광주 에너지산업의 생태계 분석 - 기업간 거래 네트워크를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 에너지 패러다임 변화에 따라 에너지산업의 생태계가 급변하고 있는 시점에, 에너지밸리와 에너지산업융복합단지 사업 등으로 관련 기업이 집적되고 있는 광주광역시의 에너지산업 생태계 구조를 파악하였다. 이를 위해 기업 간 거래 자료를 사회네트워크분석으로 기업과 지역 및 산업의 관점으로 그 특성을 분석하였다. 각 관점별로 분석 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 우선 기업의 관점에서는 유치와 연계가 필요한 기업을 확인하였고, 지역의 관점에서는 에너지산업 기업의 판로개척을 위한 전략을 제시하였으며, 산업의 관점에서는 에너지산업을 공생적으로 발전시킬 수 있는 연계전략을 제안하였다. 특히 에너지산업 생태계는 전통적인 제조업 중심의 네트워크가 아닌 서비스업 등 다양한 산업과의 거래관계가 형성되고 있다. 따라서 기술전략 관점에서 에너지산업의 주요 기술을 가지고 있는 기업간 연계가 중요하다. 또한 에너지 패러다임 변화에 대응하기 위해서는, 전통적인 에너지산업 육성 전략을 탈피하여 새로운 비즈니스모델을 창출하기 위한 에너지산업과 연관된 사업에 대한 포괄적 지원전략이 필요할 것이다. This study identified the energy industry ecosystem structure in Gwangju, where related companies are concentrated in energy valley and energy industry convergence complex projects at a time when the ecosystem of the energy industry is rapidly changing according to the energy paradigm change. To this end, the transaction data between companies were analyzed from the perspective of companies, regions, and industries through social network analysis. The analysis results for each point of view are summarized as follows. First of all, we identified companies that needed attraction and connection from a corporate perspective, presented strategies for market development of energy industry companies from a regional perspective, and proposed linkage strategies to develop the energy industry symbiotic. In particular, the energy industry ecosystem has formed trading relationships with various industries such as the service industry rather than the traditional manufacturing industry-centered network. Therefore, it is important to link companies with major technologies in the energy industry from a technology strategy perspective. In addition, in order to cope with the change in the energy paradigm a comprehensive support strategy for projects associated with the energy industry will be needed to break away from traditional energy industry incubation strategies and create new business models.

조선해양플랜트산업 제조업체의 구매·판매 네트워크: 전라남도를 중심으로

본 연구는 사회네트워크분석을 이용하여 전라남도 조선해양플랜트산업 제조업체의 구매·판매 네트워크 구조의 실태를 파악하였다. 그 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 전라남도 조선해양플랜트산업은 대부분 중·소기업들로 구성되어 있어서 대기업과의 하청관계로 인한 구매·판매 네트워크가 주를 이루고 있다. 특히 제품의 판매를 위한 거래에서는 대기업이 입지한 영남권의 제조업체로 거래가 집중되는 실태를 보이고 있다. 이러한 결과를 보면, 최근 조선산업의 위기에 직면하여, 영남권에 위치한 대기업의 구조조정은 그 기업들에 의존성이 큰 전라남도 조선해양플랜트산업에 타격이 클 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 전라남도 조선해양플랜트산업이 이러한 위기에 대응하기 위해서는 판매 거래를 위한 네트워크를 보다 다양하게 확보해야 하며, 이를 위해서는 지역 내 판매업체를 발굴하거나 육성하는 정책이 필요할 것이다. This study analyzed the actual condition of the purchasing and selling network structures of manufacturing firms related the shipbuilding and offshore plant industry in Jeollanam-do using the social network analysis. The analysis results are as follows. The networks are often traded by subcontracting relationship with large firms because the industry is configured in most small and medium-sized firms. In particular, it was found to actual situation that selling transactions are being concentrated in the manufacturing firms of Yeongnam where large firms have located. Structural adjustment of the large firms located in the Yeongnam is expected to strike a blow to the manufacturing firms related the shipbuilding and offshore plant industry in Jeollanam-do due to the recently crisis in the shipbuilding industry. Therefore, it is necessary to secure a diversity of networks for selling transactions, and to discover and promote that selling firms related the shipbuilding and offshore plant industry in Jeollanam-do, in order to cope with such a crisis.
