        건축설비소음 평가를 위한 어휘의 유형화에 관한 연구

        Recently, in accordance with the buildings are rapidly becoming to high-stories, large-sizes, and since the case that noise of equipment machinery, tool itself infringes the life environment is on increasing, this is becoming to the object of civil appeal. Accordingly, in order to set up a countermeasure against such equipment machinery noise, even a systemic evaluating method is required, up to now while the appraisal that considering on the physical characteristic only had been done, but the characteristic about subjective valuation was not reflected as yet. Therefore, in this research, through the 1st, 2nd Psycho-Acoustics Experiments, the 30 vocabularies were extracted for evaluation of the construction equipment noise. As the result of Element Analysis, the 3 Elements were extracted from these vocabularies, and it could be understood that these Elements have been trustfully selected. It is now considering that the extracted vocabularies as per the above result would be used to Psycho-Acoustic Evaluation on Equipment Noise, and Psycho-Acoustics Experiment.

        범죄예방을 위한 단위세대의 현관문 인식에 관한 설문조사 연구

        The empirical studies on crime prevention and related defensible space have been applied in the field of urban planning since 1990 for a safer urban environmental design. This study researches and analyzes people’s recognition of the role of front door which is a defense device installed in the housing unit (residential facility) with respect to crime prevention and privacy keeping, targeting male and female adults and then, based on the findings on front doors equipped with the crime prevention device as specified in the proposal 1, researches on how to improve the front door which is a security device in the housing unit (residential facility) for crime prevention. The research results are as follows. First, the design and development of the front door is required in order to prevent the crime which may occur due to the opening of the front door in the residential facility and prevent the invasion of privacy. Second, the function of front door shall be improved from a door for just access to a door having the functions of prevention of both crime and privacy invasion as specified in Proposal 1 for safe front door. This study suggests that the front door’s function of invasion defense performance as specified in the Appendix 1 of the Announcement for Crime Prevention Building should be improved to include the function of natural surveillance.

        This paper is focused on the constitution and the main participation of a landowner community in an urban regeneration. And also, this paper represents the role of contribution of community development through the case of Chollabukdo Wanjugun Samraeyup's urban regeneration, consisting of partnerships of mutual cooperation between citizen autonomy community and local autonomy association, This study will be expected of useful data ,making up mainly of a landowner community, in practicing urban regeneration business the future in if these results are applied to an urban regeneration business and research, continuously.

        This paper is focused on the legal reference applied to the development of a landowner-centered downtown and the legal application applied to this business of the local area. And also, this paper represents the role of contribution to an urban regeneration and future work legally for an urban regeneration through the case of Wanjugun Samraeyup's downtown development of a landowner-centered downtown, consisting of partnerships of mutual cooperation between citizen autonomy community and local autonomy association, This study will be expected useful data, for the development of a landowner-centered downtown if these results are applied to an urban regeneration project and research, continuously.

        위생설비소음 저감을 위한 바닥배관방식에 관한 연구

        Recently, the desire of agreeable housing environment has been increased as improving the national thinking and the level of the life in the advancement of new culture. Nevertheless, there is the actual circumstance that not be realized the study on the problem of design of existing multi-layered bathroom structure. This paper grasps the problem of multi-layered apartment house bathroom structure and proposes the new design on the structure decreasing the equipment noise in the multi-layered bathroom structure by implementing pipe arrangement facilities in connection with sanitation equipment structure used concerned generation with bottom-pipe arrangement system In the near future, if taken an active part in a design of conventional multi-layered bathroom structure, this study will make good use of grounding research material in a building of multi-layered bathroom structure.

        소규모 블록단위의 협조적 정비기법에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is a suggestion of 'Collaborative Development' as a method for an imporvement of a densely build-up area by small lots. To identify and to verify about 'Collaborative Development', case analyses were performed with 'Design system for collective buildings' in Kyoto, Japan' and 'Development by landowner's organization' in Samre, Korea. The analyses were focused the architectural design guideline, an capacity and the participants'(civil government, experts, residents) role. And, the necessity of 'a closed neighbor plan' was confirmed through these case studies. the 'Collaborative Development' is an improvement system by field-editing of performance codes based on an area plan that was agreed by residents of an area. And the 'Collaborative Development' is a development method to promote of community To invigorate 'Collaborative Development', more researchs are needed, which about 'preformance codes' and 'editing codes at a site' in system operation, and an promotion of supporting experts to make up a closed neighbor plan and to adjust a local government and residents.

        근대건축 디자인의 색채 사용 특성에 관한 연구

        Recently, local governments of Korea have been taking the lead in forming modernized streets focusing on modernistic architectures in an effort to enhance the characteristics of urban history and cultural assets. However, the modernistic streets, already formed, show serious disharmony in colors of exterior materials and signs in the coexistence of modernistic and new architectures. Hence, there needs a guideline for color designs for developing modernistic streets focusing on modernistic architectures which can maintain the unique identity of cities. This study was conducted as a basic study on the characteristics of the use of colors in modernistic designs, focusing on color designs limited to school architecture which is a part of the use type of modernistic architectures. As a result of this study, it was found that there are 476 modernistic architecture cultural assets while there are 66 school modernistic architecture cultural assets. 26 of those school modernistic architecture cultural assets, which have historic, academic and artistic values, were taken as samples, and then the colors of them analyzed by means of Korea Standard Color Analysis(KCSA) and visual color comparisons. This study presents a starting point for a reference of the environment color designs of modernistic architectures and modernistic culture streets. This study may hopefully contribute to the ways and improvements of color management and system.

