inclusive care in residential child care facilities were discussed.

        CD40L 발현 K562 세포주를 이용한 시험관내 B 세포 증식과 항원제공능 증가

        Background: CD40-activated B (CD40-B) cells might be an attractive source of autologous antigen-presenting cells (APCs) for immunotherapy due to the convenience to obtain from peripheral blood and expand in vitro. Moreover, CD40-B cells were found to be comparable with DCs in their capacity to raise antigen-specific CD8+ T cells. Here, we have established K562 cells expressing CD40L to expand CD40-activated B cells used for APCs. Methods: After activation of B cell by K562/CD40L, CD40-B cells were examined by counting B cell numbers. Surface expression of CD54, CD80, CD86 and HLA class II was measured by flow cytometry. The CD40-B cells were tested for its function as APC by mixed lymphocyte reactions (MLR) and by induction of T cell responses specific for pp65 peptide in vitro. Results: The expansion of B cells by K562/CD40L increased about 6-folds compared with anti-CD40 or K562. Furthermore, the expression of CD54, CD80, CD86 and HLA class II was up-regulated by K562/CD40L. B cells by K562/CD40L showed comparable antigen presentation activity with mature DCs as shown in MLR, INF-${\gamma}$ ELISPOT assay. Conclusion: These results suggest that K562/CD40L could be used to generate activated B cells as potent APCs which could be useful for cellular vaccination and adoptive immunotherapy.

        자성광촉매용 TiO<sub>2</sub>-Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 나노복합분말의 합성

        [ $TiO_2-Fe_2O_3$ ] nanocomposite powders for magnetic photocatalyst were synthesized by sol-gel process, in which $TiO_2$ photocatalytic layer was formed on the surface of $\gamma-Fe_2O_3$ magnetic core. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation and X-ray diffractometry (XRD) analysis revealed that$\gamma-Fe_2O_3$ nanoparticles, $10\~20nm$ in diameter, were coated by $TiO_2$ shell of 5nm in thickness and $TiO_2$ was anatase phase. Also hydroxyl group (-OH) used to decompose organic compounds was detected by Fourier transformation infrared spectrometry(FT-IR) analysis. UV-Visible spectrophotometry results showed that light absorption occurred in the wavelength range of $400\~700 nm$, and the band gap energy $(E_g)$ of powder was 1.8 eV. Finally it was found that the coercivity $(H({ci})$ and saturation magnetization $(M_s)$ of the powder were 79 Oe and 14.8 emu/g, respectively as experimental vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) measurements.

        Properties of nanoparticles synthesized during gas phase reaction were studied in terms of particle behaviors using real-time particle characterization method. For this study, $TiO_2$ nanoparticles were synthesized in the chemical vapor condensation process(CVC) and their in-situ measurement of particle formation and particle size distribution was performed by scanning mobility particle sizer(SMPS). As a result, particle behaviors in the CVC reactor were affected by both of number concentration and thermal coagulation, simultaneously. Particularly, growth and agglomeration between nanoparticles followed two different ways of dominances from coagulations by increase of number concentration and sintering effect by increased temperature.

        CODEX 유기농업허용 살충비누 제조와 진딧물 방제연구

        The developement of insecticidal soaps made by various fatty acids and organic control for insect by using of insecticidal soap(fatty acid salts) were empolyed. And the results were as follows : 1. To determine the input volume of potassium hydroxide for saponification of fatty acids, there were compared to individual acid value of fatty acids, in case of coconut fatty acids for saponification was 266.3 ㎎ of potassium hydroxide(266 g/1㎏ of fatty acid) was calculated. 2. To make the 25% soap content by coconut fatty acids, there was required for the 266g of potassium hydroxide and 3,459 liter of soft water. Then the liquor of soap was 4,644 liter. 3. The progress of insecticidal soap made by fatty acids was accomplished indirect heating and stirring reactor (1)to make the volume of potassium hydroxide solution and warming up(90℃) (2)input volume of individual fatty acid (3)more than 30 min stirring reaction (4)cooling progress. 4. Insecticidal value of insecticidal soap was observed more than 92% the dilution of 50 dilution solution in consecutive 5 days of 2 treatments of the 25% soap made by coconut fatty acids on the red pepper. And insecticidal value of insecticidal soap was observed more than 94% the 100 dilution solution in consecutive 5 days of 3 treatments of the 25% soap made by coconut fatty acids on red pepper and cabbage. 5. The treatment of two times of 25% soap made by coconut fatty acids at the 50 dilution solution and 100 dilution solution in spider mite on red bean has 100% insecticidal value. 6. There was no observation phytotoxic sypmtons on red pepper in field, except for 25% soap made by carprylic acid. 7. Over the two times over 0.1% in addition of isopropyl alcohol was to improvement the insecticidal effect, but there was no effect in addition of diatomaceous earth.

