        기업의 경영혁신과 관련하여 최근 널리 성행하고 있는 것이 기업간 전략적 제휴(strategic alliance) 및 아웃소싱(outsourcing) 전략이다. 이와 같은 아웃소싱은 기업의 가치사슬(value chain) 활동의 여러 분야에서 다양하게 행해지고 있는데, 그 중의 하나가 전산관리 부문에 있어서의 아웃소싱 활동이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라 전산관리업무 아웃소싱의 효시라 할 수 있는 충남방적의 아웃소싱 사례를 분석함으로써, 향후 아웃소싱 전략을 모색하고 있는 기업들에게 의미있는 전략적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. In present, The strategic alliance and outsourcing strategy is used for managerial innovation of the Firms. Especially, The outsourcing activity of the information management field of the firms' s value-chain functions is very important and difficult. Accordingly, Through analyzing on the Choong Nam Spinning Company Case in this paper is provide the strategic findings into the firms in pursuit to the interfirm outsorcing strategy in the near future.

        유통업체의 정보물류시스템 아웃소싱 유형과 물류성과에 관한 실증연구

        Purpose – This study focused on providing strategic findings that make significant sense for companies that are looking for a future outsourcing strategy. The study analyzes the results of outsourcing in the information logistics systems field and verifies the results through experimental study of the performance delivered by logistics outsourcing types. Research design, data, and methodology – The study sample was assembled based on a random sampling method used to extract the initial 451 companies from a list of Korean distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Following that sample process, 423 companies were confirmed by verifying their e-mail address and contacts (telephone and fax numbers), and were selected as initial research subjects. We reduced that number to 331 companies for the survey sample through telephone interviews in advance with the 423 companies that were targeted, in order to verify whether they are in the field of outsourcing of information logistics systems. The period of the survey extended from November 10, 2013 to January 10, 2014. The number of collected surveys totaled 181. We reviewed the contents of the survey responses, and reduced the number of research subjects to 175. In this study, we used a standard analysis to investigate whether there is a difference in distribution results based on different types of outsourcing information in the logistics system field and, through T-verification, we investigated whether the difference between distribution results in each group resulting from that standard analysis is statistically significant. Results – These results show that there is a difference in distribution outcome, based upon type of distribution outsourcing. In addition, we determined that they are meaningful results by confirming that, for usability and to improve the capabilities of a third-party logistics service supplier, both the choice of reasonable outsourcing types and the enhancement of various types of alliances are very important success factors. Taken together these study results, with a goal of enhancing the distribution capabilities of a Korean distributor, can be implemented to enhance management results achievable by supplying an information logistics system in the form of strategic outsourcing rather than in the form of simple outsourcing. In addition, the outcomes of logistics distributors in Korea that are using outsourcing in the logistics information systems field show high performance results in commercial endeavors in the following order: competitive, pre-competitive, non-competitive, and pro-competitive. Conclusions – This study focused on providing strategic findings. However, in the case of outsourcing in the field of information logistics systems of Korean distributors, there has been a focus on simple outsourcing rather than on strategic outsourcing; furthermore, there has been a concentration on non-competitive forms instead of pro-competitive forms, which could achieve better distribution results. This discussion is presented in more detail in the analysis results of this study.

        An Empirical Analysis of the Effects of Information Collection and Utilization Capabilities of Chinese Small and Medium Enterprises on Their Export Performance

        Purpose: This study discussed outsourcing strategies of Chinese SMEs in the framework of open innovation strategies, and empirically analyzed the effect of Chinese SMEs’ information collection and utilization capabilities on product differentiation and cost advantage strategies promoted by companies. Research design, data, and methodology: The paper uses how these information capabilities ultimately affect export performance as the final performance of a comp any. T o this e nd, resp onses from 3 45 C hinese S MEs were s ecured through a survey, and empirical analysis was conducted through a structural equation model (SEM). Results: The result suggests that outsourcing strategies of Chinese SMEs in the framework of open innovation strategies, and empirically analyzed the effect of Chinese SMEs’ information collection and utilization capabilities on product differentiation and cost advantage strategies promoted by companies. Implications: As a result of the analysis, it was found that the information collection and utilization capabilities of Chinese SMEs had a positive effect on the implementation of product differentiation strategies and cost advantage strategies, respectively.

        A Study on The Impact of Self-Gifting Factors on Purchase Intention And Satisfaction of Chinese Live Commerce Consumers

        Purpose: The interactivity, visualization, entertainment, and expertise of e-live streaming Inspires consumers’ buying behavior However, there are currently relatively few studies on live streaming commerce. There are studies on consumer motivation, but studies on self-gifts are insufficient. Self-gifts are one of the essential internal motivations for consumers to shop in live e-commerce. Therefore, in this study, the effect of self-assertion factors on the purchase intention of e-live consumers is investigated. It will be a very meaningful study. Research design, data, and methodology: This study used Smart-PLS 3.3.3 software to analyze the data and to test the proposed research hypotheses. The maximum number of model samples should be at least 5-10 times the number of paths. In the present study, the sample size was 758, and the maximum number of paths was 9, which meets the recommended criteria and makes it suitable for PLS analysis. This study examined the measurement model’s reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. Results: This study can be proposed for retailers who need live e-commerce platforms, live e-commerce anchors, and live e-commerce platforms. From the data analysis results, it was found that live e-commerce service quality has a significant positive effect on self-gift, and self-gift has a significant positive effect on positive emotions, satisfaction, and purchase intention. Implications: This study examined the relationship between live e-commerce service quality, self-gift, positive emotion, satisfaction, and purchase intention. The study found that (1) the three constructs of live e-commerce service quality positively affect self-gifting. (2) Self-gifting positively affects positive emotion, satisfaction, and purchase intention. (3) Positive emotions positively affect satisfaction and purchase intention (4) Satisfaction positively affects purchase intention. Regarding the model structure, this study was insufficient to focus on the lifestyle and platform category of consumers, and these variables may be considered in the future.

        논문 : 중국진출 한국 기업의 물류 아웃소싱 성과에 관한 실증연구

        본 연구는 한국의 최대 투자국으로 부상하고 있는 중국에 진출한 한국의 화주기업을 대상으로 제3자 물류서비스 활용성과를 화주특성과 물류서비스 공급업체와의 파트너십 특성을 고려하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 규모면에서는 대기업이, 업종면에서는 유통업이, 진출지역 면에서는 산동성, 북경시, 하북성, 동북3성 지역이, 진출형태 면에서는 단독투자 방식이, 파트너십 유형면에서는 전략적 아웃소싱 형태가 물류성과가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 중국 진출 한국기업의 물류성과 제고방안을 제시하였다. in 2000 has been displaying enormous market potential with intense economic growth and open market promotion. Following such outcome, leading corporate around the world are seeking to secure their opportunity in the market through expansion in China. Korea also has intensified their investments in China and has become the country to invest the most. On the other side, number of Korean companies that have invested in China resulted in lack of achievements or failure. A Number of reasons have been brought up such as unique commercial practice in China, base legislation in socialism, limited distribution and collectivism. These factors have provided with uncertainty and have limited our market approach. To overcome the distribution difficulties, decent number of companies have selected to source the products directly from China. This study will examine the distribution strategy selected directly from China and its achievements through empirical research to provide strategical data for the companies considering their expansion in China.