        γ-cyclodextrin으로 포접한 홍삼추출물의 관능평가 및 Rg1, Rb1의 생체이용율

        홍삼추출물(RGE)의 쓴 맛을 개선하기 위해서 α-, β-, γ-CD을 이용해서 RGE의 포접화합물을 제조하여, 관능평가를 통해서 RGE-γ-CD에 의한 쓴 맛 개선효과가 가장 큰 것을 확인하였다. RGE와 γ-CD의 비율에 따라서 쓴 맛은 선형적으로 감소하지만, RGE 고유의 향 조차도 감소하기 때문에, RGE 대비 10%의 γ-CD를 첨가하여 포접화합물을 형성할 때 쓴 맛은 RGE 대비 78% 정도 감소하였고, 홍삼의 향은 62% 정도를 유지함으로써 기호도면에서 우수한 결과를 얻었다. SD계 흰쥐에 RGE, RGE-γ-CD10의 제제를 총 사포닌의 투여량이 제제간에 동일하도록 투여한 후, 혈장 중 RGE에 들어있는 주요한 성분으로 알려져 있는 ginsenoside Rg1, Rb1을 지표물질로 설정하여 전 농도를 측정하여 두 제제간의 AUC를 비교한 결과, Rg1의 경우, RGE 제제 투여 후의 평균값이 13.11 ㎍ㆍhr/mL, RGE-γ-CD10 투여 후의 평균값은 12.04 ㎍ㆍhr/mL로 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 한편, Rb1의 경우, RGE 제제로서 투여하였을 때의 AUC 평균값이 25.84 ㎍ㆍhr/mL, RGE-γ-CD10 투여 후의 평균값은 81.48 ㎍ㆍhr/mL로 3배 이상 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에 의해 γ-CD로 RGE를 포접했을 경우 쓴 맛이 감소하고, ginsenoside Rb1의 생체이용율이 증가하여 RGE를 그대로 섭취할 경우보다 포접화합물로 섭취 시에 더 유용함을 확인하였다. In order to reduce the bitter taste and improve the bioavailability of red ginseng extract(RGE), inclusion complexes (RGE-CD) of the extract with α-, β-, γ-cyclodextrin were prepared and studied for their sensory quality and bioavailability compared to RGE. By complexation, the bitter taste-reducing efficacies of α-CD and β-CD were much lower than that of γ-CD. In comparative sensory analysis for the bitter taste, RGE-γ-CD10, prepared using 10%(w/w) of γ-CD, showed a score of 1.93(decreased by about 78%) compared to RGE as the control. In addition, in sensory analysis for flavor, RGE-γ-CD10 showed a score of 5.60. Upon increasing the amount of γ-CD to 15%(w/w) and 20%(w/w), respectively, the bitter taste of RGE-γ-CD was removed and the flavor of RGE disappeared(scores of 2.67 and 1.67, respectively). Therefore RGE-γ-CD10 was chosen as an optimum. The same dosages of RGE and RGE-γ-CD10 were orally administered to SD(Sprague-Dawley) rats on a saponin basis, and the plasma concentrations of ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 were measured over time to estimate the average AUC(area under the plasma concentration versus time curve) of the ginsenosides. After the oral administration, there were no significant differences in the AUC values of the RGE and RGE-γ-CD 10 groups for ginsenoside Rg1. However, AUC values for ginsenoside Rb1 were 25.8 ㎍ㆍhr/mL in the RGE group and 81.5 μg·hr/mL in the RGE-γ-CD 10 group, respectively. Therefore, the bioavailability of ginsenoside Rb1 in the RGE-γ-CD 10 group was significantly higher by up to 315% compared with that in the RGE group(p = 0.0029). These results show that the bitter taste of RGE can be simultaneously removed by the complexation of RGE and γ-CD(RGE-γ-CD) along with increased bioavailability.

      • 섬유보강재를 사용한 콘크리트의 개발(특성 및 실용화)

        본 연구는 최근 활발히 전개되고 있는 새로운 건설 재료 개발을 위한 노력의 하나로서 강섬유콘크리트의 개발에 따른 역학적 특성과 실용화에 관하여 고찰하였다. 본 연구의 포괄적인 수행에 있어서는 굵은 골재 최대 치수와 강섬유의 혼입률 및 섬유 길이를 주요 실험 변수로 하였다. 강섬유콘트리트의 역학적 특성을 규명하기 위하여 휨거동 파괴인성등을 조사 분석하였다. 시험결과 섬유의 혼입률 및 섬유길이 증가에 따라 휨강도가 증가하며, 특히 파괴 인성이 크게 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 이것은 강섬유의 효과가 콘크리트의 휨, 인성 파괴에서 더욱 크게 나타남을 의미하고 있다. 또한 본 연구에서 강섬유 콘크리트의 역학적 특성규명과 함께 강섬유 콘크리트의 실용화를 위한 기초자료를 제시하였다. Recently, the fiber-reinforced concrete in recognized as noe of the most promising new construction materials. This study was conducted to explore the mechanical behavior and practical use of steel fiber reinforced concrete. The major variables in the experiment were the fiber contents, the lengths of steel fibers and aggregates. The fracture energy, deflection, flexural behavior of steel fiber reinforced concrete were investigated. The present study shows that the flexural strength and fracture energy are remarkably in creased on increase of fiber contents. This indicates that the steel fibers play a major role in increasing the fracture capacity. The present study gives a through examination on the mechanical behavior of steel fiber reinforced concrete and allows more realistic use of steel fiber reinforced concrete.
