In this paper, we have researched semiconductor optical filters to solve the problem of the high failure rate that are recognize bad of financial account, jam of financial account and the ATM service interruption due to failure of accurate location information among the operation of the ATM (automatic teller machine) systems. A semiconductor optical filters that have high resolution and less diffuse, high transmittance are able to detect the information of financial account surface accurately. Therefore, it is a stable filter that is able to minimize the incidence of disability. In this paper, we drew the determinants by element for implement an excellent semiconductor optical filters. Based on this, we had to be able to implement the semiconductor optical filter that is able to be mounted on the actual ATM system through future studies.

The object of this paper is to develop optimal optical filter, which can be used to identify the financial account and read the information. The five factors which affect the performance of the optical filter are identified as optical glass type, existence of Fe, Photo pic coating type, and coating form. In this study we seek to determine the optimal combination for the best design of the optical filter. For each combination, the performances of optical filter are investigated using the proper experimental equipments and methods. White-state voltage, black-state voltage, and black-state error rate are used for the performance measures. Through the statistical analysis of the performance data collected, we have determined the optimal design of the optical filter.

This paper concerns the problem of deciding the rational spare inventory levels for efficient use of a limited defence budget and, at the same time, for enhancing the operation rate of equipement/weapons in the army. The system we are concerned has a finite number of repairmen at each base and the depot. After repair job has completed, the repaired items are returned to the base where they have originated. For the system, we identify the distribution of the total number of failed items which belong to a base and develope a method to find spare inventory levels of repairable items at each base to satisfy a specified minimum fill rate.

Five factors are identified, which affect the performance of optical filter: 1) type of optical glass, 2) existence of Fe, 3) photo pic coating type, 4) coating form, and 5) coating thickness. If we consider all the levels of five factors, there are 360 possible candidates. We determined five evaluation criteria, which can be used to evaluate possible candidates. For the performance measures we selected white-state avearge voltage, black-state average voltage, and black-state error rate. And we added economic criterion and quality and maintenance criterion. Through the two-step statistical analysis of white-state avearge voltage, black-state average voltage, and black-state error rates, we selected final four candidates. Based on the five criteria we finally determined optimal optical filter using AHP.

학교폭력 예방 및 개입의 문제점과 개선 방향

본 연구의 목적은 학교폭력 예방 및 개입의 문제점을 분석하고 개선 방향을 제시하고자 하는데 있다. 학교폭력 예방 및 개입의 실태를 분석한 결과 경미한 사안에 대한 개입 방안의 부재, 사안처리 방식에 있어서 처벌 중심의 개입, 사안의 특성과 학생 의 특성을 무시한 획일적 개입, 학교폭력 관련 당사자들에 대한 단편적인 개입 등의 문제점이 도출되었다. 본 연구에서는 이에 대한 개선 방향을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 경미한 사안에 대한 적극적인 개입(2차 예방) 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 단순히 학생들을 처벌하는데 그치는 것이 아니라 성장 중심의 생활지도에 중점을 둘 필요가 있다. 셋째, 학생 개개인의 특성에 맞는 맞춤식 개입을 할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 학교폭력 가해자와 피해자뿐 아니라 방관자, 소속 학급, 교사, 학부모 등에 대한 개입도 함께하는 통합적인 접근이 필요하다. 이러한 연구결과는 앞으로 학교폭력의 예방과 개입을 위한 정책 수립 및 개입 방안 마련에 많은 시사점을 제공하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of school violence prevention and intervention and to suggest ways for improvement. Analysis of the status of school violence prevention and intervention showed that there were no measures to intervene in minor trivial cases. Interventions were punishment-oriented. Interventions should consider the characteristics of the issues, students and stakeholders. Suggestions for improvement were presented as follows: First, we need to come up with measures to actively intervene on minor issues. Second, we need to focus not only on punishing students, but also on growth-oriented student guidance. Third, there is a need for a customized intervention suits individual characteristics of students. Fourth, an integrated approach that encompasses intervention in school violence offenders and victims, bystanders, classes, teachers, and parents. These findings provide many implications for the need of establishment of policies and interventions prevent and intervene in school violence in the future.

대상의 발달 특성을 고려한 직업카드 개발의 방향 탐색

본 연구는 학교 급을 중심으로 대상별 직업카드 개발 연구의 현황을 살펴보고 직업카드를 개발하고 활용하는 연구자 및 현장 전문가들에게 대상의 발달특성을 고려한 적절한 직업카드의 선택 및 활용에 대한 실질적인 정보와 시사점을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 ‘직업카드’, ‘카드개발’을 주제어로 수집된 직업카드 개발 연구 총 12편을 분석대상으로 선정하여 카드의 개수, 기입내용, 개발과정의 구성내용을 분석하였다. 그 결과 국내에서 직업카드 개발이 시작된 이후 대상의 학교·급별에 따라 다양한 직업카드가 개발되고 있었다. 학교·급별 직업카드의 개수, 기입내용에 차이가 있었지만 학교·급에 따른 일관된 기준을 발견하기 어려워 대상의 진로발달을 고려한 직업카드의 개수 및 내용에 대한 논의가 필요할 것으로 보인다. 한편, 직업카드 개발과정의 경우 연구자들 마다 상이한 방식으로 카드개발과정을 구성하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 최근 자문위원 구성 및 타당화 과정이 강조되고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 추후 대상의 발달특성을 고려한 직업카드 개발방향 및 개발과정에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate trends in the development of vocational cards for each subject, focusing on the school level, and to provide researchers and field experts who develop vocational cards with practical information and tasks on the selection and use of appropriate vocational cards. To do this, 12 studies were collected for the study of Vocational Cards and Cards Development , which were analyzed using the number of cards, the content of writing, and the composition of the development process. As a result, various vocational cards have been developed according to the school level since the development of vocational cards in Korea. Although there were differences in the number and writing contents of the vocational cards according to the school level, it is difficult to find a consistent standard according to the school level, so it is necessary to discuss the consistent standard considering the career development of the students. On the other hand, in the case of the vocational cards development process, researchers have different ways of developing the cards, and it is confirmed that the process of composition and validation of the advisory committee is emphasized recently. Based on these results, we discussed implications for the direction and development process of vocational cards considering the students’ developmental characteristics.