        (H2O-Piperidine-CO2) system에서 piperidine 유도체의 작용기 위치에 따른 이산화탄소 흡수특성 연구

        본 연구에서는 기-액 평형장치와 반응열 측정장치를 이용하여 2-methylpiperidine (2MPD), 3-methylpiperidine (3MPD), 4-methylpiperidine (4MPD) 흡수제의 이산화탄소 흡수특성을 연구하였다. 기-액 평형장치를 이용하여 각 흡수제의 이산화탄소 흡수능을 알아보았고, 흡수평형 후의 흡수액을 핵자기공명장치(nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy: NMR)로 분석하여 종 형성을 확인하였다. 추가적으로 반응열 측정장치를 이용하여 흡수능에 따른 반응열을 제시하였다. 실험결과 2MPD, 3MPD, 4MPD 흡수제는 작용기 위치에 따라 다른 특성을 나타내었다. Ortho 위치에 메틸기를 가진 2MPD는 입체장애효과로 인하여 흡수반응에서 특이성이 나타났으나 3MPD와 4MPD는 (H2O-piperidine-CO2) 시스템에서 반응 특이성이 나타나지 않았다. Absorption characteristics of 2-methylpiperidine (2MPD), 3-methylpiperidine (3MPD) and 4-methylpiperidine (4MPD) absorbents were studied by a vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) apparatus and a differential reaction calorimeter (DRC). Using a VLE apparatus, the CO2 loading capacity of each absorbent was estimated. After reaching the absorption equilibrium, nuclear magnetic resonancespectroscopy (NMR) had been conducted to characterize the species distribution of the (H2O-piperidine-CO2) system. Using a DRC, the reaction of heat was confirmed in accordance with the absorption capacity. The unique characteristics of 2MPD, 3MPD and 4MPD absorbents appeared by the position of methyl group. The 2MPD possessing the methyl group at the ortho position showed its hindrance effect during the absorption process; however, piperidine derivatives possessing the meta position and para position did not show its characteristics in H2O-piperidine-CO2 system.

        Characteristics of $TiO_2$nanoparticles controlled by precursor flow rate and reaction temperature in chemical vapor condensation process were interpreted in the view of decisive reaction factors, i.e. supersaturation ratio, concentration of vapor molecule, collision frequency and rate, and residence time, which directly affect the particle size and size distribution in CVC reactor. As results, the increases of precursor flow rate and reaction temperature induced the increase in the average sizes of $TiO_2$ nanoparticles in CVC reactor by acceleration of coagulation growth due to the increase of collision between $TiO_2$vapor molecules and particles. The effects of reaction factors on the characteristics of$TiO_2$nanoparticles were discussed with considering particle formation process in CVC reactor under given process parameters.

      • 조리냉동 완자제품의 유통온도 및 품질 현황

        육류를 이용하여 완자모양으로 만든 조리 냉동식품의 유통과정에서의 품질 현황을 알아 보고자 서울시 전역에서 시장 점유율이 높은 D,B회사 제품 81개와 이들 제품에 비해 원료육 함량이 높고 유통기간이 짧은 M회사 제품 36개를 1995년 5-9월 중 수집하여 신선도 지표인 VBN 함량, TBA값, pH와 metmyoglobin 비율을 측정하였다. 대부분의 시료는 양호한 품질을 유지하고 있었으나, M회사의 1개 시료는 VBN 함량이 32.5㎎%, TBA값이 0.65㎎/㎏으로 초기 부패 단계에 들어서 있었다. Metmyoglobin 비율과 TBA값 사이에는 높은 정(正)의 상관관계를 보여, 지방질 산화와 육색소 산화간에는 깊은 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 시료들의 냉동보관 온도는 -18℃이하의 경우는 18%에 불과했고, -14℃ 이상의 경우는 35%나 되었다. 초기부패 징후를 나타낸 시료의 보관온도는 -10℃이었으며 보관온도가 높은 시료일수록 높은 VBN함량, TBA값, metmyoglobin 비율, pH를 나타냈다. 잔여 유통기간과 이들 품질인자 간에는 서로 부(負)의 상관관계를 보여 시중에 유통된 기간이 긴 시료일수록 높은 수치를 나타냈다. 냉동식품의 유통기간 중 좋은 품질을 유지하기 위해서는 법정온도인 -18℃에서의 보관이 필수적이므로 판매자와 소비자가 이 조건을 지킬 수 있도록 적절한 교육과 홍보가 요구된다. In order to investigate the quality status of fried-frozen Korean meat ball products during retail distribution, VBN value, TBA value, pH and metmyoglobin ratio were determined for 117 samples collected in Seoul area during the period of May to September, 1995. Most samples maintained relatively good quality, but one sample of a company showed 32.5㎎% VBN value and 0.65㎎/㎏ of TBA value which indicate the early stage of spoilage. Correlation coefficient between metmyoglobin ratio and TBA value was highly significant. Samples closer to shelf-life limit tended to show higher VBN value, TBA value, metmyoglobin ratio and pH. Out of the surveyed samples, 35% were on retail shelves of temperature above -14℃, while only 18% were being sold at temperature below -18℃. It is concluded that prepared frozen foods should be stored at the recommended temperature of -18℃.
