패션 이미지의 색채 지각에 필요한 패션 색채 분석 프로그램 개발

이 연구의 목적은 패션색채를 과학적으로 분석하여 재현성, 정밀성, 정확성에 좀 더 근접하고자 패션 이미지 색채 분석 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 연구방법으로 UI 디자인에 필요한 정보 요소들을 추출한 후 목록별로 요소를 분류하고 색채분석 순서 설계도를 완성하였다. 다음 색채 분석 순서 설계도를 바탕으로 UI 화면 디자인을 하였고 세부 정보 구조화를 기반으로 프로그램에 사용할 알고리즘을 개발 하였다. 패션 색채 분석 프로그램은 대화 상태의 형태로 구현되어 처음 사용하는 사용자도 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 디자인 되었으며 Visual Studio 2015 환경에서 C++/MFC를 통해 구현 하였다. 프로그램은 한글과 영어판으로 제작 되었으며 사용설명서와 함께 네이버 블로그에서 다운 받을 수 있다.
패션 이미지 분석에 유용한 패션 색채분석 프로그램 개발

The purpose of this study was to develop a fashion image color analysis program to more precisely and accurately analyze colors found in fashion to be able to reproduce them more accurately. After extracting the information elements that were necessary to design a user interface as determined by the research method, the elements were classified and the color analysis design sequence was completed. The user interface screen was designed based on the color analysis sequence design. An algorithm was developed to be used in the program based on the detailed information structure. The fashion color analysis programwas designedto be easy to use even for first-time users. It was implemented using C++ and MFC in the Visual Studio 2015 environment. Program reliability was evaluated using the developed program. The program was written in Korean and English and the program and the user manual were made available on the Naver blog.
신이식후 당뇨병의 특성 및 유발인자에 대한 임상적 분석

N/A In order to assess the clinical characteristics and risk factors of post-transplant diabetes, the courses of 437 renal transplants (former nondiabetics), who received transplants between March, 1969 and May, 1990 in Catholic University Medical College, were reviewed retrospectively. 37 (8.5%) of 437 renal transplants manifested posttransplant diabetes. This incidence was much higher than usual incidence of diabetes (3.5%) in Korean population (p=0.000). The hyperglycemia was found in postoperative 1 to 108 months (median; 3 months), and followed up 3 to 103 months (37±26 months). We simultaneously tested the effects of age, sex, type of immunosuppressants and donor relationship on posttransplant diabetes statistically and found female prevalence (p=0.013). Gene frequency of HLA Bw62 antigen in posttransplant diabetics (21.6%) was higher than that (8.5%) in general population (p=0.004). The actuarial patient and graft survivals in post-transplant diabetics were greater than those in Azathio-prine and prednisolone treated patients, and similar to those in Cylosporine A and prednisolone treated patients. We conclude that posttransplant diabetes is of greater prevalence in female and renal transplants expressing HLA Bw62 antigen, and does not ameliorate the patient and graft survivals after renal transplantation.
무라카미 하루키 소설의 등장인물 특성과 직업을 텍스트 기반 색채분석으로 규명

The purpose of this study is to analyze and identify the differences between the colors of the characteristics and occupation given to the characters by the novelist and colors that experts and the general group think based on Haruki Murakami`s novel `Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage`. In the research method, a color survey analysis matching the characters in the novels was conducted and a color difference between the experts and the general group was derived through the questionnaire. The surveyed data are processed by using statistical program SPSS 18.0 and Microsoft Excel 2003. The results of the study are as follows. First, Gray was the most suitable color for Tsukuru both expert(38%) and general(30%) group. In addition, the best match color for the Aka was Red(18%), Ao was Blue Green (16%), Shiro was White(28%), Guro was Dark Yellowish Red(20%), and Hida was Blue(20%) in expert. Also the general group showed that Red was the best match for Aka(28%), Ao for Dark Blue(24%), Shiro for White(40%), Guro for Dull Yellow Red (32%), and Hida for Black(28%). Second, Both expert (46%) and general(42%) group responded Blue was the most suitable color for Lexus salesman. White was the best color for a pianist both experts(32%) and general(48%) group, too. Gray was also in the best color for worker in the railway station both experts(36%) and general(34%) group. The significance of this study is that it can provide basic data of color that satisfies the emotional demands of the audience in the production of visual material to the future with novel.
증례 : Thiazide에 의한 저칼륨혈증성 횡문근융해증 2예