전문상담교사 양성을 위한 한ㆍ미 교육실습체제 비교 연구

  본 연구의 목적은 한국과 미국의 전문상담교사 양성을 위한 교육실습 제도 및 대학의 교육실습 운영체제를 비교ㆍ분석하고 이를 바탕으로 한국의 교육실습 체제의 문제점을 도출하며 이러한 문제점에 기초하여 전문상담교사 양성을 위한 교육실습 시행방안을 제시하는데 있다. 연구방법으로는 제도적 측면을 비교하기 위하여 한국의 교원자격 검정령, 시행규칙, 실무편람과 이러한 규정을 포함하고 있는 미국의 CACREP standard 2008을 분석하였고, 운영적 측면을 비교하기 위해 한국의 두 개 대학과 미국의 두 개 대학의 교육실습 운영계획을 분석하였다.<BR>  제도적 측면에서의 문제점은 교육실습의 대상, 필수 이수과목, 교육실습 등록요건, 교육실습 유형의 측면에서 분석되었고, 운영적 측면에서의 문제점은 교육실습의 목표, 시기와 시간, 실습학교 선정기준과 절차, 교육실습 내용, 평가, 교육실습 주체의 역할 및 자격, 수련감독 등의 측면에서 분석되었다. 이를 바탕으로 이러한 한국의 전문상담교사 양성을 위한 바람직한 교육실습 방안을 제도적 측면과 운영적 측면으로 나누어 제안하였다.   The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze internship system and its management system of university for school counselor education in Korea and U.S.A, and then to identify problems of internship system in Korea and to suggest an internship plan for training school counselors based on this findings.<BR>  To compare the system for school counselor education, the differences of the both countries" certification of teachers law, enforcement regulations, and the practical manual were analyzed. And to compare the management system for school counselor education, the internship operation plans of each two universities in Korea and U.S.A were analysed.<BR>  The problems of systems for school counselor education were analyzed in the aspects of objects of internship, required completion subjects, internship enrollment requisite, and styles of internship, and then the problems of the operation for school counselor education were analyzed in the aspects the goal of internship, time and period, the standard and procedure of selecting internship school, the content of internship, evaluation, role and qualification for internship participants, and supervision.<BR>  Based on the previous study results, suggestions are inferred desirable plan for training school counselors in Korea in both systematic and operational area.

직업카드 개발 모형 구안

본 연구는 진로교육과 상담에 활용할 수 있는 직업카드 개발 모형을 구안하는 것을 목적으로 하였으며, 이를 위해 문헌 연구와 이전에 개발된 직업카드들의 개발 과정을 분석하였고 그 결과를 토대로 직업카드 개발 모형을 구안하였다. 구안된 직업카드 개발 모형은 전문가 타당화 과정을 거쳐 수정 및 보완하여 최종 모형이 개발되었다. 최종 직업카드 개발 모형에서는 개발 절차를 4개의 단계와 10개의 과정, 30개의 세부활동으로 구성되었다. 첫 번째 단계는 ‘개발 준비 단계’로 이 단계에서는 개발팀 구성 및 선행연구 분석이 이루어진다. 두 번째 단계는 ‘카드 구안 단계’로 이 단계에서는 직업 및 기입 내용 선정, 카드 초안 제작, 카드 초안 타당화, 카드 제작 등의 4개 과정이 수행된다. 세 번째 단계는 ‘매뉴얼 구안 단계’로 이 단계에서는 활동 목표 및 내용 선정, 매뉴얼 초안 구안, 매뉴얼 타당화, 매뉴얼 제작 등의 4개 과정이 수행된다. 네 번째 단계는 ‘효과검증 단계’로 이 단계에서는 카드 및 매뉴얼의 적용 및 평가가 이루어진다. 본 연구를 통해구안된 직업카드 개발모형은 지금까지 직업카드개발모형을 종합적으로 분석하여 문제점을 보완하고 전문가의 타당화 과정을 거친 것으로, 연구자들이 이 모형을 기반으로 다양한 직업카드와 교육 및 상담 관련 도구들을 효율적으로 개발하여 활용하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study is to develop a vocational cards development model that can be used for career education and counseling. For this purpose, literature research and development process of previously developed vocational cards were analyzed. Based on the results, the final model was developed by revising and supplementing the developed vocational cards development model through the professional validation process. In the final vocational cards development model, the development process consisted of 4 steps, 10 processes, and 30 detailed activities. The first step is the ‘development preparation step’. At this step, the development team is composed and the preceding research analysis is conducted. The second step is the ‘card making step’. In this step, four processes are conducted: job and entry details, card drafting, card validating and card making. The third step is the ‘manual design step’. At this step, four processes are performed: selection of activity goals and contents, manual drafting, manual validating, and manual making. The fourth step is the ‘validating step’. In this step, the application and evaluation of cards and manuals are performed. The vocational cards development model of this study is developed by the comprehensive analysis of the vocational cards development models so far. It is expected to contribute to the efficient development and utilization of various vocational cards and tools for education and counseling.