Hypokalemia is a common metabolic cause of rhabdomyolysis. Although treatment with thiazide causes hypokalemia frequently, hypokalemic rhabdomyolysis after administration with thiazide is very rare. Here we report two cases of hypokalemic rhabdomyolysis due to thiazide treatment. A 50-year-old woman who had been treated with thiazide for hypertension was admitted due to quadriplegia. The patient had a potassium level of 1.5 mEq/L, a creatinine phosphokinase (CPK) level of 21,346 IU/L, and a lactic dehydrogenase level (LDH) of 2,389 IU/L. An 80-year-old man who had been treated with thiazide for hypertension was admitted due to generalized weakness. His potassium level was 1.9 mEq/L, CPK was 29,000 IU/L, and LDH was 2,393 IU/L. There were no any other causes of rhabdomyolysis except hypokalemia due to thiazide treatment for both patients. With adequate hydration and potassium replacement, hypokalemic rhabdomyolysis recovered completely without sequele. (Korean J Med 72:100-104, 2007)
혈액투석 환자에서 발생한 폐렴의 임상적 특성에 관한 연구

Purpose : The most common infectious diseases in hemodialysis (HD) patients are sepsis and pneumonia. Although there are many data about sepsis in HD patients, pneumonia in HD patients is rarely reported. This study was conducted to compare clinical severity of pneumonia between HD patients and healthy persons. Methods : This study enrolled 36 HD patients who were admitted for pneumonia. Age- and sex-matched 37 persons with pneumonia who did not have any other medical illness were included as a control. We compared clinical manifestations, laboratory and radiologic findings, complications, and clinical course between HD patients and controls. Results : The positive rates of blood and sputum bacterial culture in the HD patients were higher than in those in the controls (blood; 17.6% vs. 2.7%, p=0.028, sputum; 30.3% vs. 5.4%, p=0.005). Compared to the controls, the HD patients had higher incidence of thrombocytopenia (25.0% vs. 0%, p=0.001) and hypoxia (41.7% vs. 2.7%, p=0.000). The number of the lobes involved was larger and higher incidence of bilateral lesions and parapneumonic effusions were observed in the HD patients. In addition, the HD patients had higher incidence of recurrence than the controls (16.7% vs. 0%, p=0.025). Pneumonia-related mortality rate tended to be higher in the HD patients than the controls but there was no statistical differences between the two groups (11.1% vs. 0%, p=0.054). Conclusion : This study shows that pneumonia in HD patients takes a more severe clinical course than in healthy persons. It seems that pneumonia in HD patients has a higher propensity to develop bacteremia.

Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) causes arrythmia, myocarditis, atrial hemorrhage, and heart failure as a cardiac complication. But, acute myocardial infarction has not been reported yet in patient with HFRS. We here report a case of acute myocardial infarction in a young adult with HFRS. A 43-year-old man was admitted with high fever and petechiae in the trunk and extremities. He had no history of hypertension, heart disease, and diabetes mellitus. Initial electrocardiographic finding was normal. On the 4th hospital days, sudden cardiac arrest developed and he recovered promptly with cardioversion. After recovery, electrocardiography revealed ST segment elevation in Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and aVF. Cardiac enzymes (CPK, LDH, CK-MB, and troponin-I) were also elevated. Echocardiography showed akinesia of inferior wall of heart. He was treated with continuous veno-venous hemodiafiltraion but he expired due to multiorgan failure on the 12th hospital days.
